Crowdfunding 활성화를 위한 투자자 동기요인 분석 : 후원형(Reward) 플랫폼의 투자자(Funder)를 중심으로 (Factor Analysis of the Motivation on Crowdfunding Participants : An Empirical Study of Funder Centered Reward-type Platform)

  • 인터넷의 진화와 트위터, 페이스북 등의 새로운 미디어의 등장으로 인해 인터넷 기반 플랫폼을 이용하여 대중으로부터 자금을 모으는 크라우드 펀딩이 주목 받고 있다. 하지만 이와 관련된 연구는 초입단계로 크라우드펀딩을 성공적으로 활용하고자 할 때 고려되어야 할 요인들을 분석한 실증적 연구는 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 동기이론에 기반을 두어 참여자의 지속적 참여의도를 상승시키는 요인을 도출하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 즐거움, 친밀감, 기관신뢰도, 보상기대가 지속적인 참여에 영향을 미쳤으며 모금모드 유형에 따라 참여를 유도할 수 있는 요소를 제공할 필요성을 실증적으로 증명하였다. 이를 기반으로 하여 본 연구의 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 논의하고 아울러 연구의 한계점을 확인함으로써 향후 추가적인 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

증강현실 기반 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도 영향 요인들에 대한 고찰: 네이버 <스노우> 서비스를 중심으로 (Analysis of Determinants Influencing User Satisfaction for Augmented Reality(AR) Camera Application: Focusing on Naver's Service)

  • 4차산업혁명을 대표하는 핵심적인 기술로서 증강현실 서비스가 많은 이들로부터 관심을 끌고 있다. 이러한 시점에 본 연구는 네이버 <스노우> 서비스를 중심으로 증강현실 기반(AR) 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 선행 연구들을 근거로 AR 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도 영향 가능 요인들을 도출하였고 이들 요인들이 AR 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 또한 실증적으로 검증하였다. 자료는 네이버 <스노우>를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 312명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 수집되었으며, 수집된 응답들은 위계적 회귀 분석 방법으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 인구 통계학적인 요인으로서 성별, 인지된 상호작용성, 미적가치, 외재적 동기로서 유행동기 및 내재적 동기로서 즐거움이 증강현실 기반 카메라 애플리케이션 서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들은 증강 현실 서비스 관련 사업자들에게 보다 높은 이용자 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 증강현실 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 시사점을 지닌다.

정신재활 회원을 위한 음악치료 임상실습에서의 동기부여에 관한 근거이론 연구 (A Study on the Grounded Theory of Motivation in Clinical Music Therapy Practice for the Mental Rehabilitation Members)

  • 본 연구는 성인 정신보건센터의 성인들을 위한 임상 음악치료에서 음악적 표현 동기의 과정과 패턴을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 참가자들은 27에서 53세 사이의 1년 이상 음악치료를 경험한 8명의 의도 표집된 정신보건센터 회원들이였다. 주요 범주와 분석은 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론 방법에 의하여 이루어졌다. 질적 분석 결과 음악치료에서 자발적 음악표현 동기는 치료사와 세션에서 사용되는 노래에 의해 결정된다. 치료사의 친화적 태도, 높은 음악적 역량, 선곡된 노래의 친숙성 그리고 선곡된 노래 가사에 대한 의미부여가 중심현상의 인과적 조건으로 작용한다. 이때 음악치료사에 대한 전문인으로서 인격적, 음악적 신뢰도 정도와 세션에서 사용된 노래의 긍정적 환기가 맥락적 조건으로 작용한다. 음악치료에서 자발적 음악 표현은 공감이라는 중재조건을 통해 현실 도피, 스트레스 해소 그리고 나눔이라는 작용을 일으키며 이것은 무드조절, 희망의 고취 그리고 집단 응집력이라는 결과를 가져왔다. 음악치료에서 참여 동기 유형은 3가지로 내재적 동기, 관계 의존적인 외재적 동기 그리고 회피적 동기유형이 발견되었다.

