This paper designed an Internet Convention e-Portal Information System through an experience and knowledges accumulated in case of information utilization regarding international meeting and conventions in knowledge information societies. Established the Non-stop Cluster system that was the H/W side, L4 and the applied system which was the 3-tier structure and Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS security control system, S/W side, that utilized the WAS MVC architecture used WAS and a SOA architecture. an ASP EAI function. A user and a manager, designs and constructor, the user efficiency who were an evaluation basis of a Verification commissioner, Ubiquitous evaluated system stability. Information security anger, and evaluated former system and comparison. Therefore is evaluated to the excellent Convention e-Portal Systems that a performance 25.9% improvement consisted of compare with the existing Convention e-Portal Systems, and will contribute so as to be able to carry out-driven enemy role in development of the industrial our country Convention Ubiquitous Internet IT information Industry and International Society Conventions.

H/W, S/W 기술과 통신 기술이 발전함에 따라 기술들이 융합되고 오늘날 사물인터넷이란 기술이 우리 생활속에 소리 없이 들어오게 되었다. 사물인터넷 시장은 2014년도를 기준으로 2020년도에는 국내는 4.7배, 국외는 3.3배 성장할 것으로 예측되고 있으며, 인터넷에 연결된 개체 수 또한 500억 개에 이를 것으로 예상된다. 시장 성장과 더불어 사물인터넷 국제 표준과 플랫폼 및 서비스 개발 부분에서도 주요 국가들의 적극적인 참여와 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 틈 속에서 우리 산업 전반에 사물인터넷의 효과를 퍼트려 경제적, 학문적으로 한 단계 도약할 수 있는 국내 사물인터넷 생태계를 위해 산 학 연 및 정부차원의 유기적인 협조가 필요할 것으로 예상된다.

The clear and specific objective of this study is to design a false news discriminator algorithm for news articles transmitted on a text-based basis and an architecture that builds it into a system (H/W configuration with Hadoop-based in-memory technology, Deep Learning S/W design for bigdata and SNS linkage). Based on learning data on actual news, the government will submit advanced "fake news" test data as a result and complete theoretical research based on it. The need for research proposed by this study is social cost paid by rumors (including malicious comments) and rumors (written false news) due to the flood of fake news, false reports, rumors and stabbings, among other social challenges. In addition, fake news can distort normal communication channels, undermine human mutual trust, and reduce social capital at the same time. The final purpose of the study is to upgrade the study to a topic that is difficult to distinguish between false and exaggerated, fake and hypocrisy, sincere and false, fraud and error, truth and false.

As Internet and its users grow dramatically multi-media data are getting common, many types of electronic mail applications are showing up. Internet s/w developers and users would like to electronic mail system for commercial purposes. They also would like to protect their electronic mail somehow. For these purpose, the security feature using cryptography is one of the essential functions. In this paper, we describe the library function development for handing MOSS(MIME Object Security Service), the security version of MINE(Multi -Purpose Internet Mail Extension). For these purpose, we explain the security features and structures of MOSS and defined the necessary function and we also discussed design issues for the MOSS implementation.

Recently, with the advancement of internet network the system has been needed to be controllable and observable through internet at industrial workplace. In this study, we developed the digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe many kinds of devices by combining relay and timer used for each type of control panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost and adding 485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet. appling the developed digital timer to parallel sequence control of motor. As the result of experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi-connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.

Since the DirectTV started its digital broadcasting services in 1994 for the first time in the U.S., digital broadcasting widened its services in many areas. In korea, TIT(Transport Information Technology) based IP-TV services have been provided in Saemaeul trains and some sections of subway trains. But the software systems for the service performed in alternated fashions and suffered from many problems such as suspension, memory leaking and overflow. These problems increased playback loss time and resulted in bad reliabilities. In this paper, a software TIT monitor is designed and implemented for the TIT system in physically poor environments. The designed system formalized monitoring time intervals for effective monitoring. Through the real experiments, playback time is improved in 14% comparing to existing system.

본 논문의 목적은 무선인터넷에 관련된 특허의 동향을 살펴보고자 함이다. 최근에 이슈화되어 그와 관련된 특허들이 어떻게 나아가는지 또 어떤 기술들을 포함하고 있는지 파악해 보고자 한다. 특허흐름을 파악하면 기술의 방향을 알 수 있을 뿐 아니라 경쟁자를 파악하고 이에 대응하는 경영자료의 지표가 되기도 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 국가별, 분야별, 연도별로 흐름을 알아보겠고 세부분야별로 특허의 건수와 동향에 대하여도 살펴보고자 한다.

비동기식 회로는 전역 클록이 없이 모듈끼리의 핸드셰이크 프로토콜에 의해 데이터를 동기화하고, 전송하는 회로로 전역 클록에 기반한 동기식 회로에 비해 전역 클록으로 인한 문제점들, 예를 들면, 타이밍 종결 문제, 전력 소모 문제, 다중 클록 도메인 설계 문제 등에서 이점을 갖는다. 최근에는 이 두 가지 회로의 장점을 모아 서로 다른 클록에 기반한 비교적 작은 규모의 동기식 모듈을 기반으로 모듈끼리의 데이터 전송을 비동기식으로 수행하는 GALS 구조도 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 비동기식 회로를 위한 설계 방식을 설명하기 위해 먼저, 비동기식 회로의 특성과 설계 동향, 설계 방식에 영향을 미치는 핸드셰이크 프로토콜 및 지연 모델을 소개한다. 그리고, 크게 세가지의 설계 방식을 간단한 예제를 통해 설명한다.

We study the dynamic geometry software suitable for the Internet Environment. First, we look into the necessity of dynamic geometry software and compare the functions and the features of commercial softwares, GSP, Cabri and Cinderella. Secondly, we introduce the process of development and the structure of the new software DRC(Digital Ruler and Compass) designed by authors and discuss the learning program with DRC and Internet, and view the upgrade of the software in the future.
