A well designed disabled home needs to consider various design principles and variables. It should consider not only physical accessibility but also psychological aspects. Previous research studies have shown that barrier-free/universal designs which were primarily focused on physical access and usage of facilities and building operations. This research paper will examine, a selection of refurbished disabled homes, introduced by the Korean Disabled People's Development Institutes in 2013. The plan samples are to be analyzed using the Visual Access and Exposure spatial analysis program coupled with supporting information extracted from consultations and feedback from experienced professional disabled home staff members. This research paper aims to propose the usage and viability of VAE Analysis in the design and planning of disabled home layouts. The purpose of this study is to specify the differences in visual spatial relationships between the plans before and after refurbishment in accordance to staff and user requirements. This will ensure a bettered environment for the users and ensuring an optimized of spatial programming and building operation and usage.

The main aim of the current research is to make the resources for the architectural planning available and usable from the investigation of the various dwelling needs in order for the multicultural family to make comfortable settlement. The members of multicultural families demand the various needs depending on their usage and identification of the dwelling space. The current research has conducted to define the solution to address the raised issue and unsatisfied factors from the dwelling that does not meet the multi-cultural families' demand, finding out from the survey/interview from the multicultural dwellers The methods to investigate is firstly to conduct the research based on the previous data with theological study, secondly, to perform the survey to the members of the multi-cultural families, and thirdly, to determine the satisfactory status and the requesting factors for the spaces by in-depth interview with selected members of multi-cultural families, using the diagram.

The objective of this research was to identify the factors that affects the customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction of theme parks. This research focused on Sunway Lagoon. The reason Sunway Lagoon was selected was because of the vast number of visitors in Sunway Lagoon for the last few years. It enables the researchers to acquire sufficient amount of information to conduct a research. The factors which affects the customers' satisfaction are the behavior of the generation Y; service experience evaluation, perceived price, emotions, and servicescape. The limitation of this research was inadequate time to perform in-depth investigation on the research. The research study implemented qualitative research, thus the interview was used as a data collection. Since Sunway Lagoon was selected as the research setting, the face-to-face interview with 10 participants was conducted in the setting. This research is vital because it enables the organizations to determine factors that influence the customer's satisfaction and future behavioral intentions. As a result, organizations are able to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction as well as promoting customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the "Authentic Parental Competence Scale" for mothers with school-age children. Based on a literature review, the study found that 'authentic parental competence' could be divided into parenting comperence, self-system competence, and social competence. In addition, the scale comprised three factors consisting of 43. The study collected data through behavior event interview(BEI), focus group interview(FGI), and three times Delphi investigation. The scale for mothers of school-age children consisted of a total of 129 items, which included three different dimensions (knowledge, skill, and attitude), and four factors were extracted from factor analysis following a survey of 362 mothers. The factors were labeled as "ability of developmental positive parenting," "ability of playing a role as a citizen and making social contributions," "ability of self-understanding and interpersonal relations," and "ability of self-growth and self-determination." In addition, the results revealed that the "Authentic Parental Competence Scale" showed an appropriate level of construct validity, reliability of the scales, distribution of item response, and item discrimination.