CoP(Community of Practice)에서 참여동기-보상 적합이 CoP 몰입과 지식공유활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Motivation-Reward Fit on Commitment and Knowledge Sharing Activities in Communities of Practice)

  • 기업에서 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 경쟁력의 원천 중 하나로 주목받고 있는 것이 지식이다. 이러한 지식자원을 공유하고 활용하기 위해서 국내외 지식경영을 수행하는 많은 기업들은 CoP(Community of Practice)를 운영하고 있다. 최근에 기업에서 운영하는 CoP는 본래의 비공식적이며 자발적인 성격에서 벗어나 조직의 전략적인 목적을 달성하기 위해 경영진들에 의해서 주도되며 공식적인 지원을 받고 있다. 하지만 기업의 이러한 전략적 운영은 본래의 성격에서 벗어날 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 CoP 참여자의 자발성마저 저해하는 상황이다. 특히 CoP 참여자마다 개인적 특성으로 인하여 참여동기와 선호하는 보상 유형에 차이가 있기 때문에 CoP 운영에 있어서 많은 주의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 CoP를 운영하는 기업 내 CoP 참여자 114명의 설문분석을 통하여 참여동기와 보상유형을 살펴보고, 참여동기-보상 간의 적합성이 어떻게 참여자들의 CoP 몰입과 지식공유활동에 영향을 끼치는 것인지를 실증분석하였다. 분석 결과, 즐거움, 호혜성, 심리적 보상, 금전.지위보상 등이 참여동기-보상 적합에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났고, 이러한 동기-보상 적합이 CoP 몰입을 이끌며, 궁극적으로 몰입이 지식공유활동에 긍정적 영향을 끼쳤다. 즉, 내적동기, 외적동기, 내적보상 및 외적보상들이 상호 복합적으로 연관작용하여 CoP 몰입과 지식공유활동에 영향을 끼친다는 점에서 기업들은 CoP 활성화를 위하여 동기적 측면과 보상적 측면을 충분히 고려해야 할 것이다.

Hi Herzberg ? : The Role of Compensation Factors and Suggestions for Performance Compensation System

  • Purpose - This study extracts performance-reward factors based on the previous studies related to Herzberg's two-factor theory and performance-reward and proposes a research method to identify how these factors have an influence on task performance directly related to production performance and contextual performance that has an indirect influence. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study draws performance-reward factors through Focus Group Interview(FGI), classifies them into economic/uneconomic and direct/indirect factors, draws maintenance/improvement factors and unnecessary ones through IPA, and maximizes the effectiveness of performance-reward factors. Results - It also identifies how performance-reward factors have an influence on internal and external motives based on previous studies, classifies performance-reward factors into task performance and contextual performance and identifies the influence relationship between these, and proposes a research model to identify the roles of equity sensitivity based on equity theory. Conclusion - The findings from this study are expected to lay the groundwork for drawing various methods to reduce the turnover rate of employees and be important resources for reinforcing the competitiveness of businesses by classifying the performance -reward factors that may cause internal and external motives from the small and medium-sized manufacturing perspective and presenting methods to identify if these have an influence on task performance and contextual performance.

The Use of Facebook in International Multi-course Collaborative Projects in Fashion Merchandising Curriculums

  • This study examined students' perceived importance of the benefits derived from an international multi-course collaborative (IMCC) project and how these perceptions impact students' extrinsic and intrinsic motivations for using the project Facebook (i.e., perceived usefulness and enjoyment), attitude toward the project, and intent to participate in future IMCC projects. The data were collected from 96 students who participated in the IMCC project and were enrolled in four different fashion merchandising courses in two different countries, the U.S. and South Korea. This study found that perceived enjoyment of the project Facebook influenced attitude toward the project and intent to participate in future IMCC projects. Perceived usefulness and enjoyment were predicted by the perceived importance of cultural understanding and feedback exchange among international group members. Attitude was influenced by the perceived importance of networking through the IMCC project, while intent to participate in future IMCC projects was predicted by perceived importance of cultural understanding and networking through the IMCC project. This study provides educators in the related disciplines insights about how to incorporate social network sites into course curricula to motivate students' project participation and learning.

