인터넷 사용의 장점에도 불구하고 많은 역기능도 있다. 가장 잘 알려진 역기능에는 인터넷 중독, 개인정보 침해, 저작권 침해, 불법 정보 유포, 사이버 폭력, 사이버 사기, 해킹, 바이러스 유포, 그리고 사이버 매매춘 등이 있다. 지금까지 정부와 공공 기관에서는 이 같은 인터넷 역기능을 예방하고 줄이기 위해 노력하고 있으나 한계에 직면하고 있다. 따라서 인터넷 역기능을 예방하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로 인터넷 윤리 교육을 강화하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 역기능의 현 상황을 고찰 분석하고 하고 아울러, 역기능을 해결할 수 있는 인터넷 윤리 교육의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

This study was undertaken to develop and evaluate a nutrition education program with internet for students. A survey was conducted to find out needs for nutrition education program with 430 college or high school student in October, 1997. Eighty four point eight percent of female and 36.0% of male students had a plan to reduce their weight in a near future. Forty four point four percent of subjects obtained information about weight control from mass media, 28.6% of subjects obtained from their neighbor's recommendation. The information wanted to know were high-calorie foods, answered by 42.1% of females, and calorie expenditure of exercise, answered by 31.9% of males. The obese group showed higher preferrence to sweet foods, salty foods, hot foods, convenience foods, processed foods, animal foods, fried and oily foods, and eating-out than normal group(p<0.05). The obese group also showed a tendency of bad food habits, low intake of seaweeds, high intakes of animal fat, cholesterol-rich foods and salty foods. Amount of food intakes was inappropriate in obese group. An internet program for nutrition education was developed using the results of the survey and juvenile nutrition programs. The program consisted of 6 steps ; step 1 was to check one's physical status, step 2 was explanation about good food habits, step 3 was about food management, step 4 was methods of exercise for health, step 5 included how to maintain ideal weight, and step 6 was related-internet site. Pre-education test and post-education test was conducted to evaluate the nutrition education through internet. The score of nutrition knowledge increased from $74.2{\pm}7.4$ to $77.2{\pm}9.6.$ The score of food attitude did not change. The subjects wanted more information about nutrition from internet. Therefore, internet program of nutrition education with specific and interesting topics should be developed more.

Sexuality education in the period of adolescents need much care and attention. The programs of sexual education through the Internet are excellent resources for adolescents to gain the information related to their sexual health. And systematic program which is necessary for adolescents to manage their sexual health has been rarely found in Korea. The purpose of this study was to offer valuable database for program design and evaluation on sexual education of middle school students through the Internet. Needs assessment for the information of sexual education on the internet among middle school students were carried out. A questionnaire survey was conducted with respondents of 602 middle school students from January to March in 2002. In the sexual counseling center for middle school students, counseling cases through internet were analyzed and evaluated from October, 2001 to September, 2002, We have selected 16 Sexual educational websites in Seoul confirmed Korean Educational Human Resource. Contents which was illustrated in 16 sexual educational websites were analyzed and evaluated by 12 sexual counselors. Design and evaluation of the program on the internet for sexuality education of adolescences was conducted on the basis of this study results by middle school expert teachers, sexual counselors, sexuality education professionals. Data was statistically analyzed using dBSTAT 4.0 for Windows. The extent and phase of the teaching-learning program of the sexuality education on the internet was seen as follows : 1. We evaluated to need for sexuality education on the internet by middle school student. 2. We assessed the properness of sexuality education curriculum on the internet frequently used by middle school students. 3. We designed teaching strategy and learning program for sexuality education of the middle school students. 4. We developed the assessment method for the teaching-learning program of the sexuality education in adolescences on the internet. Middle school students responded that sexual education through Internet is needed in the order of programs related to acquaintances with opposite sex, Sexual culture and ethics, Sexual health, Reproductive health structure and development, Marriage and family, Psychology of Sexuality, Pregnancy and birth. In the internet counseling, cases on the 'reproductive health structure and development' was ranked as the top. In short we have found the most needs as follows; Meaning of the marriage life and having family, Sexes and Love, Human relation, Sexual Culture.We recommend as follows on the basis of this study results: 1. It is necessary for sexuality education program on the internet to specify according to age and target the specific individual needs. 2. Sexual educators have to employ various educational materials such as flash, cartoon, multimedia in order to provide effective sexuality education. 3. Internet based sex education need to be evaluated regularly through reassessment of the effectiveness of sexuality education for content quality and richness.

