자유곡면으로 이루어진 3차원 곡면의 고속 가공시스템

  • This paper proposes methods for pencil machining and uncut area machining. Based on Z-map represented by triangular facets, self-intersection-free offset surface is generated with K-offset method in case of ball mill and flat mill Pencil machining can elliminate overload area before main machining rough, semi-finish and finish cutting,preventing fluctuations of cutting forces in concave regions form causing bad machining condition. Low productivity is caused by uncut area which has excessive or irreguar finishing allowance. Uncut area machining has the finishing allowance keep uniformly on part surface. This paper deals with two types of uncaut area, machining detection of excessive area and user-defined area.

TRANSYT 모델의 내재 모개변수에 관한 연구 (A Study on TRANSYT Model-embedded Parameters)

  • Prior to using any computer model, the program-embedded palameters showing significant differences from real world should be calibrated. This is especially true when the model is expected to be used fro various roadway and traffic condition. The calibration of TRANSYT model was conducted for the parameters of start-up delay, and lag, stop penalty(K), platoon dispersion factor, and saturation flow rate. The values of the parameters were obtained by theoretical methods from actual field measurements for discharging and arrival pattern. The sites elected for the study was an intersection of Dongil-Ro and Hwarang-Ro, and a 334 meter downstrean section from the intersection stop line on westbound Hwarang-Ro. The study results showed that the start-up delay was 2.6 sec, end lag was 1.0 sec, saturation flow rate was 2287 pcphgpl, platoon dispersion factor was 0.2-03, and stop penalty(K) was 32. However, since these parameters re apt to depend on traffic and roadway condition, it is doubtful whether the obtained values will be applicable to the area-wide situation other than this particular site.

마이크로셀 설계를 위한 전파경로 해석 모델 (Analyze a Propagation Path Model for Planning a Cell in the Microcell)

  • 본 논문에서는 전파경로를 구할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 이 모델은 가시거리영역에서 마지막으로 이루어지는 반사위치를 입사각의 변화에 따라 다르게 구하였고. 도심지역의 다양한 형태를 고려하기 위해 도로폭과 교차각을 각각 변화시켰다. 그 결과 전파경로는 교차각이 15$^{\circ}$~75$^{\circ}$로 변화함에 따라 증가하였으며 기존모델 보다 대략 1[dB]~2[dB]정도 감쇄됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • IoU (Intersection over Union) is the most commonly used index in target detection. The core requirement of target detection is what is in the image and where. Based on these two problems, classification training and positional regression training are needed. However, in the process of position regression, the most commonly used method is to obtain the IoU of the predicted bounding box and ground-truth bounding box. Calculating bounding box regression losses should take into account three important geometric measures, namely the overlap area, the distance, and the aspect ratio. Although GIoU (Generalized Intersection over Union) improves the calculation function of image overlap degree, it still can't represent the distance and aspect ratio of the graph well. As a result of technological progress, Bounding-Box is no longer represented by coordinates x,y,w and h of four positions. Therefore, the IoU can be further optimized with the center point and aspect ratio of Bounding-Box.

비신호 교차로 상황에서 V2V 기반 자율주행차의 위험성 분석 및 모니터링 컨셉 연구 (A Study of Hazard Analysis and Monitoring Concepts of Autonomous Vehicles Based on V2V Communication System at Non-signalized Intersections)

  • 자율주행차는 GPS 및 레이더, 라이다, 카메라, IMU 등 다수의 센서가 장착되어 도심 교차로 주행 환경에서 다양한 교통체계를 인지하고 판단하여 주행하지만 장착된 센서의 감지 거리를 벗어나는 영역에 대한 예측 및 판단의 한계 등으로 자율주행차의 교차로 사고 비율은 전체 사고의 88%로 사고 비율이 높다. 따라서 ITS 도입으로 V2V, V2I를 통한 비신호 교차로 사고 회피 전략 연구가 진행되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 고장 상황에서 안전한 교차로 주행에 대한 연구도 진행되고 있지만 단순한 교차로 시나리오를 통한 검증과 단편적인 V2V 고장만을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 V2V 모듈의 아키텍쳐를 분석하여 V2V 모듈별 위험 요인을 분석하여 고장모드를 정의하였다. 또한 다양한 도로 조건 및 교통량에 따라 교차로 시나리오를 제시하여 ISO-26262 Part3 프로세스를 활용하여 HARA를 수행하여 자율주행차의 오작동에 대해 시뮬레이션 기반 위험성을 분석하여 ASIL을 제시하였다. V2V 모듈의 각 컴포넌트별 모니터링 컨셉을 제안하였고 시뮬레이션을 통해 모니터링 커버리지를 제시하였다.

