This research is to figure out how interpersonal relationships among the foodservice industry affected customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing strategy methods could be indicated to bear fruit in the food-industry based on this research. First, the properties of each factor related interpersonal relationship of foodservice industry, customer satisfaction and retention were obtained from previous studies. Second, interpersonal relationship was applied as an independent variable, retention between customers and the foodservice industry as a consequent variable and customer satisfaction as a parameters. The result reached through convergent validity came to satisfy all variables. Third, it was strongly maintained that the higher interpersonal relationship was, the more satisfied customers were and that the more satisfied customers were, the stronger retention was. It was shown that customers would repurchase and had strong loyalty to a certain enterprise if its services satisfied them and met their expectations.
The purpose of this research is to provide a primary data to help adaptation of active duty soldiers' military life by figuring how self-esteem, anxiety of interpersonal relationships, and depression are related to adaptation directly or indirectly. The research has done by 127 of the soldiers on service. According to the result of this research, when their self-esteem gets raised, the anxiety of interpersonal relationship and the rate of depression go down. This higher self-esteem effects on getting higher adaptation of military life. However, if the anxiety of interpersonal relationships grows, this causes much more serious depression and makes hard to get adaptation of military life. Consequently this research identifies that anxiety of interpersonal relationships as a parameter mediates between self-esteem and adaptation of military life. In order to help soldiers adapt to their military life properly, the discussion and proposal have done with direct or indirect relationship among variables.
In this paper, our goal is to investigate the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships formation of the SNS users. To achieve this, first, we collected the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships, conducted survey, and then we analyzed the data with the PLS(Partial Least Square) and structural equation. As a result, we verified the main cause of factors as personal, relational and environmental factors and 8 kinds of detailed factor as social attraction, physical attraction, informational post, reciprocality, similarity, contents quality, web appearance and perceived spatiality are the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships dimensions. Finally, these factors were proposed as the influencing factors on the online-based interpersonal relationships formation of the SNS users.

The socio-cultural notion that appearance is something that can be created and managed, as opposed to something that is innate, has led to increased demands and expectations for appearance management. As the perception of appearance affects not only the oneself but also interpersonal relationships, increased satisfaction with one's appearance has the positive aspect of psychological stability, which leads to more active social participation. This study examined the effects of makeup and clothing adopted as appearance management behaviors and appearance satisfaction on interpersonal relationships, and analyzed the mediating effect of appearance management behaviors on interpersonal satisfaction through appearance satisfaction. The research method was a questionnaire, and 85 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4 were used to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the women's appearance management behaviors, makeup has a defining effect on appearance satisfaction, and appearance satisfaction has a defining effect on interpersonal relationships. In addition, it was found that appearance satisfaction mediates the relationship between makeup and interpersonal relationships among appearance management behaviors. Although this study is limited in its generalizability to members of society as a whole because it was conducted on a sample of female college students in their 20s, it is significant in that it confirmed that practicing appearance management behaviors, reflecting the socio-cultural notion that appearance is created and managed, positively affects the formation of interpersonal relationships with psychologically stable members of society by making them confident in their appearance.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of the enneagram group counseling program on self-esteem, anxiety and interpersonal relationships in nursing students. Methods: The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 52 nursing students (26 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group). Nursing students in the experiment group participated in the enneagram group counseling program. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 14.0 program. Results: The anxiety level of the experimental group decreased significantly from those in the control group. However, self-esteem and interpersonal relationships in the experimental group were not different from those in the control group. Conclusions: The enneagram group counseling program was effective in decreasing anxiety for nursing students.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the association between interpersonal relationships and the 4C core competencies of dental hygiene students. It also examined how interpersonal competence can be enhanced by the development and application of programs so that the 4C core competencies of university students can be improved. Methods: A survey was conducted from March to May 2019 on students from the Department of dental hygiene in Busan, South Korea, and 177 valid responses were analyzed. The general characteristics of the students were calculated using frequency and percentage, and their degree of 4C core competencies and interpersonal abilities were expressed as means (±standard deviation). Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effects of interpersonal competence on the 4C core competencies. Results: The findings revealed the factors affecting the 4C core competencies as; (a) communication ability was affected by interpersonal cognition and confidence building; (b) critical thinking ability was affected by person-oriented, self-expression, and confidence building; (c) creative problem-solving ability was affected by self-confidence, person-orientation, self-expression, and confidence building, and (d) cooperative self-efficacy was affected by person-oriented and confidence building. Conclusions: Based on the above findings, it is necessary to develop systematic program items and education systems that can effectively develop interpersonal competency, and thereby improve 4C core competencies among students.
