중소기업의 정부 수출지원 프로그램 활용도와 기업역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업유형을 조절변수로 (The Influences of SMEs' Utilization of Export Assistance Programs and Firm Capabilities on Export Performances : Firm Type as a Moderator)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 정부 수출지원 프로그램 활용도, 기업의 마케팅 역량과 기술역량, 재무적, 전략적 성과 간의 관계에 미치는 기업유형(산업재, 소비재)의 조절효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였고 사용가능한 산업재 수출중소기업 246개와 소비재 수출중소기업 137개의 설문지를 수집하였다. 조절회귀분석에 대한 연구결과로는 산업재 중소기업의 정부 수출지원 프로그램 활용도가 기업의 재무적 성과에 미치는 정적인 영향이 소비재 중소기업에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 두 유형의 중소기업 모두에 대해 정부지원 프로그램 활용도는 전략적 성과에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편 두 기업유형에 대해 마케팅과 기술역량 모두가 재무적, 전략적 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤으나, 소비재 중소기업의 마케팅 역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향이 산업재 기업에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으며, 산업재 중소기업의 기술역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향이 소비재 기업에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 실무적 제언과 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

편의점 PB상품의 온라인 마케팅을 통한 소비자 구매 요인 분석 (Analysis of Consumer Purchase Factors through Online Marketing of Convenience Store PB Products)

  • 본 연구는 편의점 브랜드가 새로운 PB 상품을 온라인에서 마케팅하였을 때, 소비자의 구매 행동과 그에 따른 요인이 무엇인지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 2030 밀레니얼 세대를 대상으로 편의점 PB 상품의 구매 행태와 PB 상품을 접하게 되는 경로에 대해 설문조사를 하였다. 분석 결과, 편의점 PB 상품을 구매하는 소비자들은 SNS나 유튜브를 통해 상품을 접하게 되었으며 구매 후 SNS에 게시함으로써 트렌드에 합류하고자 하는 경향이었다. 하여 본 연구에서는 이런 소비 형태를 가지게 되는 밀레니얼 세대의 소비 트렌드와 그에게 영향을 주는 온라인 마케팅의 개념에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 일시적인 구매가 아닌 지속적인 구매를 유도하기 위해 기업은 소비자 리서치를 참고해 향후 방안을 개선하여 앞으로의 소비자의 구매 요인이 트렌드에 의존하는 것이 아닌 지속해서 가치 있는 소비로 이끌어 가길 바란다.

  • 본 연구는 검색엔진으로 진화하고 있는 유튜브의 여행 Vlog에 대한 시청패턴과 콘텐츠 니즈를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 일차적으로 설문 지법을 사용하여 45명을 대상으로 사전 조사를 진행하였고, 이차적으로 이를 통해 얻은 결괏값을 바탕으로 Creating Pleasurable Interfaces 모형을 활용하여 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째로 시청자는 여행 Vlog를 활용하여 단편적인 정보보다는 여행에 관련된 전반적인 정보를 얻고 있었다. 두 번째로 유튜브에 업로드된 여행 Vlog의 절대량이 부족하여 시청자가 원하는 정보를 얻는데 물리적인 어려움이 있었다. 세 번째로 여행 Vlog를 활용한 마케팅이 대중 매체의 광고 형식에서 벗어나지 못해 콘텐츠 전반에 서비스나 제품 노출에 일관성이 부족하다는 문제점이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 도출된 결과는 여행 관련 기업의 콘텐츠 마케팅 전략에 있어서 인사이트를 제공하고 크리에이터들에게 콘텐츠 제작에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대된다.

