청소년들이 올바르게 인터넷을 이용하고 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있게 하기 위해서는 학교에서의 인터넷윤리 교육이 필요하다. 그러나 학교 현장에 나갈 예비교사들에 대한 인터넷윤리 교육은 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 교사를 양성하는 교원양성기관에서 인터넷윤리 교과과정을 운영하고 예비교사들에 대한 교육을 담당하는 것이 매우 중요해진다. 본 논문에서 컴퓨터교육 관련 전공을 설치한 교원양성기관에서의 인터넷윤리 교과과정에 대한 운영 실태를 분석한 결과 전체 교원양성기관의 30%도 채안되는 기관에서만이 해당 교육과정을 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해서는 교원양성기관에서 인터넷윤리 교과과정 운영을 강화해야 함은 물론 이를 다른 교과 교육에 대해서도 적용시키는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 현직 교사들에 대한 인터넷윤리 교육에 대한 연수 및 재교육 또한 강화해야 할 필요가 있다.

인터넷 이용 인구가 증가하면서 인터넷 중독이 사회적 이슈로 등장하게 되었고, 인터넷 이용 층의 연령이 점차 낮아지면서 인터넷 중독에 대한 우려는 초등학생에게까지 미치게 되었다. 이러한 추세와 비교할 때, 청소년을 대상으로 한 인터넷 중독 관련 연구들은 상당수 이루어졌으나 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구는 아직 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 충정북도와 대전지역의 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 인터넷 중독의 실태를 파악하고, 인터넷 중독의 원인이 되는 요소들을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 조사 대상의 22.9%가 '초기중독자'로 구분되었다. 인터넷 중독과 관계가 있는 요인으로는 성, 학년, 인터넷 하루이용 시간, 인터넷 이용 목적, 부모와의 관계 만족도, 가족간의 대화 시간, 친구 관계, 학교 생활 만족도등이 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 인터넷 중독에 영향을 주는 변수들의 상대적 중요성을 알아본 결과, 인터넷 이용 시간, 부모 관계 만족도, 가족 대화 시간 등이 중독에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

We performed this study to examine lifestyle patterns and dietary behavior based on the level of Internet addiction of Korean adolescents. Data were collected from 853 Korean junior high school students. The level of Internet addiction was determined based on the Korean Internet addiction self-scale short form for youth, and students were classified as high-risk Internet users, potential-risk Internet users, and no risk Internet users. The associations between the students' levels of Internet addiction and lifestyle patterns and dietary behavior were analyzed using a chi-square test. Irregular bedtimes and the use of alcohol and tobacco were higher in high-risk Internet users than no risk Internet users. Moreover, in high-risk Internet users, irregular dietary behavior due to the loss of appetite, a high frequency of skipping meals, and snacking might cause imbalances in nutritional intake. Diet quality in high-risk Internet users was also worse than in potential-risk Internet users and no risk Internet users. We demonstrated in this study that high-risk Internet users have inappropriate dietary behavior and poor diet quality, which could result in stunted growth and development. Therefore, nutrition education targeting high-risk Internet users should be conducted to ensure proper growth and development.

The efficiency of internet lectures has been proved in many areas, and its significance and role theory has been consistently mentioned in the fields of furniture design education that demand a large amount of educational contents and practice in visual education. However, it reveals weaknesses without satisfying the demand owing to various realistic issues. In this study, the significance and developmental process of internet lecture as well as its effect after the development in terms of the education on furniture design were analyzed by counting some development cases of internet educational program in relation with AutoCAD educational course, a computer design program for furniture design. Also through such analysis, it intended to promote the development of design education by assessing the merits and problems, assignments to be supplemented, and utilization of the educational course development.

본 연구는 대학 인터넷윤리 교육 방법에 따른 학습자의 인지 정의 행동 영역별 학습 효과를 비교하고 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 교수 중심의 설명형 강의법(A 그룹)과 학생 주도의 참여 학습 방법(B 그룹)에 따라 학습자의 인지 정의 행동 영역에 있어서의 변화를 그룹간 그룹별로 비교 분석한 결과, 교수 중심 수업이 인지적 측면에 효과적이고 학생 주도 학습이 정의적 측면에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 행동적 측면에서는 두 그룹 모두 양호 정도는 개선되었으나 통계적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 통합적 도덕성 교육으로서 인터넷윤리 교육이 좀 더 실효성 있는 교육으로 정착하기 위해서는 학생이 주도적으로 참여할 수 있는 학습이 주가 되면서 교수자가 필수적인 주요 지식 등을 보충하는 식의 수업 운영이 바람직하며, 행동적 변화를 가져올 수 있도록 하는 교육 방안에 대한 모색이 필요하다.

