국제 환경기관의 환경문제가 국가정책채택에 영향력을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Study on the influencing to adopt national policies on international environmental issues)

  • 이 연구는 국제 환경기관간의 환경문제에 관한 국가정책채택에 영향력을 미치는 요인이 무엇 인지에 관한 내용이다. 이를 위하여 다변량에 의한 회귀분석을 이용하여 환경정책의 채택에 관한 국가정책의 영향력을 분석하였다. 데이터 분석은 세계의 모든 부분에서 130 개국의 샘플에 대한 독립 변수의 측정에 의해 각 국가의 비준된 환경협약을 인덱스 포인트로 하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 전반적으로, 회귀 분석은 일반적으로 독립 변수에 대한 가설을 긍정적으로 보여주고 있다. 결과에서 외부적 결정요인은 국제 환경기구들과 관련하여 국가 환경 정책 도입의 수준을 설명하는 내부적 요인보다 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 모든 국제 환경 기구, 국제 비정부기구 및 지역 다국적 기관은 국가간이 아닌 국제 환경 정책 방향에 호의적인 자세로 국가에 영향을 미치는 긍정적인 방향에 기능하는데 입증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국 환경정책 시스템의 효능을 개선하는 방법에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 보인다.

  • This paper is to introduce guidelines for application, inclusion, reference and adoption of standards and specifications. International standards such as IEC 60300-3-4, ISO/IEC Guide 50, ISO/IEC Guide 51, IEC 81714-3 and ISO/IEC Guide 21-1, 2 are considered. This paper is to discuss guide to the specification of dependability and environmental requirements and guidelines for safety inclusion in standards, and guidelines for standards developers to address the needs of older persons and persons with disabilities, etc.

A Study on the Progress of e-Trade and the Factor of the Adoption of bolero.net in Japan

  • In recent years, although far behind, the "e-Trade (B to G)" is propelled vigorously in Japan. But the diffusion of the "e-Trade" among companies (B to B) represented by bolero.net does not meet expectation. This paper carried out the questionnaire survey to the enterprises, which adopt bolero.net and examined why the diffusion is stagnated to the measures for its future spread. As a result, the top 3 adoption factors are: (1) Transaction climate, (2) Top management support, and (3) Operational improvement. In other words, it depends that top management has the will, which adopts e-trade positively among the reliable business partners and the operational performances can improve efficiently by carrying e-trade. We would like to clarify what will be crucial to spur the diffusion in the future. Based on the findings from the result, the concrete key points to promote the spread are to be indicated as follows: (1) Improve the scores of "Cost" and "Competitive pressure" (2) Improve the institutional factor.

  • The terms electronic trade, electronic trading and electronic commerce are often used interchangeably, and refer to trading transactions conducted using electronic media. Electronic trade is business-to-business transactions in an industrial context, while electronic commerce refers to retailing and the consumer sector as well as mass marketing. The Electronic trade process is defined as a flow of information (documents) exchanged between enterprises and trade-related firms (shipping companies, foreign exchange banks, forwarders, etc.) in the course of implementing a series of export and import procedures. Electronic trading systems exploit information technology to improve the efficiency of communications and/or to alter the nature of inter-organizational transactions. Many studies exist about the adoption of inter-organizational systems (IOS) and electronic data interchange (EDI), but few focus on electronic trade. The literature on exporting companies's electronic trade adoption and implementation, although extensive, consists mainly of exploratory studies focusing on technological characteristics such as barriers, benefits and usage. The purpose of this study is to broaden this perspective by investigating the environmental, organizational and technological drivers of business-to-business e-commerce adoption.

  • 최근 재무제표분석을 통하여서 기업을 진단하려고 하는 다양한 학문적인 연구와 실질적인 적용이 실행되고 있다. 특히, 최근 새롭게 변경된 회계기준인 한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS: Korea - International Financial Reporting Standards)에 따라서 제무제표분석에도 변화가 발생하고, 그에 따라서 기업 진단도 새롭게 변화되어야 하는 상황이 되었다. 이에 현재, 금융권에서도 관심을 갖고 있는 매출채권 처리의 변화에 따라서 발생하는 재무제표상의 진단 및 분석을 반영하여서 처리하는 새로운 진단모형의 필요성이 대두되었다. 특히, 최근 모뉴엘이라는 기업의 매출채권을 이용한 금융스캔들의 영향으로 이러한 연구가 더욱 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 매출채권은 일반적 상거래에서 발생하는 신용채권 으로서, 기업이 만기까지 보유하거나 만기 전에 양도가 가능한 금융 상품이다. 기업이 매출 채권을 할인하여 양도할 경우에 매출채권 할인을 매각거래로 처리하고, 할인료에 해당하는 금액을 매출채권처분 손실로 처리하며, 해당 거래를 우발 채무로 공시하였다. 그러나, K-IFRS 하에서는 모든 위험과 보상이 이전되지 않는 한 매출채권 할인을 차입거래로 인식한다. 이는 기업 부채의 증가로 기업가치에 영향을 미치게 된다, 이 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 실질적으로 기업가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는지 추정하는 지능형진단시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 주가에 미치는 영향을 인공지능기법인 사례기반추론(case based reasoning)과 자기조직화지도 (self-organizing maps)기법을 통하여 진단 모형을 구축하였다.

