한국 외식산업 종사자의 이직률에 관한 연구 (A study on Separation rate of Food Service employees in Korea)

  • According to this study, Korean food department rather than Western food department and business department rather than food & beverage department is more separated with the greater difference. It is surveyed that the main reason to separate from food service is dissatisfaction to wage followed by six reasons. In the light of management the separation of employees gives management a positive aspect, but the separation of necessary employees bring about a big problem. That the separation rate of food service industry which greatly depends on personal service is high causes many bottleneck to development of food service industry. If the saparation rate of employees is high, it is difficult to maintain consistency of service quality. It is impossible to think that immature service new employee gives customer strong impression. Subsequently the spending of time and cost to train new employees and management reproaching supervisors makes morale of employees dropped. That is why the very this influences selling. To improve the vicious cycle of that serve absence in food service Operators of food service industry should be escaped from their fixed ideas. It is time to need management consciousness which wants to have real content rather than external growth. It is revealed that more than 80% of investment of most of food service industry goes to facility investment. A part of the investment cost should be invested to foster professional manpower. And if employees can have owner consciousness by continuous support and positive investment in training which can give real intention to their lives and vocational pride, it is believed that the future of food service industry in Korea is promising.

Factors Contributing to Recommendation Intention of Foreign Tourists in Times of Crisis: A Moderated Moderation Analysis

  • Purpose - As a leading source of foreign exchange and investment, tourism has grown in importance as a component of international trade. Accordingly, in recent decades much attention has been directed toward attracting foreign tourists and, in turn, positively affecting the recommendation intentions of foreign tourists. Despite such interests, there remains a dearth of empirical research on this issue. Moreover, prior research has focused primarily on the simple main effect of a certain factor on recommendation intentions. Therefore, the present study aims to (1) investigate the effect of overall satisfaction on the recommendation intentions of foreign tourists, and (2) examine the potential moderating effects of personal factors (i.e., age and destination image) on the association between overall satisfaction and recommendation intention. Design/methodology - Using a moderated moderation analysis of the data drawn from the 2018 International Visitor Survey conducted by the Korea Tourism Organization, this study proposes the three-way interaction effects of overall satisfaction, age, and destination image on recommendation intention. Findings - The findings of the study indicate that overall satisfaction is positively associated with recommendation intention and this relationship becomes stronger among younger tourists. The findings further indicate that the moderating effect of age on the relationship between overall satisfaction and recommendation intention depends on changes in the image of the destination. Specifically, the destination image exerts a positive moderating impact on the influence of age that moderates the overall satisfaction and recommendation intention relationship. Originality/value - Considering that the tourism economy has been severely affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic, this study contributes to a more accurate understanding of the factors affecting the recommendation intention, especially in times of crisis.

국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 관한 연구: 계획된 행동이론을 중심으로 (A Study on Participation Intention and Herd Behavior on Domestic Securities Type Crowdfunding Investors: Focusing on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 바탕으로 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들의 영향력을 확인하고, 참여 의도와 지각된 행동통제가 투자자의 무리행동에 미치는 영향을 간접효과 분석을 포함하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 연구 결과를 통해 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자들의 투자 행태를 이해하고 관계 당사자들에게 동 제도 활성화 및 투자자 보호를 위한 각종 정책 및 사업계획 수립에 도움을 주기 위함이다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 투자한 경험이 있거나 관심이 있는 잠재 투자자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 276부의 응답지를 받았다. 이 중 부적합 응답을 제외한 총 261명의 설문이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 및 Amos 22.0 통계 패키지를 통한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 계획된 행동이론의 주요변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범은 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 간접효과 분석 결과 참여의도는 태도, 주관적 규범과 무리행동 사이에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 계획된 행동이론에서 행동의도의 주요 변인으로 제시된 지각된 행동통제는 참여의도에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 대신 무리행동에는 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 투자자들이 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 쉽게 참여할 수 있다고 지각하고 있더라도 증권형 크라우드펀딩은 손실위험이 큰 초기창업기업에 대한 투자행위이기 때문에 참여의도에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보인다. 한편 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 실제 투자행동을 할 때 플랫폼에서 제공되는 펀딩 진행정보를 일종의 신호로 보고 다수의 다른 투자자를 모방하여 무리행동을 한다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다고 본다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들을 실증적으로 확인함으로써 향후 크라우드펀딩 감독기관의 정책 수립이나 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 사업자의 사업계획 및 활성화 방안 수립 등에 유의미한 연구 결과로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

