Owing to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry has attracted considerable attention, spurred by the widespread expectation of vaccine development. In this study, we collect relevant topics from news articles related to COVID-19 and explore their links with two South Korean pharmaceutical indices, the Drug and Medicine index of the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) Pharmaceutical index. We use generalized Dirichlet-multinomial regression (g-DMR) to reveal the dynamic topic distributions over metadata of index values. The results of our analysis, obtained using g-DMR, reveal that a greater focus on specific news topics has a significant relationship with fluctuations in the indices. We also provide practical and theoretical implications based on this analysis.

중소기업의 경쟁력 강화의 한 대안으로서 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 제반 환경을 체계적으로 조사하여, 중소기업 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 효과적인 운영을 위하여 고려하여야 할 요소들을 분석하는 데 그 주요 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 실제로 운영하고 있는 6개 중소기업의 인터뷰를 통해 각 기업의 일반현황, 시스템환경, 진입 및 운영전략, 향후 기업 발전방향 등을 조사하고, 각 기업환경에 따라 구현되고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공 및 실패요인을 분석하여 보았다. 또한 본 연구에서는 쇼핑몰 구축의 2가지 차원 즉, 시스템 구축방법(자체개발/아웃소싱에 의한 개발) 및 쇼핑몰 진입유형(온라인 전문기업/오프라인 확장기업)으로 구분하여, 쇼핑몰 구축환경을 분류하는 맵을 도출하여 대상기업에 대한 추가적인 분석을 시도하여 보았다.

In this paper, we compare the market performances under circuit pricing whereby users are charged based on their length of usage time and under packet pricing whereby users are charged based on the amount of information received. We show that, if packet pricing is introduced, the market price rises contrary to the government's expectation but that the overall social welfare is unambiguously increased because packet pricing reflects the social cost properly while circuit pricing does not. Also, we show that, if delivery of multi-media files requires a much higher speed, a move to packet pricing lowers the price of multi-media transmission, thereby increasing the usage of multimedia data in the absence of congestion, which may not be the case in the presence of congestion.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도와 인터넷 활용 능력이 인지된 보안성 우려에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 기술수용모델에 기반을 두어 이 세 변수가 온라인 거래 의도에는 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 스마트 폰을 이용하여 필요로 하는 제품을 구매하는 사례가 증가하는 추세이므로 기존 인터넷을 이용할 경우와 스마트 폰을 이용할 경우로 구분하여 비교 분석하였다. 실증 분석 결과, 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도, 인터넷 활용 능력, 인지된 보안성 우려는 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 사용 용이성을 매개로 하여 온라인 거래 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 예상했던 것과 달리, 정보시스템 관련 교육을 많이 받을수록 해킹이나 프라이버시 침해 사례들을 더 많이 알게 되어 보안에 대해 더 우려하게 되며, 따라서 인터넷을 통한 거래가 많은 노력을 요구한다고 믿었다. 또한 정보시스템 관련 교육을 많이 받을수록 보안에 대해 더 우려하게 되므로, 인지된 보안성 우려는 인지된 유용성에 부(-)의 영향이 아니라 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도는 인터넷 거래의 유용성이나 인터넷 거래의 사용 용이성을 인지하는 것과는 관련이 있으나, 스마트 폰의 유용성이나 스마트 폰의 사용 용이성을 인지하는 것과는 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 국내 인터넷망의 개선과 TPS(Triple Play Service : 데이터+영상+음성) 서비스를 위한 가입자망의 고도화로 IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) 서비스의 품질에 대한 기대치가 급격히 높아지고 있다 따라서, 가입자의 실시간 동영상 품질을 보장할 수 있는 IPTV 서비스 품질에 대한 국내 품질 기준 및 국제 표준의 재정이 시급히 필요하다. 본 논문은 서비스 사업자 네트워크의 특성과 유사한 환경에서 시험하기 위해 방송/VoD(Video on demand)를 제공하는 헤드엔드 영역과 상용 네트워크 특성을 나타내는 트래픽/라우팅 부하 생성 장비와 네트워크 Impairment 장비 및 다수의 이기종 라우터를 포함하는 네트워크 영역과 가입자 셋탑박스 영역으로 테스트베드를 구축하였다. 그리고 구축된 환경을 이용하여 서비스 환경의 변화에 따른 품질 시험으로 IPTV 서비스의 품질기준 결정에 필요한 특성을 제시한다.