오늘날 인터넷 기술과 문화의 발전에 비해 대학생들의 인터넷 윤리의식 수준이 미흡한 문제를 해결하기 위해 체계적인 인터넷 윤리교육의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 사용의 주요 세대인 대학생들의 인터넷 윤리의식 수준을 중점적으로 조사하여 혁신적인 플립 러닝(Flip Learning) 교수법과 휠러 모델 (Wheeler Model)의 도입, 빈도수 측정 이론을 활용하여 교육의 효과를 극대화하는 방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 이를 근거로 인터넷 윤리교육을 받은 학생들이 윤리의식 수준에서 향상을 위한 방안으로 모색할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 윤리교육의 체계화와 효과적인 활성화 방안에 대해 중요한 성과를 얻었음을 결론짓고 앞으로 인터넷 윤리교육 개선과 관련한 방향성을 제시하여 체계적인 윤리교육이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to give early childhood educators information for differentiating internet information services related to early childhood education, and for making more positive educational effect with web information services. The main questions were there were and differences in the levels of information characteristics and the information contents according to the categories of those sites. The subjects were 47 internet sites frequently used by teachers and trained assistants rated them with rating scale. One way ANOVA and t-test were used for data analysis. The results showed that the levels of information characteristics dimensions had differences among the categories of sites. In addition to that the content quality of Portal sites were higher than those of other categories for children users, those of Portal sites and Daum Cafes were higher than corresponding quality of other sites for teachers.

학교 행사나 취업정보, 진학정보, 주요학사일정 등 중요한 정보를 현재는 가정통신문만을 통하여 정보를 전달 받기 때문에 일부 정보의 사각지대가 발생하고 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 사물인터넷 기반 스마트 교육에 대한 자료조사를 바탕으로 유무선 네트워크에서 P2P방식의 사물인터넷 기술을 접목 전자보드 프로토타입을 설계하였다. 각 교실에서 학교 행사 등 필요한 정보를 교무실에서 실시간으로 자료를 받아 교실에서 공유 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 전자보드 사용 방법을 잘 알지 못해도 누구나 손쉽게 이용할 수 있기 때문에 사물인터넷 기반 스마트교육용 전자보드 프로토타입을 설계 하고자 한다.

인터넷 게임은 인터넷의 등장과 함께 급속하게 보급된 형태로 사용자가 이용하기 쉽고 게임의 종류가 다양하고 재미있다는 점에서 현재 학교현장에서 실시되고 있는 ICT 교육에 효과적인 교육방법으로 응용될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 ICT 교육에 활용될 수 있는 여러 자원 중 인터넷 게임에 대하여 아동들의 인터넷 게임 사용실태를 분석하고, 데이터 마이닝의 의사결정나무를 통하여 아동의 컴퓨터 사용에 따른 인터넷 게임에 대한 패턴을 도출하며, 또한 교사들의 활용실태를 조사함으로써 인터넷 게임 개발 필요성과 이를 초등 ICT 교육에 보다 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 실증적 방향을 제시하였다.

인터넷을 이용하여 정보를 다양하게 활용하고 새로운 정보를 만들어 내고 공유를 통해 재구성하는 특성 때문에 웹 2.0은 교수 학습에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 새로운 환경을 맞아 컴퓨터를 이용하는 정보화 영역의 수업에서 학습자들의 지적 호기심을 충족시키고 미래 지향적인 수업이 되도록 인터넷의 웹 2.0을 활용한 새로운 교수-학습 방법을 개발하고, 최신 도구를 활용하는 적극적인 방식의 교육 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대학의 교양교육 과정 및 전공 수업을 위한 웹 2.0 기반 인터넷 정보화 교육의 효과적인 교수-학습 모형을 개발하고, 이에 대한 학습 효과를 설문을 통해 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to determine thy type and amount of math education related information that is available on the worldwide Internet computer network and to summarize the ways of using network to its fullest potential for mathematics education research. The survey and analysis of the network shows that a great deal of information covering a broad range of subjects regarding mathematics education exists on the network. The type of information ranges from simple mathematics study plans to the complete mathematics education assessment database for grade school and high school students in the U.S. In addition to the wide ranging information, the network is also valuable as a communication link for exchanging ideas and obtaining feedbacks from educators and students around the world. Through the use of electronic mail, the Internet offers the ability to communicate with over 20 million users around the world.

Education using the internet, such as a virtual school and distance education, has been limited to the studies of content and method in learning, It has been less studied to make advantage of internet with regard to school administration, teachers' research, and efficient communication within a school. Therefore, it is suggested to implement groupware which can be used in a school environment. For this purpose, this study attempts to design and implement groupware on that purpose. The main content consists of 7 areas: introduction of the school(including children's room), notice room, working room, room for educational materials, individual information, parents' room, internet journey. The basic tool for a groupware is implemented on Windows NT 4.0 Server and subsequent IIS 2.0. DB management based on SQL Server 6.5 makes it enable to manage various information.