본 연구는 소셜네트워크에서 SNS 광고에 대한 구전 제약요인의 개념과 측정도구 개발을 통하여 온라인 구전을 활성화하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이런 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 3단계의 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 문헌고찰과 정성적 조사방법을 통하여 구전 제약에 대한 개념과 범위에 대하여 탐색적 조사(표적 집단 면접과 심층면접, 전문가 면접)를 실시하였다. 둘째, 개발된 측정항목은 정제작업을 위해 설문 조사를 실시하여 측정문항에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 하였다. 셋째, 개발된 측정문항과 다른 주요 구성개념과 관계를 살펴봄으로써 측정항목의 예측타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 6개의 구성요인과 이에 대한 총 23개의 측정문항이 도출되었으며, 각각 내재적 및 대인적 제약(심리적 민감성, 보상적 민감성, 타인평가 민감성), 구조적 제약(신뢰성, 정보성, 오락성)으로 명명하였다. 정성적 연구와 정량적 연구를 통해 구전 제약의 측정문항을 개발하였으며, SNS 성과 및 평가 측면에서 SNS 광고 구전의 제약요인으로 작용하고 있는 사회적, 심리적, 환경적인 방해 요인들을 구전 제약의 관점에서 통합적으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 온라인 구전 제약에 대한 체계적이고 실증적인 연구수행을 위한 기본 틀과 효과적인 SNS 구전을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 예비교사들이 어떻게 공변추론(covariational reasoning)의 개념을 이해하는지를 정성연구방법을 통하여 연구하였다. Geometer's Sketchpad를 이용해 만들어진, 문제상황들을 위한 모의실험을 통해 두 학생들은 공변 추론의 단계가 '방향'수준에서 '순간비율' 수준으로 발전하였음이 연구분석 결과로 나타났다. 하지만, 이 연구를 통해 함수 학습을 위한 중요한 개념 중 하나인 '인과성'이 공변추론 양식틀에서 빠져있음을 알 수 있었고, 따라서 앞으로 학생들의 함수개념 발달의 연구를 위해서 공변추론과 인과성이 서로 연계되어 이루어 져야 할 필요성이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study is to encourage the circulation of good quality of oriental medicine and to improve national welfare. Investigation for the induction of quality inscription system was conducted by mail and interview. The data were analyzed by SAS. The major results were as follows: The portion of subjects agree to necessity of quality inscription was 78.5%. In the question of side effect against quality inscription, the rate of negative was 67.7%. The responses answered that the necessity of quality inscription was not economical profit but authority of knowledge and improvement on health(37.8%), established market for herbal medicine(34.7%) and effect of clinical care(23.9%), respectively These results might be useful information for establishing of quality inscription system for herbal medicine.

The study background is that Mo-Jung happens as the produce of the agricultural society but it is not easy to find it beside Ho-nam area. Because of this, it results construction has. The study progress is to understand the happening time, and regional cause the Mo-Jung construction has. The study progress is to understand the happening time of Mo-Jung, constructional meaning, and the meaning of Mo-Jung with the investigation method of literature consideration of the village society, data of the existing study, survey investigation, interview, and question through the process of analyzing the characteristics of differentiation of the village and Dure organization. 1. Mo-Jung construction has the meaning of vernacular construction reflecting the meaning of village community intensively as an element comprising the village, and the territory of Mo-Jung space is revealed as the male space. 2. The economic wealth of the village community and the image reflecting the community sense are stood out. 3. It is the reason why Mo-Jung construction is limited to Ho-nam area and is explained as the life style difference each village community has, the regional characteristic difference Dae-dong play of Yong.Ho-nam areas have, etc. so to speak. 4. This study is on investigation of sizes, functions and positions of storage space in the house, which is basically necessary for effective using of limit house space. The Storage spaces in Korean vernacular housings are intensively investigated to evaluate their usage and to ex-tend their utility for modern life. Data and materials on the storage spaces in typical houses were taken from the "NamSa Village" and Urban Single-Detached House provided by K.N.H.C. In order to get the fundamental materials, related references are widely investigated and interview and direct visiting have also been made. The results are obtained as follows. 1. There are many kinds of storage space in the rural detached house, however this space could approximately classified as five kinds. 2. The number of "BYUKJANG" and "BANCHIM" are more equipped in apartment houses rader than rural detached houses. 3. There are more kinds of storage space in the public detached houses rather than the public apartment houses. 4. In the apartment houses constructed by private companies, more storage space are generally equipped rather than public apartment houses. than public apartment houses.

한국은 지적측량에 의하여 설치되는 지상의 경계점을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 2013년 7월 17일 "측량 수료조사 및 지적에 관한 법률" 제65조를 신설하여 지상경계점등록부를 작성 관리하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이 제도는 작성시간의 과다한 소요와 활용성 미비로 제도 시행에 따른 부정적 인식이 확산되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 지상경계점등록부 운영과 관련한 문제점을 분석해 보고 선진 해외사례 조사와 국제 지적전문가의 인터뷰 등을 통하여 합리적인 개선방안을 제안하였으며 이를 통하여 우리나라의 지적측량에 대한 신뢰도가 보다 향상되기를 기대한다.
