  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of critical success and to analyze the main factors which are affecting the successful implementation of Internet shopping mall. The major findings of empirical analysis are as follows : 1) The degree of searching easuness in the internet shopping mall is statistical significance. 2) The degree of customer response is the important success factor. 3) The speed of connection exert a beneficial influence upon the performance of shopping mall. 4) The standard of security system is be in direct proportion to the performance of shopping mall The result of this study will be useful for the chief executive officers to make more rational decision making for e-Business strategies is related to the Internet shopping mall. The paper also strives to provoke debate in this area with to encouraging further research on the topic.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall, grope for as active plan to the Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall as a strategic method of fashion industry. The fashion industry of Internet Electronic Commerce has good prospect, and I propose the following some strategic plans of Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall. On the basis of my study, as a means of technology supplement, Virtual Reality System, such as 3D System or the newest Electronic Dressing Room System to solve the problem of products'an actual feeling, should be needed for consumers to feel as they really put the clothes on. Second, to offer more diversity programs, such as consumer sensitivity program, additional service, fashion news, life information and so on, are needed for companies to come over again the consumers to connect to the shopping-mall site. And, to build more perfect security terms of payment systems, such as ICash, Disital Cash, Net Check, Internet Insurance and so on, should be introduced for consumers to pay and furnish their personal information. If these technological developments are realized, Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall products will be a great success.

Clothing Consumers' Percention of Benefits and Risks on Internet Shopping (전자상거래에서 의류소비자가 느끼는 이점과 위험지각에 관한 연구)

  • We investigated clothing consumers' perception of benefits and risks on internet shopping and tried to identify the perceptual differences according to presence of real experiences of internet shopping, intention to buy clothings using the internet, clothing items, and demographic variables. A total of 441 people aged of twenties and thirties were surveyed for analysis. The mean values, standard deviation, Student's t-test, paired t-test, ANOVA and multiple range test were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study included: 1. Clothing consumers perceived the internet shopping as a convenient, time-saving method, and an easy way to compare clothing items, but not a cheap tool. The most highly perceived risk was inability to identify the size of clothing item, followed by shortage of stock, delivery problem, color, textiles, after-service, and exposure of personal informations in a decreasing order. 2. Those who had real experiences of internet shopping or who had intention to use it tended to perceive more benefits and less risks on the internet shopping. 3. Perception of risks and benefits differed according to the clothing items and demographic variables.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify what factors influence a customer's purchasing intention and to identify if customer's attitudes are different between an Internet shopping mall in Singapore and Korea. To perform a cross-nation analysis between Singapore and Korea, this research reapplied the finding of Liao and Cheung(2001) in a Singapore Internet shopping mall, including transactions security, Internet usage, price, shopping experience, vendor quality, network speed. The empirical results of this research indicate that all hypotheses in our model are significant; therefore, Internet usage, price, vendor quality and network speed influence customer's purchasing intention positively and transactions security and shopping experience negatively. The results of a cross-nation analysis indicate that customer's attitudes in both Singapore and Korea are the same. Therefore, Asia's with similar cultures are the same factors In Internet shopping mall. In Conclusion, with the rapid growth of the Internet market in Asia, many cross-nations researches based on Asia culture must be published. Therefore, this research will be the foundation of these researches.

Fashion shoppers' perceived risk and satisfaction at overseas online malls based on their internet shopping values (해외 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션상품을 직접 구매하는 소비자의 쇼핑 가치에 따른 위험 지각과 만족도)

  • The purposes of this study was to identify fashion shoppers' perceived risk and satisfaction while shopping at overseas online shopping malls based on their internet shopping values. A self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection and an internet survey was conducted from April 12~15, 2015. Most consumers purchased one or two fashion items at overseas online malls directly, motivated by low prices, and spent 200,000~400,000 won during the last one year. The factors of consumers' internet shopping values were information, hedonics, and practicality. Factors of perceived risk were delivery and refund, price and approval, and product and shopping mall. Consumers were divided into three categories: heavy pursuit shoppers, intermediate shoppers, and uninformed shoppers based on their internet shopping values. Heavy pursuit shoppers were primarily female; they spent more, felt a deeper patronage with overseas online shopping malls and their perceived risk regarding delivery and refund was higher than the other shoppers. The group of uninformed shoppers were primarily male. They spent less, had low patronage with overseas online shopping malls, and their perceived risk regarding delivery and refund was lower than other shoppers. Overall satisfaction was positively affected by information provided while shoppers were surfing the overseas online shopping malls and practicality. Satisfaction was negatively affected by perceived risk regarding price and approval and difficulty in finding specific products while shopping at overseas online shopping malls.

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate of university students' perceived Service Qualities on the internet fashion and apparel shopping malls. This survey was carried out with real customers. Data were obtained from 197 internet fashion shopping mall consumer(university students) who have bought fashion products. Questionnaires related to service quality, perceived service value and loyalty. This study was investigated with focused on customer of university students itself. To find relationships among variables, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression was carried out with collected data. The resulted were as follows: 1. The service quality dimension of fashion internet shopping malls were external quality of web, reliability quality and emotional quality. 2. The all of service quality dimensions of internet fashion and apparel shopping malls had an effect on university students perceived value and loyalty.

Now we should have focused on the cooperation among the organizations in the Commodity Trust of Internet Shopping Mall; need various kind of government aids; need marketing-oriented and professional skills to build and enhance the growth of trade show exhibition industry.   • In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the internet shopping mall based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2008 Malcolm Baldrige Criteria : Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Result. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. The goal of this research is to find a rational standard to evaluate internet shopping malls nationwide and help the structuring and the operation of these malls. The results may be used not only as a tool to evaluate internet shopping mall sites but also as a guideline to improve the quality of a internet shopping mall site that is under development.

  • In situation of rapid growth of internet shopping recently, impulse purchase of customer is being appeared social problem, specially college student customers. The Purpose of this study was empirically examine the factors affecting customer impulsiveness buying in the internet shopping mall. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 298 male and female students who have shopping experience on the internet shopping mall, living in Seoul and Kyoungnam province. The major finding of this study are summarized as follows. First, the characteristics of internet shopper(search tendency) and impulsiveness buying has significant relationships. Second, the characteristics of internet shopping mall(convenience, marketing stimulus) had influence on customer's impulse purchase behavior.

A Study on Cosmetics Purchase Behavior and Consumer Dissatisfaction at Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 화장품 구매행동과 소비자불만에 관한 연구)

  • The objectives of this research were to investigate the relationship between purchase behavior and consumer dissatisfaction of cosmetics at internet shopping malls, and to examine how the purchase behavior and consumer values influence the consumer dissatisfaction. Subjects were 212 females in Seoul who had experiences of cosmetic shopping at internet shopping malls. Consumers showed highest dissatisfaction when the purchased cosmetics were different from the products showed at internet shopping malls. The dissatisfaction with consuming system was higher than buying system or transporting system. The higher the expense and frequency of cosmetic purchase, the lower the consumer dissatisfaction of buying system. Females of 18 to 24 years old purchased color cosmetics more than females of 25 to 39 years old did. Females of 25 to 39 years old purchased functional skincare products more than females of 18 to 24 years old did. The cosmetic purchase expense of older groups was higher than that of younger one. The more consumers spent time on the internet, the more frequent they bought the cosmetics at internet showing mall. Consumers were most willing to buy basic skincare products at the internet shopping mall (42.9%). The consumer dissatisfaction with cosmetics at internet shopping malls was influenced the most by the happiness value(-) and the next by the responsible value, the frequency of cosmetic purchase at internet shopping malls(-) in order.
