The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

The purpose of this study is to research the investment environment of Vietnam and analyze the actual investment state of Korean enterprises in Vietnam and seek for the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in Vietnam shows both a positive side and negative side. However Vietnamese market is a attractive one as ever for direct investment of Korean enterprises considering their constant economy growth, investment increase of foreign company for Vietnam, China risk. And the point at issue in investment of Korean Enterprises is as follows. That is, inclining to manufacturing, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, preference of greenfield investment, restricted purpose of investment, insufficiency of infrastructure for logistics, electric power, legal system. The results of the study indicate mainly that the investment of Korean enterprise into Vietnam needs a switchover of the third service trade-tertiary industry, collaboration with Vietnamese enterprise through joint venture investment, a large-scale investment for Vietnam domestic market and neighboring countries' market, practical use of M&A with existing Vietnamese enterprise and diverse purpose for investment.

The purpose of this is to analyze environment of foreign direct investment and Act in Korea and to find invitation and extension of foreign direct investment into Korea. Investment incentives, simplification of investment procedures, image improvement, increased public relations and investment support services are all factors which can be enhanced in the short term to positively influence investors decision-making in where to invest. Since the enactment of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act in November of 1998, there has been a signification improvement in Korea's investment environment in terms of policies and systems. It is expected that the foreign direct investment environment in Korea will continue to improve through the improvement in political stability, labor-management relations and easing of political tensions between the North and South, in the long term, as well as through improvements in investment incentives, investment procedures and public relations activities, in the short term.

본 연구의 목적은 지역마케팅이 국내외 기업유치에 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴보는데 있다. 선행연구 및 과거사례를 근거로 본 연구를 위한 가설을 설정하였고, 도시태도 및 투자결정에 영향을 미치는 변수를 경영환경, 생활환경, 시장성, 투자지원환경으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 시장성과 투자지원환경 도시태도와 투자결정에 정의(+)의 결과를 보였으며, 도시태도 역시 투자결정에 정의(+)결과를 보였다.

Conflict between transnational environmental issues and foreign investment in capital-importing states can be commonly found. Actually, several investor-state dispute arbitration cases like Bilcon v. Canada, S.D. Myers v. Canada, and Metalclad v. Mexico concerned environmental matters. States are worried about their measures for securing the environment might be deemed to go against international investment agreements and foreign investors also are anxious because of excessive regulations. Against this backdrop, stakeholders attempt to strike a balance between securing foreign investment and preserving the environment. This article argues that the investment chapter of the Korea-US FTA tries to solve environment-investment collision in investor-state disputes. Before analyzing the provisions of the investment chapter most relevant to environmental issues, this article points out the most typical types of environmental clauses included in international investment agreements. The investment chapter of the Korea-US FTA has provisions which effectively prevent measures from becoming useless when those measures are legitimate measures relevant to environmental matters. This does not mean that the Korea-US FTA completely solves the conflict between environmental issues and the protection of foreign investment, but still it paves the way for a prudent solution which would hash out this thorny problem.

Although actual business environment is getting difficult and hard, IT companies tend to shy away from of annual investment. Many firms have already reached the 25 percent level. However, the profit and the result of their annual investment needs to be evaluated objectively. IT investment analysis usually proceeds by comparing benefits and costs of an IT investment. Much of the problem derives from the historical treatment of IT as an overhead expense rather than a capital asset. What is most worrying about the current situation is the pressure to take a very short-term view of IT. Therefore, this research aims to analyses and justify the necessity of Visionary IT Investment. For this, it is crucial to identify the factors, which affect positively Visionary IT Investment and understand the role of CIO and explain the result of Visionary IT Investment, which is differed to related business and by different business environment. As a result of this study, the legitimacy of IT Investment is proved through analyzing the business value of not investing and cost-avoidance strategies.

This study found that introduction of environmental systems and increased environmental investment have a major impact on K company's sustainable development. The analysis indicated that the environmental investment variable has a close relationship with production quantity, sales, and the amount of sludge treatment variables in K company. However, all other variables including the cost of disinfection chemicals, and the expenditure of sludge treatment have no relationship with the environmental investment variable. Additionally, short-term results show that the company's environmental expenditure variable is conversely related with the environmental performance variable.

한 미간 투자환경은 이전의 다자적 투자규범이나 BIT 협상단계 당시보다도 FTA 체결이후 더욱 개방적이고 투자보호 수준 또한 높아졌다. 이러한 성공요인은 무역자유화를 통한 시장 확대를 수반한 투자자유화 및 투자보호 강화와 이로 인한 투자유치 효과의 증대이다. FTA발효로 인한 무역전환효과로 인해 양자 간 투자는 급격히 증가 하였고, 이는 미국과 같은 거대 경제권과의 FTA발효를 통해 우리나라의 FTA네트워크가 확산되는 등 맞춤형 투자유치활동이 확대됨으로써 이루어진 성과이다. 향후 우리나라는 한 미FTA를 통해서 확보한 경쟁국 대비 선점효과를 극대화 할 필요가 있을 것이다.

Given the prevalence of home trading systems, it has become important to examine user behaviors in a stock investment environment. In this vein, this paper developed an integrated model to deeply understand the key determinants of user's continuance intention to use investment information through constructs prescribed by incorporating trust and perceived risk into expectation-confirmation model. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 160 users who have experience with stock investment. PLS (partial least squares) was employed for the analysis of the data. The findings of this study showed that the proposed framework provides a statistically significant explanation of the variation in continuance intention to search investment information. The findings revealed that trust and perceived risk are more prevalent predictors of continuance intention to use investment information compared to perceived usefulness. It was also found that user satisfaction serves as the salient antecedents of continuance intention to use investment information. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were described.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between ICT(Information & communication technology) infrastructure, investment environment, and innovation performance from a national perspective. Design/methodology/approach We derived 5 hypotheses based on the literature review. To measure each concept, We converted the scores of each country provided by the Global Innovation Index into a 7 Likert scale and performed a regression analysis. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that knowledge and technology output mediated the relationship between ICT infrastructure and creative goods and services. In addition, this study confirmed that the investment environment has a moderating effect between ICT infrastructure and knowledge and technology output.
