It is ten years since the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification system was implemented in Korea, and the government aims to acquire GAP certification up to 25% of the total agricultural areas by 2022. As of the end of 2017, 6.3% of the total cultivated area and 8.1% of the total farm households were certified, which is slower than expected. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of the GAP accreditation through the surveys and on site inspections of the GAP certified farmers and to propose the development plans according to the problems analysis of the current system in order to expand the GAP certification. Certified farmers recognized the need for agricultural safety and hygiene, but there were a lot of nonconformities regarding practical practices. This is due to the ambiguity of the certification standards and the wrong ways in the training method for the producers. GAP certification is slow to expand to farmers and low consumer awareness is considered a structural problem of GAP certification system, and improvement measures are needed accordingly. It is necessary to convert the state-led GAP certification system into a state-led private certification system. It is necessary for the government to focus on policy, research and follow-up management. In addition, it is necessary to establish a separate organization in the form of a contribution organization for the certification, education, and public relations. In addition, long-term plan must be established and systematically carried out. It is necessary to integrate too many certification agencies compared to the farming scale of Korea, and it is necessary to realize the application fee for realizing the financial independence of the certification body and correct certification work. In addition, inspector qualification standards should be strengthened and training system should be improved to nurture high quality inspectors. Simplified certification standards based on statutes need to be subdivided into practical action plans. In order to improve the GAP certification system, it is necessary to have a discussion through a committee composed of specialists from industry and academia, and it will be possible to contribute to the safety of the food of the people through the production of safe by drawing concrete development plans.

In the past, IUTOX engaged in dialogue with various international toxicology organizations to address this important issue. IUTOX Executive Committee engaged in activities that support accreditation and/or registration of toxicologists around the world. As a result of discussions held during the IUTOX-sponsored workshop at the 2000 Annual Meeting of the SOT in Philadelphia, it was decided to create an international forum, the "International Assembly for the Recognition of Toxicologists"(IART). The mission of IART was defined as threefold: 1) to establish a forum for development of criteria for recognizing qualified experts in toxicology; 2) to assist "recognizing organizations" in establishing these criteria; and 3) to promote identification and training needs to enhance expertise in toxicology. The membership of IART is open to all organizations (e.g., registries, boards, academies, etc.) whose purpose is the recognition of expertise in toxicology.rtise in toxicology.

In an effort to resolve environmental pollution problems, developed countries enforce green building certification systems. The same is true in Korea. However compared professional accreditation system to certification systems did not systematically in Korea. Therefore, in accordance with development of green building related systems and technology the requirement for foster green building professionals is urgent. Accordingly this study is purposed to analyze and propose that green building professional accreditation system development and operation of the direction. Through data analysis domestic and international green building professional accreditation system for draw a development plan. And then conduct an expert Delphi survey reflected in the survey results to development plan.

IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification bodies and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which were certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with IEC 60300. This paper introduces a Quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

The last few nears have seen significantly increased interest in organic food. Organic food is still a small but growing part of the food industry with an identity defined and protected by law. Its existence provides an element of consumer choice. To obtain consumer confidence and, product credibility and transparency in the organic market, organic legislation and certification is needed, To facilitate export of organic products, harmonization of the organic legislation is favoured. The IFOAM accreditation programme has already achieved very much in this respect. Several national regulation, such as the NOP(USA) and EC2092/91(European Union) have already complied with the IFOAM basic standards. But in many countries there is still a lack of national legislation on organic agriculture. Because of the fast globalisation, organic agriculture is facing major challenges for international trade, so it is very important to consider the future development and certification of organic produce in all countries.

Purpose: To propose improved method for normalization, compare to the de facto international standard which is IESNA TM-21 or conventional normalization methods. Methods: Firstly, we analysed conventional methods and specified the problem of normalization method which is based on first measured data. Secondly, we proposed our approach which is based on the design specification. Lastly, we studied a real degradation data which is conducted for 15,000 hours. Conclusion: Proposed normalization method is better approach because it can reflect real data and design specification, and reduce distortion when analysing degradation data. Also, It is appliable to other long-life reliability items.

Today, as a globalization continues and international trading blocks are formed, world markets are intensely competitive and abound in product variety, volume, complexity and environment. An environmental management system comprises the environmental elements of the overall management system. The basic input to a management system is information from stake holders, the operational system and the environment, the outputs are decisions and informations. Specifically, green comsumer's needs and expectations are changing and diversifying, resulting in a changed global environment for industry. Due to these changes, many companies are striving to achieve the ISO 14000 environmental management system certification. In this paper, I will present the strategy of environmental management, system strategy and continue to build a unique environmental management system by analyzing companies that will be achieved the ISO 14000 certification. After companies establish an ISO 9000 quality system these companies should focus on improve toward their own quality systems and continue to build ISO 14000.

Scanners play an important role in digitally reproducing the color and imaging of original documents used in public offices; however, the current system lacks a standard for digitized documents created by scanners, complicating efforts to create a digitized system. In particular, macrography cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability of digitalized color documents, pictures, and photographs created by scanners. To this end, we develop a standardized evaluation tool and test target to certify digitalized documents created by a scanner in the domestic environment. In this study, we enhance the accuracy and reliability of scanned data to create an advanced standard evaluation tool for scanners. Moreover, to produce a scanner certification standard, we overcome existing problems related to the growing market. We anticipate that this new standard will see a high degree of application in the current environment.