CODEX 국제식품규격위원회의 국제표준제정 동향 분석 (Analysis of the Effects on Establishment of International Standards by Codex Alimentarius Commission)

  • The importance of the standards and its related texts established by Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) had been increased by the Agreement of Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement) in World Trade Organization (WTO). To meet the needs of WTO SPS Agreement, biennial CAC meeting had been changed to every year. This study was conducted to analyze the effects on interval between CAC meetings. The years of adoption, revision and amendment of CAC texts were collected from the official standard list and individual texts from CAC homepage. The period since establishment of CAC was divided into four groups by starting negotiation of Uruguay Round, WTO foundation and reducing the interval between CAC meetings. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program. The numbers of CAC standards, guidelines, recommendations, maximum residue levels, and miscellaneous texts were 202, 56, 46, 3 and 5, respectively. Since 8 documents didn't contain the adoption year, these texts were eliminated to analyze adoption year. For adoption, annually 11.26 texts were established since establishment of CAC and there were no significant difference among the 4 groups. However the average numbers of revisions and amendments of adopted texts for overall periods and for each period were 7.56, 0.93, 6.50, 17.20 and 19.75, respectively. The average numbers of overall decisions, defined as summation of adoption, revision and amendment of texts, for overall periods and for each period were 12.37, 6.27, 9.00, 17.40 and 29.25, respectively. There were significant differences by the WTO foundation and the interval between CAC meetings. The reduced interval of CAC meetings influenced to increase number of revisions and amendments of adopted texts, but not yet adoption of new text.

여수선언 추진의 의미와 과제 (Yeosu Declaration and Its Implications on Yeosu EXPO)

  • During the course of its efforts to host the 2012 EXPO in Yeosu, Korea, the Korean government promised to the members of the International Exhibition Bureau (BIE) to adopt the so-called Yeosu Declaration. Considering the year 2012 will likely witness the adoption of another global scale environmental declaration as such as the Stockholm, Rio and Johannesburg Declarations, Yeosu Declaration may contribute not only to emphasizing the theme of the 2012 Yeosu EXPO, The Living Ocean and Coast: Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Activities, but also to sharing its efforts to protect the environment with the international society. As there has been no precedence of adopting any declaration in the history of EXPO, a careful preparation for the adoption of Yeosu Declaration is necessary as suggested in this article.

중국 소비자의 성별 모바일커머스 수용의도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 광저우.상하이지역 소비자를 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Mobile Commerce Adoption and the Moderating Effect of Gender: Focused on Shanghai and Guangzhou)

  • 본 연구는 중국의 상하이와 광저우에 거주하는 소비자들을 대상으로 성별에 따라 모바일커머스를 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇이며, 남녀 간 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 분석하였다. 연구모형은 기존의 합리적 행동이론(TRA), 계획된 행동이론(TPB), 기술수용이론(TAM), 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT) 등과 이후 연구된 후속연구들을 참고한 후 모바일기기의의 속성 중 개별성 및 개인성이 중요하다고 판단하여 감성요인들 위주로 선별하여 설계하였다. 분석결과는 중국 소비자의 모바일커머스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 지각된 위험, 개인의 혁신성, 모바일기기에 대한 친밀성, 사회적 영향이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 남녀 집단 간의 차이는 여성이 남성에 비해 지각된 위험, 사회적 영향에 더 민감하게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 남성은 모바일기기의 친밀감과 개인의 혁신성에서 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과는 중국의 소비자에게 있어서 모바일기기가 갖는 개별적이고 개인적 속성으로 인해 어떤 다른 쇼핑채널에서 보다 감성적 요인이 중요하게 작용한다는 것을 의미하는 것이며, 시장세분화의 기본요소로서 남녀 집단 간 차이의 결과는 모바일커머스의 운영에 있어서도 남녀 소비자에게 개별적이고 차별화된 마케팅전략의 수립이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

  • Nowadays learning has developed to a new way of anywhere and anytime by using mobile devices called m-learning which can provide flexibility, independency and creativity in academic environment. Most studies about m-learning are for higher education and the most users of m-learning are higher education students. Although developed countries are using m-learning in educational sectors, most of the Middle East countries are far from m-learning, and facing number of challenges. In Iran m-learning is still in early stage of implementation in higher education and in terms of technical and infrastructural aspects there is a vast gap in compare with developed countries. Although technical and infrastructural difficulties are one of the significant aspects in implementation and integration of m-learning technologies in education, the technology will not be successful if could not adopt with users. Due to the importance of user adoption with m-learning, there are limited studies about m-learning adoption in higher education of Iran. This paper attempts to review on technical and infrastructural aspects that facilitate m-learning which have effect on adoption of Iran higher education system. The review of the trend in the literature provides a reference for higher education institutes for decision making in developing m-learning for their students.

Critical Factors Affecting the Adoption of Artificial Intelligence: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • The term "artificial intelligence" is considered a component of sophisticated technological developments, and several intelligent tools have been developed to assist organizations and entrepreneurs in making business decisions. Artificial intelligence (AI) is defined as the concept of transforming inanimate objects into intelligent beings that can reason in the same way that humans do. Computer systems can imitate a variety of human intelligence activities, including learning, reasoning, problem-solving, speech recognition, and planning. This study's objective is to provide responses to the questions: Which factors should be taken into account while deciding whether or not to use AI applications? What role do these elements have in AI application adoption? However, this study proposes a framework to explore the significance and relation of success factors to AI adoption based on the technology-organization-environment model. Ten critical factors related to AI adoption are identified. The framework is empirically tested with data collected by mail surveying organizations in Vietnam. Structural Equation Modeling is applied to analyze the data. The results indicate that Technical compatibility, Relative advantage, Technical complexity, Technical capability, Managerial capability, Organizational readiness, Government involvement, Market uncertainty, and Vendor partnership are significantly related to AI applications adoption.