  • There are plenty of optimization models for the signal-system of a single intersection and area traffic. Some of those models are adopted for the real traffic signal control system. The simulators for a single crossroad have been developed, so that we could evaluate optimization models and traffic control systems. However, the simulators for the area traffic are still being developed. Therefore, there are many limitations in the analysis and evaluation for area traffic control systems. The area traffic is consist of several intersections interconnected which are very complicated and many traffic strategy are adopted for the control system. This paper features an effective area traffic control system by High Lever Architecture(HLA) which is a new developed simulation tool. In this paper, we discuss the design of HLA-based area traffic control simulation. We describe technical motivations for the HLA, the key elements of the architecture and how they are minimum and essential to the goal of reuse and interoperability.

The simulators for a single crossroad have been developed, so that we could evaluate optimization models and traffic control systems. However, the simulators for the area traffic are still being developed. Therefore, there are many limitations in the analysis and evaluation for area traffic control system. The area traffic is consisted of several intersections which are very complicated and many traffic strategies are adopted for the control system. This paper features an effective area traffic control system based on the High Lever Architecture(HLA). In this paper, we discuss the design of HLA-based area traffic control simulation. We describe technical motivations for the HLA, the key elements of the architecture and how they are minimum and essential to the goal of reuse and interoperability. A distributed simulation with HLA/RTI provides stable and satisfactory experimental results. Moreover, the prototype traffic control system provides reliable accomplishment compared to the NETSIM and TRANSYT-7F models.

전극의 3차원 측정데이터로부터 방전가공조건 결정 (Determination of Electrical Discharge Machining Parameters from the CMM data of a Electrode)

  • This paper proposes a method for determining optimal EDM parameters based on discharge area from the physical model of a tool electrode. Main parameters, which affect the EDM performance, are peak value of currents, pulse-on time, and pulse-off time. Such parameters are closely dependent on the discharge area in EDM process. In this paper the discharge area is estimated from the CMM scanning data to the tool electrode. The method is very useful when any geometric information to the tool electrode is not provided from tool modeler or producer. The method consists of following four steps. First a triangulation mesh is constructed from the CMM data. Secondly, the z-map is modeled from the triangulated mesh. Thirdly, the discharge area is estimated from intersection between the z-map model and a z-height plane. Finally, the machining parameters are easily calculated by some known EDM equations to the discharge area. An example is introduced to show that the machining parameters are calculated from the CMM data to a tool electrode.

도로환경요인과 교통사고의 상관분석 및 사고추정모형 개발 (청주시 4지 신호교차로를 중심으로) (Correlation Analysis and Estimation Modeling Between Road Environmental Factors and Traffic Accidents (The Case of a 4-legged Signalized Intersections in Cheongju))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신호교차로의 교통사고 심각성을 인식하고, 교통사고의 특성분석과 관련변수와의 상관분석 및 사고추정모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적하에 본 연구에서는 2004년도 청주시 총 교통사고건수 3,115건 중 1,183건이 발생한 4지 신호교차로 전체(181개소)를 대상으로 하였다. 신호교차로 사고에 영향을 줄 것으로 판단되는 ADT, 교차로 면적, 평균차로폭 및 종단경사 등 독립변수들과 교통사고건수, 교통사고율(MEV) 및 EPDO를 종속변수로 선정하여, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 추정모형을 개발하였다. 모형개발 결과, 교통사고건수의 경우 ADT 등 5개의 변수가 주요 요인으로 분석되었으며($R^2=0.612$), 교통사고율(MEV)의 경우 교차로면적 등 5개 변수가 주요 요인으로 분석되었다($R^2=0.304$). 또한 신호교차로 교통사고의 심각성 및 특성분석이라는 본 연구의 목적에 가장 부합되는 EPDO의 경우는 ADT, 주도로 평균차로폭, 상향종단경사, 제한속도 차 등 4개 변수가 주요 요인으로 분석되었다($R^2=0.559$)
