With the building information on the 2-D map, modified from the previous numerical map and the regional building information and additional information, a new form of building through 3-D icons was shown on the internet spatial area. This study shows the Web-based building management system, which is designed to manage attribute data about hyper-linked buildings of 2.5-D icons and to reproduce visual building information by putting a variety of information into hyper-linked icons on the hyper map. This system not only complements the lack of consistency between real buildings and those on the map, but also provides users with more familiar urban space, so that everybody can utilize the building information as long as he has access to the internet.

Based on these evaluations, food menus are then offered to them to manage their health status and to improve their metabolic related physiological functions in a personalized way. The system also provides more information for recommended foods, such as nutritional information, food ingredients, recipes, and videos related to cooking. Bibimbap was selected as an example dish for customized contents for mobile web. Bibimbap is one of the most well-known Korean traditional dishes prepared with various kinds of ingredients including several different kinds of vegetables, meat, and egg so that it is a low calorie dish as well as a well-balanced diet. • The global mobile Internet service market is growing very rapidly, shooing drastic increases in its sales volume. Despite this growth of the market, it has not yet reached its full-grown stage, and this calls for a study on the service preference based on the characteristics of the users. As most of the existing studies in this area have centered on its technical features, they fall short of providing to the related companies any useful data to which they can practically refer in developing the future mobile services that suit for various user needs, and making plans to increase the sales volume. Based on these circumstances, this study is to investigate how the mobile contents preference is differed in accordance with the user characteristics of the Korean and Chinese mobile Internet service users. This study is also to analyze how the relationship between the user characteristics and the preferred mobile contents types is moderated by nations, Korea and Chinese. To accomplish these research purposes, this study developed a set of research model and hypotheses based on a comprehensive review of the related studies. To prove the research hypotheses, this study conducted a survey among the Korean and Chinese nubile Internet service users and performed a variety of analyses of the data collected including the questionnaires, using the SAS version 9.