농산촌체험마을 지역주민의 체험프로그램 참여의향 - 산촌생태마을사업을 위한 정책적 제언 - (Participation Intention of Activity-oriented Program of Local Residents of Rural and Mountain Villages - Policy Implication for the Eco-Mountain Village Project -)

  • Factors for promoting the resident participation in mountain villages are suggested to introduce the activity-oriented program of green tourism using a multinomial logit model(MNLM). Direct surveying, using a structured questionnaire was performed on local residents in the different types of rural tourism villages such as mountain villages, agricultural themed villages, and the mixed types of villages. The MNLM revealed that participation intention in the program was significantly higher for males, those with lower education, and residents in mountain villages. The participation intention of the program had a negative relationship with the increase of expected problems not from the program itself, but from the results of the program such as income distribution and nature destruction. Participation intention also increased with the indirect effects of an investment by the Village Development Project, such as local cooperativeness, public mind, etc. It was suggested that to introduce the activity-oriented program in mountain villages, negative effects from the results had to be minimized, and positive effects from the indirect changes between local residents had to be maximized through better communication and policy endeavors.

The Impact of Social Media Use on Student Entrepreneurship Intention and Implementation: Evidence from Indonesia

  • In this paper, we investigates the benefits of using social media on intentions and implementation entrepreneurial. This study took place in a well-known vocational college in Bandung, Indonesia, from July 2020 to January 2021. The research method used was the explanatory survey. Research data obtained from 317 respondent. Factor analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. According to this study, social media has three dimensions: ease of use, controllability, usability, and profit. Entrepreneurial intention is made up of two components: entrepreneurial motive and entrepreneurial effort. Furthermore, there are four components to entrepreneurship implementation: investment courage, technology tools, social media skills, and environmental support. Other findings of each dimension of social media proved to affect entrepreneurial intention positively. The four aspects of entrepreneurial execution were likewise positively influenced by the dimension of entrepreneurial intention. This research reveals that students make the most use of the technologies available on social media for business and interactively communicate with their customers. Therefore, social media plays a role in accelerating the growth of entrepreneurship among students. However, more research is needed to see if there is a continuous pattern in the findings of this study so that the findings can be generalized.

간편결제 서비스 사용자의 사용만족과 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 - ECM과 UTAUT을 중심으로 (A Study on User Satisfaction and Continuance Use Intention of Mobile Easy Payment Service User)

  • As the easy payment service is popularized and the competition in the service market is fierce, research on factors affecting users' continuous use of the easy payment service is becoming increasingly important. However, in the existing studies, the discussion of the continuous intention to use the consumer's simple payment service has not been sufficiently conducted. Existing research remains on the way of listing technology and consumer characteristics. To bridge this research gap, this study aims to integrate and modify ECM and UTAUT to consider factors influencing the continuous use of easy payment services. The user's expectations and the confirmation were considered as important factors to decide. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted for 236 users who had experience with domestic easy payment service. As a result, it was verified that confirmation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and habit in regard to easy payment services are important for continuous use intention. Through this study, it is expected that the consumer's technology acceptance mechanism on the continuous use of simple payment will be grasped in more detail to develop academic discussions in the field. Implications from the results as well as limitations of the study are presented.

