The KAMYOUNG is the supreme local government office in CHOSEON dynasty. This study aims to propose the new methodology on research of local government office's prototype in CHOSEON dynasty. Especially this study is the zoning plan of the KAMYOUNG in the late CHOSEON dynasty, It is meant to present the first trial that pursue to total frame of local government in CHOSEON dynasty through the new methodology. The 18th century is the transitional era when the system of norm was deconstructed. The institution and organization of the supreme lacal government office(KAMYOUNG) was united nationwidely and at the same time its deconstruction was carried out in the 18th century. The domain of the governer has fixed in the 18th century, though the scale of 街e KAMYOUNG was enlarged. These domain expressed a strong symbolization according to hierarchy in exterior appearance of the traditional architecture. With the entire execution of a local government coming soon, the concerns about the localization have been increased rapidly. Under this time situation, as the discussion centered on the creation or change of the local self-governing community, so the concerns regarding the traditional aspects of a local government office have been increasing. Hower, without the recognition of this history, as the research of these existing historical materials has been progressed, so the misunderstanding is still left. Especially, because the government office of CHOSEON is a Confucian nation thinking much of a hierarchy based on Yae - Jae, the hierarchy of this architecture has a deep correlation with the organization of an office. The method of this study is like following: Firstly, prescribed characteristic of KAMYOUNG tough syudys of hierarchy in a local government system, human and material composition. secondly, as the changing progress of KAMYOUNG is compared and analyzed with organization of an office in the center. So characteristics of KAMYOUNG are abstracted. And finally, from this, the interpretation methodology of KAMYOUNG is revealed, with a deep correlation between specific characters of organization and architectural structurals. And also, with these methodologies, the interpretation method of the local government office and normative frame in CHOSEON dynasty are suggested.

This study explored interpretation of the symbolical and metaphorical aesthetics in experiencing art/craft/handmade/studio furniture theoretically for 'wood culture experience class' or 'wood love experience class' by the Korea Forest Service because the class tends to focus on making simple wood works involved just in the practical part. Qualitative conceptual analysis as the principal methodology was used to achieve the theoretical context in the experience programs. After the lesson one on defining the postmodern aesthetics in New Design furniture as metaphor in the previous paper, I developed lesson two for an aesthetics of art and everyday life with wood furniture which expresses the metaphorical and symbolical aesthetics appeared as New Design furniture in postmodernism. As statement of objective in the second lesson, I explored that students in elementary schools personally transform and interpret the postmodern aesthetics of New Design furniture metaphorically with the meanings of symbol. As a result, the students will be able to write about the aesthetics of New Design furniture as metaphor in interpretation transformed by his/her perspective of a piece of selected New Design furniture.

This study is interested in how philological interpretation of a space text were patterned so as to give the text structural cohesion. A similar philological motivation incorporates some of the notions of generative grammar. Interpretation is the process of recovering the cultural meanings expressed in discourse by analysing the linguistic structures in the light of their interactional and wider social contexts. Viewed in this light, the process of this study is illustrated as follows: At first, this research contains basic concepts of signification of text and context, and theories of spacial text and context of typological structure in terms of Ricoeur's structural Hermeneutics. Secondly, it concretize a logic that traditional space context is inserted in organized attribute like emotion, spirit, nature as character of contemporary space text through typological structure. Finally, from aspect of designation theory among interpretive semantics, it shows that korean contemporary space design is incorporated with typological structure of korean traditional palace spacial context homologically through the case study of I-Hotel space design. Through this process, this study suggest that positivistic interpretation methodology by designation of text is logical thinking of Korean traditional space design.

Purpose - The paper aims to study strategic enterprise resource initiative formation processes. It analyzes the process of managing the strategic resource initiative and discusses its implementation mechanism. A research model for enterprises' strategic development is proposed, which suggests a geometric interpretation for estimating a company's long-term development. Research design, data, and methodology - The analysis employs theoretical studies of modern researchers. The main models used to determine the optimal alternative business strategy are graphic interpretation and mathematical modeling. Results - The hypotheses testing demonstrates the definition of a company's strategic resource initiative and explains the-mechanism or design of its formation. The study presents a geometric prism-refraction model of practice using a strategic resource initiative. Conclusions - An enterprise's strategy could return to its initial state in case of its unexpected deviation as a result of passing through the nodal points. The proposed model allows us to evaluate business performance, its surrounding environment, and the resource management strategy, to determine the necessary scope of strategy changes necessary to bring it back to the original state.