This study investigated correlations among interpersonal problems, body dissatisfaction, and makeup behavior among college students. The results provide basic data which are helpful for students to build healthy interpersonal relationships and suggest a direction for beauty care behavior. This study derived the following results: A close correlation was identified between international problems and body dissatisfaction and body dissatisfaction and makeup behavior. In other words, college students suffering from interpersonal problems also experienced body dissatisfaction. In addition, those with body dissatisfaction have made efforts to overcome such problem through makeup behavior. This could be viewed as meaning that the greater the body dissatisfaction, the more active college students are in makeup management behavior, and the intention to resolve their physical dissatisfaction through makeup management behavior was included. Therefore, society or colleges need to recognize the necessity of counseling or treatment programs for college students suffering from interpersonal problems or body dissatisfaction and help them enter into society through diverse programs. Additionally, appearance management programs, such as the aforementioned makeup behavior, that can make them satisfied with their body should be developed. Ultimately, diverse suggestions that can help students improve their self-esteem and interpersonal relationships and enhance sociality through such social efforts should be formulated.
This study was to investigate the effects of interpersonal relationships on job satisfaction of home-visiting care helpers and the category of interpersonal relationships was subdivided into elderly clients, guardians, colleagues and directors considering the person-to-person nature of home-visiting care helper's job characteristics. A group of 336 care helpers who engaged in home-visiting care service providing facilities in Daejeon City was selected as a research subject, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program using reliability, frequency, correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The results for the final analysis revealed that the effect of socio-demographic features was not significant while, among characteristics of job performances, work priority, turnover experience, and career choice reasons turned out to have significant impacts on job satisfaction. In particular, interpersonal relationships except the one with guardians were found to be the most influential variables and the effects of those relationships on job satisfaction were significant. The influencing power was stronger in relationships with director, elderly clients, and colleagues in order, and the job satisfaction level was higher as they were in better relationships with director, elderly clients, and colleagues. The results of this research shows that it is necessary to set an atmosphere where harmonious interpersonal relationships can be formed inside and outside of facilities in order to improve job satisfaction of home-visiting care helpers.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the self-growth group counseling program on the self-concept and the interpersonal relationships of depressed children in elementary school. A total 20 children who were screened by CDI criteria participated in this study, these students were randomly assigned to the experimental group(N=10) and the control group(N=10). The self-growth group counseling programs were implemented for ten week period. The research hypothesis were as follows: 1-1 : The scores on the self-concept measure of the experimental group received the self-growth group counseling program will be higher than the control group. 1-2 : The post-test scores on the self-concept measure of the experimental group received the self-growth group counseling program will be higher than the pre-test scores. 2-1 : The scores on the interpersonal relationships measure of experimental group received the self-growth group counseling program will be higher than the control group. 2-2 : The post-test scores on the interpersonal relationships measure of the experimental group received the self-growth group counseling program will be higher than pre-test scores. 3-1 : The scores on CDI of the experimental group received the self-growth group counseling program will be lower than the control group. 3-2 : The post-test scores on CDI of the experimental group received self-growth group counseling program will be lower than pre-test scores. The results of the study were as follows: First, the scores of the self-concept and the interpersonal relationships measures of the experimental group students appeared to be higher than the control group. However among the self-concept measure, the score of the emotional self showed no statistically significant differences between the groups. Second, within the experimental group, the scores of the self-concept and the interpersonal relationships measures of the post-test appeared to be higher than the pre-test. Third, the scores on CDI measures also showed significant mean differences between the experimental group and the control group, and between the pre- and post-tests. These findings suggested that the self-growth group counseling program interventions were functioned as for improving the self-concept and the interpersonal relationships, and for decreasing the depressed level of children. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed, and the suggestions for further researches were made.
