Changes in the distribution and sharing information using the Internet is changing the most part in our daily life, Utilizing the Internet of our lives to the rapid development of IT technology, are living in the off-line (off-line) and online (on-line) a mix of life, We expect now online life specific gravity is further increased. However, do not systematically implement the education of Internet ethics awareness deficiencies of objective indicators to assess the current knowledge level of the Internet ethics is the actual situation. Therefore, in this paper, it provides a development process in order to establish a common standard for the evaluation of Internet ethics index. Development procedure of Internet ethics index in order to establish a common standard, "evaluation item (draft) derivation", "Creating a questionnaire", "the calculation of the analysis and item-by-item weight of the questionnaire", and a common reference determination of the stage having. Was also a questionnaire that target 46 people to calculate the weight of the common reference. Internet ethics index evaluation model through the establishment of the common standards developed in this paper, municipal road Office of Education, related organizations, high school, such as small, medium, can be utilized as an indicator to measure the Internet ethics education level.

Presently the instructional model for internet ethics education is modeled after the integrated morality. The model is based on the assumption that ethical awareness will lead to ethical activities which is based on the theory that cognition is correlated to the behavioral domains. But the side effects of the information society in the cyber space increased even when the education for the awareness of ethics in the cyber space has been taught more aggressively than before. In this study, the relation of the cognition for information ethics and the ethical behavior in the cyber space was analyzed in order to find out the implications for the effective internet ethics education model. The tools used are the 'DIT (Defining Issues Test)' to measure the behavioral ability in the physical world, the Information Ethics Judgment to measure the behavioral ability in the cyber space, and the self diagnostic tool of 'Internet ethics awareness' to measure the level of cognitive knowledge for internet ethics. The correlation of three measures was analyzed. The results were college students' levels of ethics from three tools from are considerably low. Moral judgement and information ethics judgement were not correlated which means that the behavior in the physical world was not necessarily correlated to the behavior in the cyber space. The three measurements were not statistically significantly correlated. Therefore the cognitive awareness for the information ethics were not necessarily correlated to the ethical behavior in the cyber space. Ethical cognition and the moral behavior need to be taught with equal emphasis as they do not have strong correlation.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the related factors of learning ethics of dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 278 dental hygiene students in G metropolitan city from June 9 to July 29, 2016. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, percentage and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0 program. The questionnaire comprised learning ethics (10 items), condition of learning ethics (10 items), reason of plagiarism (8 items), intellectual property right consciousness (8 items), internet ethics consciousness (20 items), individual ethics consciousness (2 items). Results: Condition of learning ethics was higher in mosaic plagiarism (33.9%). The main reason of plagiarism was higher in lack of time (52.7%). Related factors with the intellectual property right consciousness was use of reference (${\beta}=0.424$), internet expectancy (${\beta}=0.228$) and parental rearing attitude (${\beta}=0.229$) (Adjusted $R^2=0.336$). Related factors with the internet ethics consciousness were parental rearing attitude (${\beta}=-0.241$), academic achievements (${\beta}=0.420$), internet expectancy (${\beta}=-0.368$) and grade (${\beta}=-0.154$)(Adjusted $R^2=0.390$). Related factor with the individual ethics consciousness was academic achievements (${\beta}=0.445$) (Adjusted $R^2=0.192$). Conclusions: To increase the learning ethics and preventing plagiarism, it is necessary to have essential understanding and practice to make the liberal arts education and extracurricular program of institutions.

Information ethics is very essential for everyone in the current knowledge-based society. Every citizen in modern society can enjoy various benefits of recent internet technologies. In the meanwhile, everyone also is exposed to the various side effects of information and communication technologies. The typical side effects include copyright violation, cyber crimes, cyber bullying, internet addiction, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation between age and information ethics. For this purpose, 3-year national survey works Information Culture Index are analyzed. After thorough statistical analysis work, it is concluded that there is a meaningful correlation between age and information ethics. In other words, the older people are, the higher information ethics they recognize and observe.

