  • Today, information society is affected by new technologies including Electronic Commerce(EC), Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), Commerce At Light Speed(CALS ), multimedia and teleconferencing. Electronic Commerce is believed to be a field that will bring about a huge revolution of human life in the 21st century and thus its industry will give greatly influential effect on other industries In this paper, we have surveyed and studied through the internet and related materials for the development of framework of Electronic Commerce. It is required that we need the leading role of our government for the earlier activation of Electronic Commerce usage and have to establish the solid background of EC technology creation of our nation's originality and to activate the venture industry oriented for idea and technology rather than the industries in the form of larger enterprises. In conclusion, we have to expand our own ability of research and development to keep the continuous growth of our Electronic Commerce market and industries through the development of new product and prior acquisition of market as well as to expand the path of various technology aquisition by the strategic M&A and capital investment with the leading foreign enterprises.

의료기관 전자상거래 현황에 대한 연구 (A Study of Electronic Commerce Transactions of the Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate the degree of transactions of the electronic commerce in the hospitals. We created well-organized questionnaire to achieve this goal. we did telephone interviews with the hospitals, and then we reached out to the hospitals by e-mail and postal mail. We interviewed 311 hospitals, and 104 hospitals participated in this study. We conducted cross tabulations. The results are following : Among the subjects, male was 77.9%(81) and female was 22.1%(23). 51.0% of the hospitals used electronic commerce in their work purpose. The proportion of the hospitals that started their electronic commerce before 2000 years was 30.2% and after 2000 years was 69.8%. In the major electronic commerce service providers, 30.4% of the hospitals had their contract with auction, 18.4% of the hospitals had their contract with public procurement services. which is running by Korean government, and 11.8% were with EZmedicom and 10.8% were working with Carecamp. Through electronic commerce, the most high usage was office supplies 41.0% and the send area was medical supplies 11.2%. The results of this study suggest that electronic commerce in health care field is a very new area compared to other industries. There may be lots of barriers in the aspects of a way of working and norms of health care field. Electronic commerce system and contracts with their electronic commerce service providing partners.

  • 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발달은 전자상거래라는 새로운 거래관행을 창출하였고 기업과 개인들에게 경제활동의 모든 분야에서 매우 커다란 기회를 제공하게 되었다. 이에 따라 전자상거래는 세계무역에서 차지하는 비중이 날로 증대하고 있으며 그 영역도 점차 확대되고 있다. 전자상거래의 과정은 종래의 거래방식으로는 생각지 못했던 방식으로 계약이 체결되고 결제가 이루어지며, 상품이나 서비스가 이동되고 무역거래에 수반되는 각종 절차를 수행하계 된다. 따라서 과거의 법이론 및 사회제도 안에서 예측하지 못했던 많은 문제점들이 표출되었고, 이는 법적 제도적 불안정으로 인한 거래관련당사자들간의 분쟁의 야기 가능성을 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래계약시 발생가능한 법적 제도적 문제 중에서 특히 계약의 성립과 관련된 여러 문제들을 다루어보고 이를 토대로 거래당사자들간에 발생가능한 실무적인 문제들의 해결방안을 몇 가지 제시하여 보았다.

  • Electronic commerce and the Internet offer unprecedented opportunities. The explosive expansion of the use of the Internet makes it possible for businesses to expand their markets and render services. Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. The use of the Internet and the network in dispute resolution has an impact on the types of communication implied in the relevant processes such as automated negotiation, online mediation and online arbitration and involves new technological issues such as the integrity and confidentiality of data and communication used to transmit and store data. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. Introduction of new Conventions or amend Convention and Model law of ODR comes near.

  • 인터넷 속의 산업구조는 Off-line 방식의 구조에서 네트워크 상의 On-line 구조로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 인터넷상에서의 전자상거래는 네트워크의 발달에 힘입어서 거대한 시장을 형성하게 될 것이다. 인터넷에서 상거래가 일어나는 것은 오히려 자연스러운 현상이라고 할 수 있다. 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래는 많은 사람들의 관심을 증대시킬 것이다. 그런데 여기에는 제도적, 기술적 여러 가지가 선결되어야 한다. 이중에서도 가장 먼저 해결되어야 할 것이 사용자 인증에 대한 기술력이다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 구축 및 운영을 위해 필요한 세 가지의 주된 목적을 갖는다. 먼저 전자상거래의 보안 해결방법이며 둘째, 그들의 문제점들을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 실제 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에서 사용자 인증을 할 때, 필요한 각종 위협요소 및 취약점을 파악하고 세째, 이에 대응하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Since the advance of WWW, internet related fields have been growing very rapidly. Especially, the development of electronic commerce ares have changed even or life style. This paper is about the design and implementation of an internet auction system, which is considered as on of the most attractive internet services. An internet auction system has more complex processes compared with other electronic commerce systems. In auction systems, bids and a successful bid are required in trading all goods. In this paper, I designed and implemented all processes of an internet auction system, in which a bid tracing systems is included for the first time. The bid tracing system is implemented using only HTTP in maintain compatibility in WWW environment. I also used th JAVA blocking concept to simulate two-way communication. The proposed system is implemented on Windows NT environment using JAVA, ASP, and the Oracle database.

  • Purpose of this research wishes to present way to more safe and reliable operation way to shopping mall operation companies as well as consumerism through general utilization present condition of customers and satisfaction investigation that use internet shopping mall and establish wholesome commercial transaction order. This research draws criteria and items about success factor through each precedent research literature investigation about internet shopping mall success factor, and made up a questionnaire criteria and items that affect important internet shopping mall company's selection to college students and graduate students with learning connected with electronic commerce course. Execute pair comparison that require in AHP and analyzed priority weight about criteria and items to shopping mall company selection. As the result, Appeared that 'Credibility about internet shopping mall company's transaction' is considered most heftily by importance criteria at internet shopping mall selection. Appeared that think 'Credibility of personal information leakage prevention' most important to each criteria.

  • In Internet age, traditional transaction concepts are being examined in new perspectives. Electronic commerce, as a new transaction paradigm, is being paid attention to reexamine traditional marketing theories. In this study, equity is adapted to electronic commerce. We add Navigational Equity to existing equity concept: Payment and Service (Huppertz et al 1978). The research model of this study consisted of three major constructs such as equity, normative comparison of equity and consumer satisfaction in electronic commerce. Additionally, the environments of Internet navigation, which include system quality, easy for use, social pressure, playful aspects, and security check, etc. were analyzed. The propositions were drawn from the research model of this study. These propositions will be used to generate hypotheses constructing simultaneous equation model. More empirical study of future is expected.

  • This paper examines strategic competition model between offline and online retailers and draws strategic implications. Research on the price competition between conventional offline retailers and online retailers has been done through empirical approaches, however, the results are conflicting. This paper reconciles the existing conflicting empirical findings on price levels between offline and online retailers through theoretical approach. This paper analyzes how the internet market has effect on equilibrium prices of both offline and online retailers and discusses the possible reasons why there exist price differences between offline and online retailers in business to consumer electronic commerce.

인터넷 상거래 처리속도의 경제적 가치분석 모형에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on a Model of Economic Value of Transmission Speed of Internet Commerce)

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.
