For this purpose, the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis(SEM) using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. The results of the study are as follows. First, interpersonal communication influenced service trust, image influenced affective commitment, service ability influenced service trust and emotional commitment, while service customization did not affect any factor. Second, service trust and affective commitment did not effect each other. Third, service trust and affective commitment were more powerful in risk-taking than the influence on service loyalty. Fourth, Risk takings affected service loyalty. Therefore, marketers of special hospitals not only medical services by providing medical service with superior service ability, but also by always strengthening interpersonal communication at the time of providing services. This will enable consumers to overcome the avoidance in the service decision process and implement a specific service marketing strategy that can continuously use the hospital service.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of a nonviolent communication program on nurse's interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. This study was a inequality similar to the control group experimental design study of repeated measurements before and after. The data for this study were collected from June 1 to October 20, 2013 from 29 clinical nurses. The self-administered questionnaires used consisted of questions regarding general characteristics, interpersonal competence, job stress and spiritual wellness. The results were: 1. For interpersonal competence, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 7.726, p = 0.002). 2. For job stress analysis, the interaction between time and group was not significant (F = 0.142, p = 0.851). 3. For spiritual wellness, the interaction between time and group was significant (F = 31.355, p < .001). These results suggest that the nonviolent communication program had a positive effect on rejected clinical nurse's interpersonal competence and spiritual wellness, but not on job stress. A follow-up replication study will be necessary.

Interpersonal skills were positively correlated with both self-leadership (r=.48, p<.001) and empathic ability (r=.33, p<.001). Self-leadership was positively correlated with empathic ability (r=.17, p<.05), but, negatively correlated with depression (r=.27, p<.001). The multiple regression analysis revealed, that the factors with the most significant effect on promoting relationships were, in descending order, self-leadership (β=.49, p<.001), empathic ability (β=.19, p<.001), and gender (β=.10, p=.033); the factors affecting others' temperament were, in descending order, self-leadership (β=.37, p<.001), empathic ability (β=.30, p<.001), severe depression (β=.14, p=.008), gender (β=.13, p=.010), and grade (β=-.13, p=.037); while the factors affecting communication were, in descending order, self-leadership (β=.41, p<.001), empathic ability (β=.23, p<.001), and gender (β=.11, p=.035). Moreover, the explanatory power of promoting relationships scored the highest at 31 %, followed by others' temperament at 27 % and communication at 26 %. Conclusion : The results of this study reveal the factors that influence the interpersonal skills of nursing students. To increase the interpersonal skills of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply regular curricula and programs designed to strengthen their self-leadership and empathic ability and to reduce their depression through reflecting differences between genders and grades.

  • This study explored how media and interpersonal communication affected voters in Busan mayoral by-election, focusing on the mutual relations among media use and attentive use of political campaign, interpersonal communication, and voting participation. Also, comparative analysis between image factor and the factor of political party influencing the decision of a candidate were examined. Additionally, it was analysed differential media effects on candidates' image. According to the results, the local media use and attentive use of political campaign had the influence on the increase of interpersonal communication about the election. Voters who had much interpersonal discussion with others participated more than voters who had less interpersonal discussion. Media use did not directly affect the participation of voting, but indirectly contributed to participation of voting through interpersonal discussion. The assumption of differential media effects on candidates image was partly proved. There were statistically significant differences in the factor of competence of candidates' image among three experimental groups (attentive use of TV discussion program, Internet web sites of two candidates, and printing materials of political advertisement). Furthermore, with three main vote variables, issues, candidates image, party identification, the results of comparative analysis between image factor and the factor of political party influencing the choice of a candidate suggested that a sense of oneness with a party was highly related to the choice of the candidates of the party, however, candidates' image was not related to the decision of a candidate. Political party had more impact on for whom to vote than candidates' image in this study.

The study subjects were 362 nursing students in areas S, B, G and G. The relationship between the nursing students' part time work. experience and their general characteristics was analyzed by the Chi-square (${\chi}^2$) test and Fisher's exact test. The interpersonal communication competence originating from the general characteristics, self-efficacy, and difference in the social skills standard among groups were analyzed by the t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Among the 326 participants, 91.7% had part-time experience and 8.3% had no part-time experience. There was a significant relation between the part-time experience and economic level. Those having a low economic level were more likely to have part time work experience. The interpersonal communication and social skills of the students who had part time work experience when they were middle school students were lower than those who had such experience after high school. Further research is needed to identify precisely the advantages afforded by the part-time work experience of the nursing students.