Key Success Factors of Home-Based Business among Female Entrepreneur in Saudi Arabia

  • Home-based business (HBB) is one of the fastest growing form of business start-ups where the business is conducted from home. In develop economies, the HBB industry is an engine for economic growth that has proven its viability through significant contribution to the national GDP. In view of its importance, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry encourage local women to start and develop their own HBB as it gives them the flexibility while still contributing to the national economy. Although various initiatives have been taken place, little information is available about Saudi HBB. This study therefore aims to determine the factors that contribute to the growth as well as the challenges of female HBB in Saudi Arabia. The study was based on qualitative approach which adopted an in-depth interview with eleven Saudi females who run HBB. The findings revealed that HBB contributing factors comprised of access to funding, sufficiency of savings and the influence of the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in starting the business. Meanwhile, the obstacles are government regulations and policies, culture, and home design. The study recommendations include improving banks and service institution policy and procedures to enable HBB to have access to funding and services and to develop legal policies to protect the right of the HBB operator and customers. Finally, the study also suggests future research on managerial factors that can contribute to HBB female success, the stress coping mechanism of HBB and the factors contributing to the difference between HBB in growth strategies.

임상간호사의 영적안녕과 직무만족과의 관계 (The Relationship between Spiritual Wellbeing and Job Satisfaction for Nurses)

  • Nurses' job satisfaction was influenced by intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. According to motivation theory, job satisfaction is determined by the degree of discrepancy between employees' expectation and rewards to employees that meet their basic needs. Spiritual wellbeing is a combination of religious wellbeing and existential wellbeing. It is not simply religious but one of the essentials among basic human needs. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction for nurses. The subjects consisted of 306 nurses who were employed in Wonju Christian Hospital. A positive relationship between spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction was found. (r=.48, p<.001) Both spiritual wellbeing and job satisfaction were affected by the length of experience and by marital status and religion. The degree of satisfaction which was measured by one overall question and spiritual wellbeing were found to explain 35.63% of the total job satisfaction variance in regression analysis. From above the results, spiritual wellbeing can be considered as one of the important factors to improve job satisfaction for nurses. In order to improve job satisfaction, administrators must pay attention to the assessment of spiritual wellbeing for nurses who are employed in the hospital and develope programs to raise the level of spiritual wellness.

Korean Adolescents' Experience of Yoga Class: "Healthy Habits Beyond Exercise"

  • Purpose: This study was designed to explore adolescents' experience with yoga class in South Korea. Methods: Qualitative data were collected by focus group interviews from February to March 2014. Eleven adolescents who experienced yoga class were recruited from two different schools. The interview questions investigated adolescents' experience with yoga regarding expectations before yoga class, positive changes after yoga, and advice for future yoga classes. Results: Three primary themes from the qualitative content analysis include 1) motivation to join a yoga class, 2) perceived benefits after class and 3) suggestions for school-based yoga. We found that high school students had intrinsic and extrinsic motivations to join yoga classes, and the perceived benefits included physical, psychological, cognitive and social aspects. The students also indicated the need for support by person, yoga with fun and information, yoga tailored by individual goal, simple and easy class. Conclusion: These results suggest that yoga could be an appropriate intervention for holistic health care, and school-based yoga should be applied by focusing on the various situational needs of adolescents'. Furthermore, when yoga leads to healthy habits compared to just simple exercise, a balanced development of adolescents can be achieved.

e-teaching portfolio development : Scoping Review

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an e-teaching portfolio to perform a teaching portfolio of an instructor on the web. I order to carry out this study, an initial model of the e-teaching portfolio was developed through systematic literature review, and the final e-teaching portfolio was developed by selecting and applying five students, then modifying and supplementing them. The study period was from May 1 to May 20, 2022. As a result of the study, the components of the finally developed e-teaching portfolio are Step 1: Understanding oneself, Step 2: Goal setting, Step 3: Learning strategy, Step 4: Self-check. In conclusion, the program developed through this study is a convenient function that can process everything in one place by connecting the fragmented teaching results, and the developed e-teaching portfolio can promote interaction between individuals by building a community. It has possible characteristics. In order to systematically activate the e-teaching portfolio developed through this study, it is necessary to establish an online management system for systematic operation. Furthermore, an institutional device is needed to guarantee the result of the developed e-teaching portfolio. In order to continuously manage the quality of the teaching portfolio, extrinsic rewards that stimulate the instructor's intrinsic motivation should be provided.
