Along with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, natural language processing, which deals with human language, is also actively studied. In particular, BERT, a language model recently proposed by Google, has been performing well in many areas of natural language processing by providing pre-trained model using a large number of corpus. Although BERT supports multilingual model, we should use the pre-trained model using large amounts of Korean corpus because there are limitations when we apply the original pre-trained BERT model directly to Korean. Also, text contains not only vocabulary, grammar, but contextual meanings such as the relation between the front and the rear, and situation. In the existing natural language processing field, research has been conducted mainly on vocabulary or grammatical meaning. Accurate identification of contextual information embedded in text plays an important role in understanding context. Knowledge graphs, which are linked using the relationship of words, have the advantage of being able to learn context easily from computer. In this paper, we propose a system to extract Korean contextual information using pre-trained BERT model with Korean language corpus and knowledge graph. We build models that can extract person, relationship, emotion, space, and time information that is important in the text and validate the proposed system through experiments.
Purpose - Social commerce is a certain way of how people buy some products together with others through the internet sites with mutual interactions among customers with the benefits of SNS when buying some products. At present, China market has some problems due to its rapid growing. However, empirical research or academic approach to social commerce has not been made enough. So, it is important for Chinese social market to develop and enlarge the customers with stability under the reliability and satisfaction. Also it is important for them to have repurchase intention. Nowadays, it is necessary to find the factors on customer satisfaction and trust, whereas consumers' dissatisfaction and unreliability are increasing on social commerce recently. In addition, researches on social commerce have been actively pursued by a variety of domestic and foreign scholars. However, researches on social commerce and Chinese market are short of, and they have some limitations because of the rapid growth of the market even though it is the early stage. The current situation requires researches on consumers' repurchase intention for continuing growth in the future according to the growth of Chinese social commerce. Research design, data, and methodology - The literature and the empirical studies are combined in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Deriving social commerce features and consumer properties as factors affecting the repurchase intention through the literature, and these factors have modeled a series of assumptions about the impact on satisfaction and trust, and have established hypotheses to verify them. The survey which is conducted to test the hypothesis and questionnaires are derived based on the variables discussed in the previous study. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 227 respondents in China with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The path relationships of the research model were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0. Results - Research results about social commerce characteristics and factors affecting the repurchase intention are presented to Chinese market companies that adopt business models and consumer characteristics. In addition, this study focuses on the characteristics of social commerce, from two-dimensional characteristics of the consumer satisfaction, trust and the impact on the repurchase. Therefore, social commerce features and consumer properties based on the results of this study may lead the strategic implications that may increase the repurchase intention. Conclusions - The classification reviewing the previous findings related to social commerce and social commerce features affects social commerce repurchase (price discount, interactivity) and consumer characteristics (impulsivity, innovation, collectivism). It affects repurchase on factors and analyzes empirically. The empirical results identify major characteristics (social commerce characteristics, attributes) that affect the repurchase intention, and give the practical implications as well as the business strategies that are able to enhance social commerce repurchase consumers. Recently, the role of the contact center for business-to-consumer (B2C) operations is becoming more and more important as the customer contact point. In particular, an Internet Protocol (IP)-based contact center system is made up of a complicated information system in order to accommodate various customer channels, in addition to the telephone, and to respond in real time. However, until now, evaluations of contact centers have focused on customer service-based research from inbound contact centers. We used the contact center as a measure of performance, focusing on indicators that have traditionally influenced customer satisfaction, such as response rates and service levels. There is insufficient research on the characteristics of the services that a contact center should have and on the evaluation models for information systems. The role of information systems is becoming important as the latest contact center, which has moved from the TDM-driven digital phone system center to the IP-based contact center, accommodates a variety of digital channels other than voice phones. In particular, as offline branches decrease due to the development of the Internet and mobile phones, non-facing responses to customers are important, so the contact center has influenced the enterprise. Therefore, we developed an evaluation model not only in terms of customer service, but also from information system and business aspects, using the AHP and verifying the evaluation model through empirical cases. In particular, content analysis was used to ensure objectivity of AHP evaluation items.
Many customers consult the Internet before making purchase goods and using contents. The systems in the Internet could store a lot of data and classify the data into information to get relationship between a company and customers. To do that, let's consider a knowledge-assisted hybrid system that utilizes individually a customer's preference to make an optimal solution in the his/her decision making. The knowledge made by using the preference is employed to select an domain set appropriate to him/her business, and the process of selecting definitely provides the customer some benefits: elimination of discomfort from unknown information and reduction of costs and search time for forming an suitable domain set. To effectively adopt individual customer's preference and actively adapt change of business situation, this study propose an architecture of the system which includes rule presentations and an inference engine, and integrates a knowledge-based component into a quadratic programming component. In the experimental results, it is found that a knowledge-assisted hybrid system implemented by this idea is more flexible than existing systems in extension of knowledge about an customer's preference and goes beyond the traditional models.

