초등학생의 대인관계 스트레스와 도움추구태도가 행복에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Interpersonal Stress and Attitude toward Help on Happiness in Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생들의 대인관계 스트레스와 도움추구태도가 행복에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상은 초등학생 고학년 171명이었다. 자료 분석은 분산분석과 상관관계 분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 초등학생의 대인관계 스트레스와 행복은 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 초등학생의 도움추구태도는 행복과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 스트레스 하위요인 중 부모와 교우관계 스트레스가 행복에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 도움추구태도의 하위요인 중 부모와 교사에 대한 도움추구태도가 행복에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 부모관계 스트레스와 행복 간의 관계에서 부모 및 교사에 대한 도움추구태도는 유의한 매개효과가 있었다. 교사관계 스트레스와 행복 간의 관계에서 교사에 대한 도움추구태도는 유의한 매개효과가 있었다. 교우관계 스트레스와 행복 간의 관계에서 도움추구태도는 유의한 매개효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 스트레스와 초등학생의 행복 간의 관계에서 도움추구태도의 중요성을 논의하였다.

보건소 간호사의 직무스트레스, 건강지각과 건강증진 생활양식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Job Stress, Health Perception and Health Promoting Life Style among the Community Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify the scores of perceived job stress, health perception and health promoting life style in community health nurses and to define the correlations of three variables. Method: The data were collected by 68 subjects, using the self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pearson correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of job stress was $3.19({\pm}.60)$, health perception scale was $3.04({\pm}.49)$ and health promoting life style profile was $2.49({\pm}.30)$. The relationship among job stress, health perception and health promoting life style were not statistically significant. The relationships between age, overloading job, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between religion and problem of interpersonal relationship was statistically significant. The relationships between single of marital status, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between career and stress management was statistically significant. Conclusion: These results suggested that health promotion program for community health nurses to reduce job stress, promoting health promoting life style should be carefully developed so as to provide better quality of health care services to the community people.

인문사회계열 대학생의 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 스트레스가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-efficacy, Interpersonal Relationship Ability and Perceived Stress toward Resilience in Humanities and Social Sciences Undergraduate Students)

  • 본 연구는 인문사회계열 대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 지각된 스트레스가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 인문사회계열 전문대학생 330명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 회복탄력성 평균 3.34±0.45점이었다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 자기효능감(r=.521, p<.001), 대인관계능력(r=.678, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈고, 지각된 스트레스(r=-.234, p<.001)와 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감(β=.280, p<.001), 대인관계능력(β=.394, p<.001), 지각된 스트레스(β=-.191, p<.001)로 나타났고, 설명력은 53.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 인문사회계열 대학생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인할 수 있었다.

군 병사의 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응과의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Relationship Ability on the Relationship between Military Life Stress and Military Adjustment of Soldiers)

  • 본 연구는 군 병사의 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 충남과 대전지역의 군 병사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 최종 453명을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 군 병사의 계급과 병과에 따른 대인관계능력과 군 생활적응의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 군 생활스트레스가 높으면 대인관계능력은 낮아지고 군 생활적응도 힘들어지며, 군 병사의 대인관계능력이 높을수록 군 생활적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응간의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 대인관계능력의 하위요인 중 개방성에서 조절효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 군 병사의 군 생활스트레스를 조절하여 군생활적응력을 높이기 위해서는 대인관계능력 중 개방성의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 돕는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

대인관계 스트레스가 직무태도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 호텔 식음료 종사원을 대상으로 (The Effects of Interpersonal Relationship Stress on Job Attitude and Turnover Intention: Focused on Hotel Employees in Food and Beverage Department)

  • The purposes of this study was to investigate how interpersonal relationship stress had the impact on job attitude and turnover intention. To perform this study, total 420 questionnaire were distributed to regular hotel employees from October 16th to November 26th in 2017. Unworkable data were excluded, and final 344 usable responses were obtained for an empirical analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were measured by using SPSS 18.0, respectively. For the study structure, interpersonal relationship stress primarily concentrated on the boss/staff/colleague/customer stress. Job attitude was divided into organization commitment and job satisfaction. Transfer intention was a single factor. The results of this study were shown as follows: Hypothesis 1, boss/customer stress have a negative effect on organization commitment and boss/colleague/customer stress have a negative effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2, boss/customer stress have a positive effect on transfer intention. Hypothesis 3, tissue commitment have a negative effect on transfer intention. This results of this study have shown that stress management of employee is a source of management result in hotel business. This study have given to the hotel's human resource management and internal marketing for the practical implication and academical use.