This thesis focuses on developing the appropriate model for teaching Internet ethics based on problem-based learning. In the new learning model, participation of students such as discussion and writing methods is considered important. The research applied the new method at class and analyzed the change in Internet ethics. The result of research shows that internet ethics of learner improved in the voluntariness, respect, participation, responsibility area. Especially, the voluntariness and responsibility areas showed statistically meaningful improvement.

Until now, the study of Internet addiction have focused on (1)Internet overuse (2)addiction (3)the real situation of disability in order. This approach have given a social awareness about Internet addiction as well as have been used as base for introduction of psychological and emotional means to prevent and treat Internet addiction. However, There are very few an ethical approach that is related in human values that what purpose does people use Internet for and how to use Internet. Accordingly, This study provides teleological, deontological, virtue and responsible ethics of Internet addiction. And, this study insist that Internet addiction is a wrongdoing on the basis of four ethical views. Based on these claims, this study stress the needs for Internet ethical education as a program to prevent and treat Internet addiction and se to tu1rn pop1 computer ethics into theoretical computer ethics.

Rapidly increasing internet use has brought beneficial development in many aspect and provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. But Cyber space is giving rise to some negative result such as violence and delinquent conduct. It bring about more serious social problems than real life. We try to provide the desirable direction for Internet ethics by mobile SNS. SNS has not only economical values but also social communication toll to exchange and share views of specific issues with other users. Social influential and personal emotion factor is a factor of community relation. Thus SNS contribute to self-construction, interpersonal relations and public sphere. This internet ethics of mobile Era will makes people recognize the correct internet ethics information and do it, suggest the solution for interpersonal internet environment.

Internet ethics is one of liberal arts courses in a college. We also have taught this subject for a number of years. In order to effectively communicate to students the internet ethics course, we gave some demonstration practice lectures by taking advantage of internet ethics related videos. Since the latest video presentation and its discussion were performed, it was helpful for students to recognize the internet ethical issues and concerns. However, simply video watching is short in the view of students' learning outcome improvement, since each student just watches the content passively in a class. Thus, we assign small student group consisting of 3 people make a video on internet ethics topic. This team project based class methodology is effective to each student who actively participates in the class and understands the concept which they directly make a video. We confirmed that classroom students' understanding for internet ethics has been increased by a survey of the class attendees.

In recent years, the need of the education for the Internet ethics is emphasized as the number of offenses committed by juveniles is increasing. So many researches on the methodologies about educating the Internet ethics have been being performed But, those are not competent to make young people inspire the sense of ethics in the cyber-space because they get trained by the cramming system of education with a textbook in their schools. In this paper, we developed a web-based learning model and an learning system including various multimedia materials that induce the learners for ethics to study actively. And then we applied our system to school education for the Internet ethics, and verified the effectiveness of our learning model and system.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the status of smartphone addiction among nursing students and to examine the mediating effects of Internet ethics on the relationship between smartphone addiction, physical symptoms and psychological well-being. Methods: Data were collected between May 20 and June 23, 2014. Participants were a convenience sample of 214 nursing students of one university in Seoul. Structured questionnaires were used to measure degree of smartphone addiction, physical symptoms, psychological well-being and Internet ethics. Data was analyzed using Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple hierarchical regression. Results: Of the nursing students, 14.5% had high level of risk of smartphone addiction and 16.8% had potential risk. Higher frequency of physical symptoms and lower level of Internet ethics were related to the higher level of smartphone addiction. Voluntary-control in Internet ethics had mediating effects on the relationship between smartphone addiction and physical symptoms. Conclusion: The results suggest that the level of smartphone addiction may lowered in nursing students by intensifying Internet ethics especially voluntary-control. Based on these findings, Internet ethics program for nursing students should be developed to facilitate the effective use of smartphones.