거래의 경제적 차원과 관계적 차원이 경로구성원의 이탈성향에 미치는 영향

  • This study examines the effects of economic and relational dimensions of supplier-distributor relationship on distributors intents to leave. A survey of 121 computer hardware distributors revealed that distributors commitment to the relationship and their transaction-specific investment would decrease directly the level of withdrawal intention. Other relational dimensions such as the procedural and distributive fairness, the morality of aspiration, and economic dimensions such as the transaction-specific investment made by the supplier and distributors expectations fo future performance increase indirectly the level of withdrawal intension via affecting either trust or commitment. The present study also found that perceived uncertainty and relative dependence might moderate the effects the economic and relational dimensions on distributors intents to leave. Relational dimensions, when compared to economic dimensions, tend to have stronger impacts on withdrawal intentions under high levels of uncertainty and relative dependence.

Must-have for Crowd-funding Projects: Credibility

  • The success of a crowd-funding project can be attributed to various reasons, among which, backer's (also known as 'investor', or 'funder') perception of project credibility may be a salient one. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which perceived project credibility can affect a backer's investment decision. We examine the factors that could influence the building of perceived project credibility by testing the proposed research model using survey data. Analysis results indicate that perceived project credibility has a significantly positive effect on backer's investment intention. Furthermore, information quality and source credibility are two key determinants of perceived project credibility. This study contributes to crowd-funding literature by enriching the list of successful factors for fund-raising with project credibility. The study also has practical implications because it explains why and how a backer's perception of project credibility can be improved.

온디맨드(On-Demand) 서비스의 지속사용의도에 대한 경험가치 효과 (Effects of Experiential Value on Continuous Use Intention for On-Demand Services)

  • On-Demand services have emerged as one of the core business strategies for delivering new experiential values by providing customized services in different user-needs nowadays. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework, this paper focuses on the factors of environmental stimulation and emotional states of the demand-side that induce continuous intention of use from the On-Demand services. The study defines 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust', and 'Convenience' as the properties of the On-Demand services and considers 'Playfulness', 'Customer Return on Investment (CROI)', and 'Service Excellence' as the aspects of the experiential values. The research shows that 'Fulfillment', 'Trust' and 'Convenience' affected the experiential value in 'Kakao Taxi (On-Demand transportation service)' while 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust of platform', and 'Convenience' are represented as the related factors to the experiential value in 'Baedal Minjok (On-Demand food delivery service)'. The experiential value factors, 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence', are shown directly related to the continuous intention of use in both services. A partial mediation relationship is, furthermore, observed between the aspects of 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence' in Kakao Taxi and its 'Convenience' and 'Continuous intention of use.' In Baedal Minjok, a partial mediation relationship is found between the 'CROI' with its aspects of 'Trust of the platform', 'Convenience', and 'Continuous intention of use' as well. The results of this study may contribute a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of On-Demand services and its needs from the demand-side thus can be helpful for the supply-side.

AI 쇼핑 도우미 사용자의 소비자 혁신 동기가 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of AI shopping assistant's motivated consumer innovativeness on satisfaction and purchase intention)

  • This study aims to help companies with efficient investment and marketing strategies by empirically verifying the impact on satisfaction and purchase intention for artificial intelligence-based digital technology supported shopping assistants introduced in e-commerce. Frequency, factor, SEM, and multiple group analysises were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0. As a result, first, motivated consumer innovativeness elements of AI shopping assistant were derived into a total of four categories: functional, hedonic, rational, and reliable. Second, in the order of hedonic and rational, satisfaction with the AI shopping assistant was significantly affected, and in the order of rational and functional, purchase intention was significantly affected. The satisfaction with the AI shopping assistant did not affect the purchase intention. Third, in the case of hedonic, the AI-preferred group had a more significant effect on satisfaction than the human-preferred group, and in the case of rational, there was no difference by group in purchase intention. Thus, it was found that consumers prefer AI shopping helpers for e-commerce because they can shop reasonably and are functionally convenient. Therefore, when introducing AI shopping assistants, it is essential to include content that can compare and analyze fundamental information, such as product prices, as well as search functions and payment system compatibility that facilitate shopping.