금융직 여성 근로자의 직무스트레스 실태와 근골격계질환 자작증상과의 관련성 연구 (A study on the relationship between job stress and subjective symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders of the financial working woman's)

  • This study tried to identify the job stress characteristics of female bank workers and the relationship between their stress and symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The total number of 587 female bank tellers have been participated in this study. Specifically, questionnaire surveys regarding job stress and MSDs symptoms were conducted. On the basis of the results from the survey using Korean version of job stress questionnaire with 24 questions, stress scores associated with job requirement and job flexibility were relatively high. The job stress levels regarding job demand, organizational system, occupational climate at the work place were relatively high for the full time workers while the job stress levels regarding insufficient job control, job stability, interpersonal conflict, lack of reward were relatively high for the part time worker. The workers with longer total work years had relatively high job stress associated with interpersonal conflict, and organizational system while the workers with longer work years at the current job had relatively high job stress associated with occupational climate. Also, the workers with longer working hours a day had relatively high job stress associated with job demand, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, and occupational climate. According to the relationship identified in this study, symptoms at the neck, shoulder, hand, low back. leg were associated with the stress levels in terms of job flexibility, interpersonal conflict, job requirement, job stability. In conclusion, female bank workers are exposed to job stress due to their specific job characteristics and there has been certain relationships between their job stress and MSDs symptoms.

임상 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 대인갈등 해결 전략 및 직무 만족도 (A Survey on the Work Stress, Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Strategy and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurse)

  • This descriptive study was designed to measure the degrees of work stress and job satisfaction and use interpersonal conflict resolution strategy as an attempt to provide clinical nurses basic data to develop strategies releasing work stress and improving job satisfaction. These data were collected from 367 clinical nurses working in 9 hospitals nation-wide from May 1, to June 30, 1998. A structured questionaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire included Kim and Koo's work stress scale, Lee's interpersonal conflict resolution strategy scale and a Minesota satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was done by the use of the SAS computer program with descriptive statistics, t -test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach - ${\alpha}$. The results were as follows 1. The mean score of work stress for the subjects was 4.34(SD=0.64). The highest scored reasons for work stress were 'inadequate com pensation' 4.93(SD=0.86), 'lack of professional knowledge and skill' 4.70(SD=0.92) and 'unsatisfactory relationship with superior authorities' 4.63(SD=0.97). The lowest scored reasons were 'unsatisfactory relationship with inferior staff' 3.72(SD=1.02), 'inadequate mechanical environment' 3.72(SD=1.11) and 'interpersonal problems' 3.85 (SD=1.06), The work stress in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on the hospital type (F=4.00, p=0.0082). 2. The clinical nurses used compromise(45.1%) as the best interpersonal conflict resolution strategy. The second was collaboration(32.8%), the third accomodation(14.2%), the forth avoidance(4.2%) and the fifth competition(3.6%). 3. The item score of job satisfaction of the subject was 3.00(SD=0.43), The job satisfaction in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on age(F=5.67, p=0.0000), marital status(t= -1.89, p=0.0511), academic career(F=5.84, 0.0001), official position (F=7.38, p=0.0001), and work career(F=6.33, p=0.0001). 4. The result of the analysis of relationship between work stress and job satisfaction was significant(r= -0.34, p=0.0000). In conclusion, it was found that work stress was very high in clinical nurses. They used interpersonal conflict resolution strategies to release their interpersonal problems and to increase their job satisfaction. Therefore, adequate stress management for clinical nurses will provide them with higher job satisfaction and hence lead to more qualitified nursing care.