멀티미디어 기능을 갖춘 빠른 속도의 컴퓨터의 활용을 뜻하는 정보기술의 교육적 활용은 아직은 초기 단계에 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 정보기술의 한 형태라고 할 수 있는 인터넷 활용의 경우에 있어서도 컴퓨터의 발전과 더불어 생긴 대화 채널이자 정보 검색의 도구인 인터넷은 교사들로 하여금 그 어느 때보다도 교수-학습 자료를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있게 하고 있으나 인터넷의 교육적 활용 역시 초기 단계라고 할 수 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 이러한 교육정보화 및 교사정보화를 목적으로 교사들(수학교과)의 전반적인 인터넷활용 실태에 관한 조사를 바탕으로 학교교육에서의 인터넷 활용 증진 및 개선 방안에 관하여 알아보았다.

인터넷 중독에 대해서는 심리적 또는 사회적 관점에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 소프트웨어에서 제공하는 서비스 및 기능과 인터넷 중독과의 관계를, 소프트웨어 개발 측면에서 밝히는 연구이다. 이를 위하여, 인터넷에 중독된 초등학생들이 가장 많이 사용하는 소프트웨어의 종류를 확인하고, 이런 소프트웨어에서 제공하는 서비스 및 기능들 속의 중독위험요소들과 그 우선순위를 확인한다. 본 연구 결과는 인터넷을 이용하는 모든 아동들과 그들의 학부모 및 교사들, 그리고 소프트웨어 개발자들에게 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

As the new century begins, it is clear that K-l2 education is going through a major change. The increasing power and affordability of personal computers along with wide spread use of the Internet has not only changed the landscape for communication but it has opened up new and exciting opportunities for education. One of the ways that Internet could help improve education is to act as an interactive communication link to gather the knowledge and experience of all the teachers and to serve as an open forum for discussing and exchanging innovative ideas. But developing a successful site is not an easy task since the success of the site depends on the level of participation and cooperation of teachers. In this paper, learnings derived from the development of an interactive web based resource center for K-12 mathematics teacher are described and recommendations for developing an effective site for teachers are suggested. The development of an interactive resource center for mathematics teachers showed that while interest for a web based resource is very high, the main obstacle for effective teacher participation is lack of easy accessibility of internet by teachers, and lack of computer and internet training for teachers. The technical issues regarding hardware installation, software development and cost were minimal. Accessibility will improve in time as more and more schools are connected to the internet, but this alone will not be enough. The study suggests that in order to bring together teachers on the internet more effort needs to be made in training teachers on the use of computers and the internet.

This study aims to explore how college students have adjusted to Internet-based learning (IBL) since the pandemic and how they have subjectively experienced their Internet-based classes including live-streaming and recorded classes. We conducted a qualitative study on 16 college students in South Korea. The analysis of the in-depth interviews revealed that despite early negative experiences regarding adjustment to IBL, the participants seemed to have developed an increased sense of control over their learning and simultaneously reported a greater need for self-discipline and social support in order to stay motivated. Also, instructors' digital competence and creative attempts to facilitate class communication and discussion appeared to have influence on successful IBL. Lastly, the participants' physical learning environments seemed to impact their online learning in terms of their level of alertness and motivation for study. Implications and suggestions were discussed.

본 연구에서는 상담 비전문가인 교사에게 상담 내용과 방법을 제공하여 인터넷 중독 문제를 가지고 있는 학생을 상담할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템 모형을 개발하였다. 시스템은 상담 내용과 방법을 제공하는 상담 컨텐츠, 학생 정보와 상담 결과를 기록하고 조회할 수 있는 상담 지원, 인터넷 중독 진단 및 설문 평가를 위한 평가 지원의 세 가지 모듈로 구성된다. 개발된 시스템을 초.중등학교 교사 30명에게 실험 운영하여 인터넷 중독 문제가 있는 학생을 상담하여, 개발된 시스템 모형의 문제점을 분석하였으며, 그리고 상담에 참여한 교사들이 제기한 문제와 개선안을 토대로 시스템 모형을 수정하였다.