A Study on the Types of Virtual Influencers in China Using Q Methodology

  • Modern people live a life connected with the real world and the virtual world by relying on the new media of enterprises and social consumption led by innovative technologies. In this environment, virtual influencers actively communicate with consumers and build relationships through social media, which is a new marketing tool that has attracted widespread attention. From a business perspective, it is necessary to have a solid understanding of this phenomenon, and then explore communication strategies to effectively develop virtual influencers. To investigate followers' preference for virtual influencers, this study employs the Q-method, which studies human subjective attributes, an empirical research effort to uncover complex issues in human subjectivity. To determine the factors that trigger people's voluntary and active practice and the preference degree of virtual influencers, the Q method is implemented to examine human subjectivity, thoughts and attitudes. According to the results of this study, virtual influencers are a new group of idols full of vitality. The interviews found that there are still many virtual influencers who do not know about followers, but each type can be clearly understood through the intuitive understanding of the interviewees. Divided out, type 1 one egoideal virtual influencers aim to represent an idealized version of the creator or target audience. Embodies ideal physical characteristics, personality or lifestyle desired by the audience. Type 2 is charismatic and attractive, and has the characteristics of most virtual influencers. It is suggested that it can be developed into a potential type, doing brand cooperation, and content production on social media platforms. Type 3: Game animation, derived from the image of characters in games or comics, with stylized features and energetic personalities, which can be integrated into games or entertainment experiences. Type 4 development potential type is the most successful type among virtual imagers, and it is also the purpose of marketing virtual influencers. It is essential that brand endorsement on social media platforms, integrated marketing, and driving advertising traffic. It is recommended to improve production technology to reduce investment costs.

  • Most people do not think seriously about the concept of time management, just to spend the precious time sheets. Regular life can sustain mental and physical health. That's why time management is an important factor in living. In the thesis, smart alarm patch is designed using a wireless communication NFC technology that gradually develop and attract attention. Due to the alarm, regular hours is helped to improve the quality of life. For this, analysis was performed using the UML in this system, linked to the smart alarm system patches and NFC technology, Java Script language, Adobe Muse CC was used embody web document and mobile content.

  • Recently, Radon has been gotten attention for problems of Nuclear Generating Station and a variety of nuclear. It is naturally arises that is accumulated in the interior through the soil with radioactive materials. People exposed to indoor a Radon increase the high risks of lung cancer. The data are consisted of regional Country, The Location, Average Radon pCi/L, Geo Mean and Geo S.D etc. The research is experimented using E-M algorithm. The research result appears to make a division of soil distance, regional and cluster. It requires in effort to minimize exposure to people who live in areas with high radon levels. A country must apprise to people about Radon risk and needs to work out measures plan.

이탈리아, 프랑스, 일본의 음식관광상품 선택 속성 도출에 대한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on attributes of Food Tourism in Italy, France and Japan)

  • Food tourism is recognized as a unique form of tourism product that combines traditions and regional characteristics and has become an international trend. However, research on food tourism in Korea is limited. Thus, this study investigated the selection attributes of food tourism in Italy, France and Japan. A qualitative study was conducted among 34 foreign food tourism experts on food tourism in their respective countries to find possible directions for Korean food tourism. As a result of this study, 'Food attraction', 'Traditionality', 'Locality', 'Convenience', 'Cultural Characteristics', and 'Appropriateness of price' were the attributes identified from the expert's comments. Marketing strategies such as improving quality of service and food itself, quality of service, developing diverse food tourism product, and building marketing channel will improve the status of food tourism in Korea.

  • Big Data is coming rapidly in recent times and keep the vast amount of data was utilized them. These data are utilized in many fields in particular, based on the patient data in the medical field to increase the therapeutic effect, as well as re-incidence to better treatment, lowering the readmission rates increased the quality of life. In this paper it is practiced to report basis of the analysis and verification of data using python. And it can be analyzed the data through a simple formula, from Select reason of Python to how it used; by Press analysis of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries research. In this process, a simple formula can be used that expression for analyzing the actual data so it taking advantage of the use of functions in real life.

  • As the industry grows, the amount of data grows exponentially, and data analysis using these serves as a predictable solution. As data size increases and processing speed increases, it has begun to be applied to new fields by combining artificial intelligence technology as well as simple big data analysis. In this paper, we propose a method to quickly apply a machine learning based algorithm through efficient resource allocation. The proposed algorithm allocates memory for each attribute. Learning Distinct of Attribute and allocating the right memory. In order to compare the performance of the proposed algorithm, we compared it with the existing K-means algorithm. As a result of measuring the execution time, the speed was improved.

  • In the modern technology era, it is possible to connect objects and the internet anytime and anywhere through IoT of hyper-connected society. Accordingly, a smart shopping cart was designed and realized by applying IoT. Therefore, this paper builds the IoT shopping cart system according to the trend of IoT environment.. When RFID is installed in the Arduino and the tagged item is inserted into the IoT shopping cart, the product information and price are displayed on the Arduino linked Raspberry Pi. We built a web server on the Raspberry Pi to handle this data, and built an App on the smartphone to implement the IoT shopping cart environment. Consumers can receive pricing and product information through smartphone apps through raspberry pie, can make quick calculations through smartphone, and provide various information to consumers through apps.