We have conducted surface electrical resistivity surveys along with the electrical logging at Bookil-Myun, Chungwon-Goon, Choongchungbuk-Do to determine the depths of basement and water table, and for the purpose of preparing the basic input data for hydrogeologic model combined with GIS. A twenty lines of dipole-dipole array survey and a twenty-five stations of resistivity sounding were performed and ten holes were employed for electrical logging to cross check the surface data. A combined interpretation gave the quantitative information of the shallow geologic structure over the area and we constructed layers using the grid analysis of Arc/info. The constructed layers were turned out to be similar to the geologic structure confirmed from the drilling data and we concluded that the methodology adopted in this study would be applicable to hydrogeologic model setup as a tool of providing the basic input data.

In the last years fuzzy control has grown up to an important methodology of control engineering. In spite of the successful realizations of the underlying concepts in industrial products there has only been little effort regarding a semantical foundation of the prevailing heuristics that are used in fuzzy control. For this reason we want to outline promising approaches to an interpretation and better mathematical justification of fuzzy control, where the fundamental ideas of using equality relations to specify fuzzy environments for crisp data are presented. It turns out that Mamdani's classical max-min-inference is a consequence of our model.

Physical housing environments of the rural area including houses and its connected facilities have much changed for decades. Such changes had an effect on the landscape of the rural area to much extent. As houses were renovated or rebuilt in rural area, the landscape were also remade. It could be expected that these changes of the physical housing environments are related with both urban developments and demands of the rural area itself. Thus, some rural areas in Gyeonggi province as the most related cases with urban area were chosen for a case study. On the methodology of the landscape assessment, the landscape factors related with housing environments were reviewed and some connected queistions were also interviewed. Landscape Assessment should include various social and cultural aspects, but in this thesis the visible factors are integrated. So considering many support policy oriented for physical investment and improving in rural areas, landscape assessment and interpretation are very helpful and meaningful.

본 산림항공사진 영상판독시스템 개발은 기존의 아날로그 방식의 제작과정을 개선하기 위해 제작 기반 기술 및 작업공정을 최적화하여 임상도 제작의 정확성과 효율성을 높이는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 시스템 구축에 필요한 수치임상도, 항공사진, 수치지형도 등의 DB 모델을 설계하고 검색 엔진, 화면제어, 입체 판독 모드 전환, 편집 도구, 출력 레이아웃 자동 설정 등의 기능과 연동될 수 있도록 인터페이스를 간결하게 구성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 표준화된 방법론을 제시함으로서 각종 수치주제도를 제작하는데 응용 및 확장할 수 있으며, 의사 결정 활용 및 신속한 산림자원정보를 전달할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - This paper examines the legal standards for the interpretation of contract terms in the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (PICC) and the cases thereunder in order to provide academic implication to promoting an appropriate understanding of this topic in practical business. Design/methodology - This article uses the literature research and case study under the PICC. Findings - the contract terms shall be interpreted according to the common intention of the parties. If such an intention cannot be established, the contract shall be interpreted according to the meaning that reasonable persons of the same kind as the parties would give to it in the same circumstances. The statements and other conduct of a party shall be interpreted according to that party's intention if the other party knew or could not have been unaware of that intention. If not, the reasonable person standard will apply. In applying above articles, all relevant circumstances including the conduct of the parties, practices and usages shall be considered. Terms and expressions shall be interpreted in the light of the whole contract or statement in which they appear and contract terms shall be interpreted so as to give effect to all the terms rather than to deprive some of them of effect. Where contract terms supplied by one party are unclear, contra proferentem rule applies. Where there is discrepancy between several equally authoritative versions of a contract, a preference is given to the interpretation according to the version originally drawn up. Where the parties to a contract have not agreed regarding an important term for their rights and duties, a term which is appropriate in the circumstances shall be supplied. Originality/value - This article examines various cases regarding the topic that were determined under the PICC. By finding legal standards and rulings of relevant cases, this article will help readers in practical business to enhance the ability to apply the provisions to their contracts.

This study presents a methodology that efficiently evaluates and interprets the end-user computing capability in a total perspective in a computing environment. The evaluation system has an evaluation tool, evaluation method and process, and an interpretation system. The validity and reliability of the developed tool construct was verified by factor and reliability analysis with the application of SPSS software. The application and utilization of the developed system was confirmed by applying it to evaluating the computing competency of 316 workers in an enterprise and presenting its evaluation results. This will contribute to developing a methodology for totally evaluating and interpreting the end-user computing capability and improving their computing capability in industrial fields.
