고객 맞춤 웹 컨텐츠 : 국민은행 인터넷뱅킹의 eCRM 사례 (A Customization of Web Contents : The Case of Kookmin Interned Banking eCRM)

  • In trying to bring about online CRM(customer relationship management), companies have paid much attention to eCRM. The key of eCRM is a recommendation system, which is being used by E-commerce sites to find products to purchase. To maintain a constant flow of marketing information and feedback it is important to staying in touch with customers. In this respect, eCRM becomes a serious business tool for sales activities. In this article we present tee case of Kookmin Internet banking eCRM welch is one of the first examples of implementing eCRM in commercial web site in Korea. We examine how Kookmin Internet banking develops eCRM and how it provides customized services to customers. We also explore the role of eCRM in Internet banking and the level of personalization technology used in Kookmin eCRM case.

국내 부동산포탈 사이트의 비즈니스 모델과 경쟁전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Business Models and Competitive Strategies of the Real Estate Portals in Korea)

  • The real estate portal has grown into a successful e-Business model that is combined on and off line. Although IT technologies have shown rapid growth, the real estate portals have failed to satisfy the expectations of the Internet users. Based on Michael Porter's competitive forces framework, this study proposes five competitive strategies for continuing growth of the real estate portals. First, to strengthen bargaining power against supplier, buyer and potential new entrants, the real estate portals need to construct a basic network that is cost efficient and maintains real estate goods and makes profits by collaborative deals. Second, strengthen brand value and endeavor to escape from dependency on the Internet portals. Third, develop services to consider changed circumstances and give a lot of sources to make profit to real estate agencies. Fourth, concentrate on marketing to draw in the Internet users and adapt strategies that have been successful in other fields. Finally, real estate fields can seek out ideas for developing new business models from other successful e-Business models and should benchmark them to reduce expenses to a minimum and increase benefits to a maximum.

  • B2B전자시장에서의 비즈니스 모델은 매우 다양하고, 자료이동에 이용되는 통신망에 따라서도 구분되기도 한다. 또한 내부의 조직적인 자료 통신망은 전자시장에서의 구매자-판매자 관계에 대해 대조적인 영향을 미친다. 통신망은 구매자와 판매자사이에 더욱 짧은 거래에 의해 특징화된 전자시장을 조장하기 위해 이용된다. 그러나 상거래 관계를 강화하기 위한 통신망의 사용과 새로운 거래 파트너에 형성하는 비용 증가로 여러 가지 어려움이 많이 있다. 이에 따라 B2B전자시장에 대한 인식의 폭이 매우 높아지고 있음에 따라 본 논문은 B2B전자시장의 이론적인 접근과 논리적 근거들을 바탕으로 B2B전자시장에 적합한 비즈니스 모텔들을 알아보고자 한다.

  • International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

  • The Internet affects all economic activities. Physical world business must either adopt new digital strategies, launch new digital business to complement their physical world models, or be forced to completely revise their strategies. The purpose of this paper is to provide a framework that organizes the managerial decision-making process to assist managers in crafting and implementing e-business strategy. We applied the methodology to the case of KNK Educational Institute to explain the process. Core competence of KNK JUNIOR is researched according to our suggested methodology and activities and roles of KNK JUNIOR have been arranged.

  • Simulation has been evolved with the advance of computer and technique of modeling application systems. Early simulations were numerical analysis of engineering models known as continuous simulation, analysis of random events using various random number generators thus named as Monte Carlo simulation, iud analysis o(\\\\`queues which are prevalent in many real world systems including manufacturing, transportation, telecommunication. Discrete-event simulation has been used far modeling and analyzing the systems with waiting lines and inefficient delays. These simulations, either discrete-event, continuous, or hybrid, have played a key role in industrial age by helping to design and implement the efficient real world systems. In the information age which has been brought up by the advent of Internet, e-business has emerged. E-business, any business using Internet, can be characterized by the network of extended enterprises---extended supply and demand chains. The extension of value chains spans far reaching scope in business functions and space globally. It also extends to the individual customer, customer preferences and behaviors, to find the best service and product fit for each individual---mass customization. Simulation should also play a key role in analyzing and evaluating the various phenomena of e-business where the phenomena can be characterized by dynamics, uncertainty, and complexity. In this tutorial, applications of simulation to e-business phenomena will be explained and illustrated. Examples are the dynamics of new economy, analysis of e-business processes, virtual manufacturing system, digital divide phenomena, etc. Partly influenced by e-business, a new trend of simulation has emerged called agent-based simulation, Agent-based simulation is a technique of simulation using software agent that have autonomy and proactivity which are useful in analyzing and integrating numerous individual customer's behavior. One particular form of agent-based simulation is swarm. This tutorial concludes with the illustration of swarm or swarm Intelligence applied to various e-business applications, and future directions and implications of this new trend of simulation.

