This study aims to examine the structural relationship between adverse childhood experience, anxiety, and internet addiction among youth probationers. The sample included 200 young probationers in Seoul probations office who were asked to fill out a self-administered survey questionnaire. Results from path analysis showed that adverse childhood experience positively influenced the risk for internet addiction (${\beta}=.396$, p<.05), and higher anxiety also predicted the internet addiction (${\beta}=.131$, p<.01). Mediating effect of anxiety between the adverse childhood experience and internet addiction was also confirmed. The study results indicated that prevention efforts for internet addiction is needed for this vulnerable population, and also implied the need to focus on dealing with childhood experience and anxiety in order to prevent problems related to internet addiction.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, Cyber world has become a part of daily life. On the other hand, the adverse effects of Internet, such as abusive comments, illegal harmful contents, rumor diffusion, infringement on a right have emerged with the increase. Researchers recognized the important of cyber ethics as an effective means of coping with the adverse effects on Internet. But, Little empirical research has been related to cyber ethics in management information systems. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify multidimensional motivation factors that cyber ethics awareness and compliance behavior Intention. For this, this study investigated the factors that might influence Internet users to compliance cyber ethics. Using university students as a sample, one hundred and ninety six are collected for further analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, self-esteem, Moral Obligation, self-control, cyber ethics education and Social Influence are significantly related to cyber ethics awareness, while punishment is not significantly related. Second, cyber ethics awareness have a positive effect on cyber ethics compliance behavior Intention. Third, the moderating effect of ego strength is also significant. This study is significant in that it established a behavior model to understand the compliance of cyber ethics with internet user in Korea.

Objectives : This report was performed to report the present situation of the adverse reactions of chuna manipulation in Korea. Methods : Searches were conducted on Internet based field. We investigated the cases reported from Korea Consumer Agency and the "Minwon Baekseo" published by Korean Oriental Medicine Society. Results & Conclusions : The relevant cases and papers were of small number. The most adverse reaction of chuna manipulation was disc herniation. The serious adverse reactions were Cauda equina syndrome(CES) and Cerebral infarction. Most of serious adverse reaction cases were performed by non proffesional therapist. We should give chuna treatment to patients after sufficient education. We expect more case reports and systemic studies about adverse reaction and effect of chuna manipulation.

The advent of smart phones brought adverse effect between devices recently. For example, adverse effects of info-communication with advent of computer. Also, hacking threat aiming cyber space that is getting more advanced is spreading in terms of range and danger, so that it reaches the level that the nation has to concern. In this circumstance, crimes involving info-technology is now problem in society. As internet technology advances, it enlarges the range of hacker's threat to not only smart phones, but ships, aircrafts, buildings, and cars. It could be seen as social threat of between human and human, between machine and machine, and between human and machine. This study discuss these problems.

Air Pollution is increasing in Korea due to recent factory and environmental pollution and desertification in China. People are said to be wearing masks or reducing outdoor activities, but there is little effect on quarantine. Therefore, in order to clean up Air Pollution that has an adverse effect on the body, the government is planning to design a Prototype, an Air Pollution measuring system based on the Internet of Things.

Since IT technology grow rapidly, our ethic of consciousness has become big issue with adverse effect. Many scholar has discussed and tired to solve this problem, but it is still helpless to fix. Therefor in this paper, author will not suggest the solution, but will present model list of adverse effects and cases to prevent accidents. The model list of adverse effects, what author will present is about media addiction, harmful content, cyber-violence, right infringement, cyber terror and decision obstacle. This model list is made by primary and secondary survey. This model will show adverse effect of present day, but also will show future adverse effects that can be prevent. Through out this paper, this model list could use for education plan.

Society and science digital textbooks were developed in 2014. That have been using in some elementary and middle school. But some people worry about the internet addiction of student accelerated by using digital textbook. However I didn't agree that, because studies about that had not been performed enough. So I analyzed effect of internet addiction by using digital textbook. As a result, Internet addicted students at class to be not using digital textbook are twice as many as Internet addicted students at class to be using digital textbook. But the difference between two groups do not means according to cross analysis. Therefore, I can't conclude that using digital textbook have an adverse effect on internet addiction.

Internet ethics education in school is very necessary for young people to use the Internet properly and to be able to utilize information and communication technology well. However Internet ethics education for the would-be teachers is very insufficient. Therefore, it is very important that teacher training institutions to train teachers operates Internet ethics curriculum and teaches it to would-be teachers. In this paper, we analyzed the operating status about Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions in which open a major in computer related education. As a result, only less than 30% of the entire teacher training institutions are operating to have the curriculum. So, in order to solve the problem, Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions should be strengthened and we should have applied it to other curriculum in other major. In addition, training and retraining to the teachers for Internet ethics should be strengthened.

The information technology such as personal computers and the internet has become a critical factor in forming a common and popular culture over the last few decades. Those technical inventions have transformed the educational environment. In the past, the only way to get an education was for students to attend schools or private institutions by themselves. In contrast, the internet enables people to learn from a distance by using cyber-education courses and many e-learning contents are provided. Based on those infrastructures, students can be educated in a convenient and flexible way without totally depending on attending school. The purpose of this paper is to examine what the effect of cyber-learning at home is, and to analyse what the problem is? Lastly, this paper also suggests measures to alleviate the adverse effects of it.

Under the premise that information privacy concerns can atrophy e-commerce by causing particular behaviors of Internet users, this study focused on exploring the causes of information privacy concerns, the related information privacy protective responses of Internet users, and measures for alleviating the information privacy concerns. This study is based on the 'principal-agent theory,' and established the following as factors that cause information privacy concerns of Internet users: perceived information non-transparency; perceived action uncertainty. Also, the information privacy concerns caused by the factors were established as the cause of information privacy protective responses of Internet users. Also, the concept of 'signaling' and 'incentive,' which were presented to solve the adverse selection and moral hazard issue in the host-agent theory, was introduced to establish the following as factors that alleviate information privacy concerns: trust; informativeness. Those factors were included in the research model to conduct an empirical analysis. The analysis has revealed that both the perceived information non-transparency (p<0.01) and perceived action uncertainty (p<0.01) as to websites had a significant impact on information privacy concerns. Also, information privacy concerns of Internet users (p<0.01) had a significant impact on their information privacy protective responses who strive to protect their personal information. In addition, when trust and informativeness, which were established as factors that can alleviate information privacy concerns, were empirically analyzed, trust and informativeness had the effect of alleviating information privacy concerns. Based on the findings, the following was confirmed: Boosting the trust of Internet users in websites and offering useful information related to personal data can play a key role in alleviating the information privacy concerns of Internet users.