Local intelligent services aim at controlling local services such as cooling or lightening services in a certain local area, using Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensor data in the area. As the IoT paradigm has evolved, local intelligent services have gained increasing attention. However, most of the local intelligent service mechanism proposed so far do not directly take the users' presence and service preference information into account for controlling local services. This study proposes an individual presence-and-preference-based local service system (IPP-LISS). We present a intelligent service control algorithm and implement a prototype system of IPP-LISS. Typically, the intelligence part of IPP-LISS including the prediction models, is generated on remote server in the cloud because of their compute-intense aspect. However, this can cause huge data traffic between IoT devices and servers in the cloud. The emerging mobile edge computing technology will be a promising solution of this challenge of IPP-LISS. In this paper, we implement IPP-LISS in the cloud, and then, based on the implementation result, we discuss applying the mobile edge computing technology to the IPP-LISS application.
IETF has proposed integrated services model(Int-Serv) and differentiated service(Diff-Serv) to supply IP QoS in Internet[1][2]. Int-Serv model uses state information of each IP flow, so satisfies QoS according to traffic characteristics, but increases the amount of flow state information with increasing flow number. Diff-Serv uses PHP(Per Hop Behaviour) and there are well-defined classes to provide differentiated traffics with different services according to delay and loss sensitivity. Diff-Serv model can provide diverse services in Internet because of having no the state and signal information of each flow. As MPLS uses the packet forwarding technology based on label, it implements the forwarding engine of high performance easily. The MPLS can set up the path having different and variable bandwidth and assign each path to particular CoS (Class of Service). Therefore it is possible to support the Diff-Serv model of well- defined classes that can provide the differentiated traffic with different services according to delay and loss sensitivity in IP QoS models of IETF. In this paper we propose a scheme that can accommodate Diff-Serv model to provide QoS. The system performance has been estimated by scheduling plan according to traffic classes.
Virtual community, which is formed on the internet, is expected to serve the needs of members for communication, information, and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider operating strategy of virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' loyalty in virtual community. The objective of this study is to develop an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usefulness, ease of use, familiarity, members' trust, reputation, community trust, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty. Empirical data was collected from 286 internet users and tested using structural equation modeling to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the usefulness, familiarity significantly influences attitude and members' trust is significantly influence the community trust. And I confirmed that ease of use and attitude play the role of determinants in making the satisfaction, community trust and reputation influence the satisfaction that have the direct effect to making the loyalty. The results of the study can be used to identify the loyalty in virtual community. By investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote community trust, attitude, satisfaction to stimulate members' willingness to revisit the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.
This paper presents dynamic modelling of a virtual object in augmented reality environments when external forces are applied to the object in real-time fashion. In order to simulate a natural behavior of the object we employ the theory of Newtonian physics to construct motion equation of the object according to the varying external forces applied to the AR object. In dynamic modelling process, the physical interaction is taken placed between the augmented object and the physical object such as a haptic input device and the external forces are transferred to the object. The intrinsic properties of the augmented object are either rigid or elastically deformable (non-rigid) model. In case of the rigid object, the dynamic motion of the object is simulated when the augmented object is collided with by the haptic stick by considering linear momentum or angular momentum. In the case of the non-rigid object, the physics-based simulation approach is adopted since the elastically deformable models respond in a natural way to the external or internal forces and constraints. Depending on the characteristics of force caused by a user through a haptic interface and model's intrinsic properties, the virtual elastic object in AR is deformed naturally. In the simulation, we exploit standard mass-spring damper differential equation so called Newton's second law of motion to model deformable objects. From the experiments, we can successfully visualize the behavior of a virtual objects in AR based on the theorem of physics when the haptic device interact with the rigid or non-rigid virtual object.
In this paper, we develop an integrated management/monitoring system that supports to dynamically reconfigure information models for systems or applications managed by heterogeneous distributed systems. When the subsystems on diverse platforms are added, removed, or modified, the altered configurations should conform to the configuration information of the integrated management/monitoring system. Further, upon the system configurations being changed, the altered system configurations should be synchronized with the information on the integrated management/monitoring system. Moreover, availability should be assured during synchronization to the extent that users can access the monitoring information with no system halting. This paper focuses on notifying the integrated management/monitoring system of any changes in hardware/software configurations on any subsystems under its management, and on dynamically re-configuring the information about hardware and software being managed based on the information notified. Finally, we expect that this research will be contributory to carrying out reliable integrated management by reflecting the information on any heterogeneous distributed systems in the integrated management/monitoring system.
Today, consumers can access Internet from everywhere, therefore most commercial and other organizations provide their services on the Web. As the result, countless Web service systems are already on the Internet and more systems are under construction. Therefore, many researches of verifying that the system to be constructed will not have any deadlock and will run successfully without any problem at the early stage of design have been performed. Several Petri net based verification methods have also been published. However, they have focused on building Petri net models of Web service systems and none of them introduces efficient analysis methods. As a mathematical technique with which we can find the minimum duration time needed to fire all the transitions at least once and coming back to the initial marking in a timed net, the minimum cycle time method has been widely used in computer system analysis. A timed net is a modified version of a Petri net where a transition is associated with a delay time. A delay time used in a timed net is a constant even though the duration time associated with an event in the real world is a stochastic number in general. Therefore, this paper proposes 'Mixedly Distributed Stochastic Timed Net' where a transition can be associated with a stochastic number and introduce a minimum cycle time analysis method for 'Mixedly Distributed Stochastic Timed Net'. We also introduce a method of analysing a Web service system's response time with the minimum cycle time analysis method for 'Mixedly Distributed Stochastic Timed Net.'.