주변 후방산란 통신 (Ambient Backsactter Communication, AmBC)은 주변의 RF 신호를 활용해 데이터를 전송하기 때문에 송신 전력이 제한되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해, 송수신기 간 전송 효율을 높이 위한 방법으로 수신단에서 채널 상태를 추정할 수 있는 채널 추정기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 주변 후방산란 통신에서 기댓값-최대화 알고리즘(Expectation-Maximization Algorithm, EM algorithm) 기반의 채널 추정기의 성능 개선을 위해 K-means 알고리즘 도입 방안을 고려하였다. 모의실험은 제안한 채널 추정기의 성능 확인을 위해 성능 지표로 평균 제곱 오차 (Mean Square Error, MSE)를 사용한다. 모의실험을 통해 K-means을 통한 초깃값 설정 시, 기존 EM 알고리즘을 통한 채널 추정 방식 대비 개선된 성능을 보인다.

온라인상에서 안전하게 금융서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 사용자를 인증하는 기술이 요구된다. 키보드를 사용한 비밀번호 입력 방식이 가장 일반적이나, 키보드 입력이 쉽게 유출될 수 있음이 알려짐에 따라 많은 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스 및 간편 결제 서비스에서는 가상키보드를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 안전할 것이라는 기대와 달리, 가상키보드 역시 키보드 입력이 유출될 위험성이 존재했다. 본 논문에서는 가상키보드의 비밀번호 유출 가능성을 분석하고, PC 환경에서 마우스 이벤트 후킹과 화면캡처를 활용한 비밀번호 유출 방안을 제시했다. 또한, 국내 유명 인터넷 뱅킹 웹사이트 및 간편결제 서비스에서 비밀번호 유출 공격 가능성을 직접 검사하였으며, 그 결과 PC 운영체제에서 수행되는 가상키보드를 통한 비밀번호 입력방식이 안전하지 않음을 검증하였다.

정보 기술의 급격한 발달로 인해 다양한 상품과 서비스가 출시되고 있다. 하지만 지속적으로 사용을 계속하는 상품이나 서비스는 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 새로운 사용자를 유치하는 것보다 기존 사용자를 지속시키는 것은 기업의 효율적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 기존의 정보 기술과 관련한 연구들은 새로운 사용자를 유치하는데 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 기존 사용자를 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 웹 사용자를 대상으로 모바일 웹의 지속적 사용을 위한 지속 사용 모델을 개발하였고, 이러한 지속 사용 행동이 실제 사용량에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 웹의 지속적 사용에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 요인을 발굴하였고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 사후 기대인 사후 유용성, 사후 사용 편의성, 사후 즐거움, 사후 지각된 가치가 사용자의 만족, 사용 지속의도에 유의하게 영향을 끼쳤으며, 사용자의 사용지속의도 역시 모바일 웹의 실 사용량에 유의하게 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구 결과와 더불어, 만족과 사용 지속의도에 중요하게 끼치는 영향은 서로 다르게 나타나 만족과 사용 지속의도를 높이는 전략이 서로 다르게 해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 연구의 한계점과 실증적 시사점에 대하여 제시하고 있다.

Purpose Recently the usage of Mobile Instant Messenger(MIM) has been increased all over the world. With the development of Mobile Internet, a large amount of mobile application came into being, such as WeChat, the most popular MIM now in China. It has a huge number of registered users, but just only half of them are the "active users". This study intends to examine what factors affect MIM user's continuance intention and actual usage behavior. Design/Methodology/Approach Based on the framework of Perception/Emotion-Behavior and the extended ECM-ISC (Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance), this research introduced some unique variables to a user satisfaction model focusing on perceived/emotional factors in WeChat. In this model, perceived/emotional factors have been divided into enabler factors and inhibitor factors to analyze the effect on continuance intention and actual usage behavior. Also, the moderate effect of the habits was discussed. An online questionnaire survey of 203 WeChat users was conducted and the empirical validation was employed to test the research model. Findings From the empirical results, perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, and needs for affiliation significantly affected satisfaction. Also, satisfaction influenced continuance intention which led to actual usage behavior. We found that the habit moderates the relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention. The result of this study provides guidance to the developers and operators of WeChat on how to improve enhance users' satisfaction and loyalty.