  • 전자상거래의 글로벌한 움직임과 관련하여 여전히 EDI는 전자상거래의 핵심요소로서 중요성을 더해 가고 있지만, 전세계를 하나로 연결하는 인터넷의 등장과 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 말미암아 그 역할과 구현방법에 새로운 변화가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래 구현의 중심적인 역할을 하고 있는 기존의 EDI와 현재의 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 EDI까지의 새로운 EBI조류에 대하여 살펴보았다.

개인별 상품추천시스템, WebCF-PT: 웹마이닝과 상품계층도를 이용한 협업필터링 (A Personalized Recommender System, WebCF-PT: A Collaborative Filtering using Web Mining and Product Taxonomy)

  • Recommender systems are a personalized information filtering technology to help customers find the products they would like to purchase. Collaborative filtering is known to be the most successful recommendation technology, but its widespread use has exposed some problems such as sparsity and scalability in the e-business environment. In this paper, we propose a recommendation system, WebCF-PT based on Web usage mining and product taxonomy to enhance the recommendation quality and the system performance of traditional CF-based recommender systems. Web usage mining populates the rating database by tracking customers' shopping behaviors on the Web, so leading to better quality recommendations. The product taxonomy is used to improve the performance of searching for nearest neighbors through dimensionality reduction of the rating database. A prototype recommendation system, WebCF-PT is developed and Internet shopping mall, EBIB(e-Business & Intelligence Business) is constructed to test the WebCF-PT system.

e헬스케어 비즈니스모델에 관한 연구: 비즈니스생태계 접근 중심으로 (A Study on e-Healthcare Business Model: Focusing on Business Ecosystem Approach)

  • 대부분의 G20 국가에서 향후 수십 년 동안 의료 지출이 급격하게 성장할 것으로 예상하고 있듯이, 고연령 인구와 만성질환자의 증가로 인해 전 세계적으로 의료비 부담은 지속적으로 늘어나고 있으며 의료서비스의 지속적인 질 개선도 해결해야 할 과제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 헬스케어와 IT 융합의 급변하는 기술 환경 하에서 이런 변화를 제대로 인식하지 못하고 적절한 대비를 하지 않는데서 그 문제가 더 커질 수 있다. 패러다임 변화와 의료 분야 문제 증대 상황에서 기술적, 제도적, 사업적 측면에서의 복합적인 대응이 절실히 필요하다. 핵심은 의료분야에 IT를 융합한 사업에 적합한 비즈니스모델의 도출이라 할 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명시대의 도래와 함께 사물인터넷 등의 신기술이 e헬스케어에 적용되면서 새로운 비즈니스모델의 필요성이 대두 되었다. 기존 인터넷 시대의 e헬스케어에서는 전통적인 조직 기반 (Firm-centric) 비즈니스모델이 되었으나 사물인터넷 시대에는 사물인터넷의 역동성 (Dynamics) 및 복잡성 (Complex)의 특성으로 인하여 단위 조직 (Firm-Centric)보다는 비즈니스생태계 (Business Ecosystem)기반의 접근이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 등 이머징 기술 (Emerging Technology)기반의 e헬스케어의 비즈니스생태계에 대한 연구 결과로 e헬스케어 비즈니스생태계의 3-레이어 (Layer) 구조에 기반한 생태계의 주요 발전 인자를 분석 제시한다. 3-레이어 비즈니스생태계는 (1) 인프라 스트럭처 레이어 (Infrastructure Layer), (2) 특성 레이어 (Characteristics Layer) 및 (3) 이해당사자 레이어 (Stakeholder Layer)로 정의하여 분석하였다. e헬스케어 비즈니스생태계의 주요 발전 인자측면에서는 (1) i헬스케어 개념의 도입, (2) 비즈니스생태계의 확장, (3) 비즈니스생태계 변화 프로세스 혁신, (4) 비즈니스생태계 리더쉽 혁신의 4가지 인자를 제안한다.