간호학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 임상수행능력과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Stress of Clinical Practice and Clinical Competency in Nursing Students)

  • This study was performed to identify the level of stress of clinical practice and clinical competency and the relationships between stress of clinical practice and clinical competency in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 379 senior nursing students in 2 nursing colleges in M city. The data were collected from November 5th to 24th, 2000, using questionnaire. The instruments used were the Stress of Clinical Practice Scale and the Clinical Competency Measurement Tool. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, using the SPSS program. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The mean score for the level of stress of clinical practice was 3.83 points. The stress of clinical practice were classified into six dimensions and their order of getting score was nurse(3.99), relationship between nursing theory and practice(3.94), human relationship (3.92), clinical education and evaluation by professors(3.87), environment(3.70), and patient(3.59). 2. The mean score for the level of clinical competency was 3.91 points. The clinical competency were classified into five dimensions and their order of getting score was professional development (4.08), skills (4.06) , interpersonal relationship/communication(3.95), teaching/coordinating(3.81), and nursing process(3.70), 3. The stress of clinical practice showed significant difference in the score of grade(t=-2.82, p=.005), interpersonal relationship(t=1.97, p=.049) and satisfaction of major(F=3.38, p=.035) of nursing students. 4. The clinical competency showed significant difference in the score of grade(t=-5.97, p=.000). interpersonal relationship(t=3.64, p=.000) and satisfaction of major(F=8.73, p=.000) of nursing students. 5. The data showed the positive correlations between stress of clinical practice and clinical competency(r=.209, p=.000). In conclusion. this study found that the stress of clinical practice was significantly related to clinical competency in nursing students. Therefore further study is needed to examine the efficient coping strategies about stress of clinical practice in nursing students.

간호대학생의 대인관계, 임상실습 스트레스 및 임상실습 만족도 간의 관계 (Relation of interpersonal relationship, clinical stress and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 대인관계, 임상실습 스트레스 및 임상실습 만족도를 파악하고, 제 변수의 상관관계를 조사하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 대구 경북 지역 3개 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 3,4학년생 261명을 대상으로 2015년 9월 7일~18까지 설문조사하였고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 대인관계는 평균 $3.74{\pm}0.39$점, 임상실습 스트레스는 $3.21{\pm}0.54$점, 임상실습 만족도는 $3.44{\pm}0.45$점이었다. 대인관계는 연령(F=3.12, p=.046), 간호학 전공만족도(F=15.84, p<.001), 대인관계 중요성(F=4.76, p=.001), 학업성적(F=3.80, p=.011)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 임상실습 스트레스는 연령(F=8.05, p<.001), 간호학 지원동기(F=4.55, p=.001), 간호학 전공만족도(F=2.69, p=.046)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 임상실습 만족도는 간호학 전공만족도(F=3.24, p=.022), 대인관계 중요성(F=3.01, p=.019), 학업성적(F=5.24, p=.002)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대인관계와 임상실습 만족도(r=.24, p<.001)는 유의한 순 상관관계가 있었으며, 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요소는 대인관계(${\beta}=.21$, p<.001), 학업성적(${\beta}=.12$, p=.045)이었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위해서 간호대학생의 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위한 중재 방안이 필요하다.

스마트폰중독 위험군 대학생의 대인관계문제, 스트레스 대처방식, 정신건강의 구조모형분석 (A study on the Structural Equation Modeling of Interpersonal problem, Stress coping strategy, Mental health of University students at risk of Smartphone addiction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 스마트폰중독 위험군 대학생의 대인관계문제, 스트레스대처방식, 정신건강의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 대인관계문제는 정신건강의 심각성을 악화시키는 직접적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스대처전략은 대인관계문제와 정신건강 사이의 영향관계에서 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 소극적 대처는 위험요인, 적극적 대처는 보호요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 스마트폰중독 위험군 대학생의 정신건강 증진을 위한 다양한 실천적 정책적 개입전략을 제시하였다.
