The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy. The human factor is one of the most important resources of any organization, which has a significant impact on the success of its activities. It is people who are the source of advantages that provide the company with victory in the competition. Therefore, the primary task of the organization's management should be the formation of effective personnel management systems. As a result, the main features of the introduction of modern technologies into the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy were identified.

Public administration is inherent in all known models of representation of social systems, characteristic management and other sciences of social management. The Enlightenment period (1876~1910) of Joseon was the age of turbulence in terms of introduction of the Western science and technology. The interaction of modern and oriental science in the enlightenment period can be got insights from the records of Westerners. This study especially focuses to the viewpoints of Western visitors toward the weather and climate of the Korean peninsula. As a result, there are three characteristics in Westerners' awareness of Korean climate: quantitative records using numeric; interpretation of weather in the system of the modern science; and the distinct records about rainfall. In conclusion, from these result, it can be suggested that the Western visitors systematically grasped the climate of Korean peninsula.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy. Socio-economic development and a high level of security include growth in income, labor productivity, production volumes, increased competitiveness, changes in the institutional environment, consciousness, activity, social security, the quality of the education system, healthcare, etc. Despite the root cause of economic development, it is not an end in itself, but a tool for ensuring social development. Gaining access for citizens to education, health care, observance of the principles of equality and justice, ensuring protection are directly dependent on the level of economic well-being, the level of economic potential of the country or regions. The research methodology involved the use of both theoretical and practical methods. As a result of the study, the key elements of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy were identified.

Cho Heon Yeong's 'Tongsokanuihagwollon' is an introductory and essential book on Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM), and now we can nearly take it as classic. It contains almost whole contents of TKM : physiology, pathology, herbology, meridian & acupoint, internal medicine, diagnostics, formula science, etc. He wanted to help people get TKM services easily on their own through this book. In the first chapter following the introduction, he inserted Yin-Yang theory, and his lecture on Yin-Yang theory continues for 88 pages, taking 17% of the whole book. Yin-Yang theory chapter is composed of 14 parts which tells about concept, definition and meaning of Yin-Yang, change of Yin-Yang according to time, season, constitution, body region, meridian, herb, etc. Last part refers to disharmony & dysfunction of Yin-Yang in body, so he showed both theoretical and clinical view of Yin-Yang theory. He wrote some quotations from the book 'Complete Works of Jingyue(景岳全書)', 'Huangdi's Internal Classic(黃帝內徑)', 'Introduction to Medicine(醫學入門)', etc. He tried to explain easily about Yin-Yang theory with modern but rough language of science. He seemed to already know clearly that without modern science TKM cannot progress and will soon be overwhelmed by western medicine, and acted his own way to spread spirit of TKM in the period of rapid change & conflict between two civilizations.
