DCM 설계에서 주요 인자의 결정과 내.외적 안정해석 (The Analysis of Internal & External Stabilities and Factors for D.C.M Design)

  • This paper presents procedure and prediction method of internal and external stabilities when designing D.C.M, with main factors to be considered, such as chemical reaction of additive, physical properties of stabilized body and mixing strength. Results show that through case studies, a design unconfined compressive strength of stabilized body (hereafter referred to as 'compressive strength') directly depends on the quantity of cement, which is decided by laboratory test, and the compressive strength enormously affects internal and external stabilities. So laboratory mixing test to obtain the compressive strength for design allowable stress should be given careful considerations.

  • 가시설 공사는 자연환경에서 영구 구조물에 대한 시공을 수행하기 위해서 필요한 접근공간을 제공한다. 흙막이 공법과 같이 가시설 공사의 안정성을 높이기 위해서는 가시설에 작용하는 외부영향요인을 찾고, 이에 대응하기 위한 설계기능을 구현해야 한다. 즉 외부영향요인이 가시설 성능에 가져오는 영향을 최소화하기 위한 설계요소와 설계요소의 수준을 찾아야 한다. 본 연구에서는 가설공사의 대표적인 공법인 흙막이 공법을 대상으로 가시설 설계시 고려해야 할 외부영향요인을 분석하고, 영향요소를 최소화하기 위한 내부영향요인으로써 설계기능의 개선방안을 제시한다. 설계기능 구현시에는 다구찌 기법을 적용하여 설계요소에 대한 체계적인 평가를 실시하여 가치향상을 분석했다. 적용사례에서는 외부영향요인의 영향을 가장 적게 받으면서 제품특성의 목표치에 가장 근접한 설계인자의 조건을 찾았다. 시범사례에서는 다구찌 기법을 적용하여 흙막이 설계기능을 구현함으로써 외부요인의 변화에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 설계기능을 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보여줬다.

The Structure Model of Service Performance Influence in Knowledge Based Service Business

  • This study is attempted to demonstrate the structure of the influencing factors on the performance of services of knowledge based service firms. In the model presented, the structure is that service performance in knowledge-based services are affected by the strategic utilization of knowledge resources and service orientation factors of the service organization. And the service performance are also affected in which the systemization of service processes and customer satisfaction play a mediating role. As an analysis result of examining 148 practitioners engaged in the knowledge service industry, it is necessary to increase the satisfaction of external customers in order to improve service performance in a knowledge-based service organizations. This can be achieved by increasing the satisfaction of internal customers. In addition, for this structure to be successful, the service production process to be provided to the customer must be enhanced. The service production process has been found to be an important factor influencing the internal customer satisfaction and service delivery process, especially in the use of knowledge resource, and customer oriented service among service orientation factors.

Internal Model Control for Unstable Overactuated Systems with Time Delays

  • In this paper, we have proposed a new internal model control structure (IMC). It is aimed at unstable overactuated multivariable systems whose transfer matrices are singular and unstable. The model inversion problem is essential to understand this structure. Indeed, the precision between the output of the process and the setpoint is linked to the quality of the inversion. This property is preserved in the presence of an additive disturbance at the output. This inversion approach proposed in this article can be applied to multivariable systems with no minimum phase or minimum phase shift with or without delays in their transfer matrices. It is proven by an example of simulation through which we have shown its good performance as a guarantee of stability, precision as well as rapidity of system responses despite the presence of external disturbances and we have tested this control structure in the frequency domain hence the robustness of the IMC.

Research on the Development Strategies of Confucius Institute for Expanding China's Foreign Trade

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore how the Confucius Institute Chinese international promotion could better promote the development of China's foreign trade, by analyzing the distribution of the Confucius Institute worldwide, based on the theory of language economics, using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment, opportunities and challenges of the external environment of Chinese international promotion of Confucius Institute. The following findings were gathered: as a language teaching institution and information exchange platform, Confucius Institute has the ability to share trade information and increase trade opportunities; to improve cultural identity and reduce transaction costs; to promote cultural communication and integration, and drive the development of related industries. The internal disadvantages were mainly reflected in the mismatch between the global regional distribution structure of Confucius Institutes, and the economic and trade structure, such as, the asymmetry between language, culture output, and demand. In addition, the management mechanism was not perfect. External opportunities were mainly new opportunities brought by economic globalization, cultural diversity, and the development of the Belt and Road initiative. External challenges were mainly influenced by the China threat theory and the fierce cultural competition among countries. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on the advantages of the platform and grasping the external opportunities: improving the quality of operation and speeding up the localization process; respecting cultural differences and realizing cultural common learning; seeking multilateral cooperation and enhancing the capacity for independent development.

치과위생사의 내적·외적만족과 조직몰입도의 관련성 (The correlation between the internal·external satisfaction and organizational commitment of dental hygienist)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to provide a basic set of data on the correlation relationship between the internal external satisfaction and organizational commitment of dental hygienist. Methods: The research subjects were a total 264 numbers of dental hygienists in Busan and Gyeongnam. The study was conducted from July 1 to August 30, 2016. Structured questionnaires were used for analysis. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS. Statistics 20.0. Results: Job satisfaction according to general characteristics showed high internal satisfaction and external satisfaction in age and prime duty, and internal satisfaction in career. The factors affecting organizational commitment were sub-factors of job satisfaction, external satisfaction and internal satisfaction. Conclusions: The atmosphere composition must be to improve that in the dental clinic, the dental hygienist's scope of work, autonomy, and sense of accomplishment through job the organizational commitment of the dental hygienists. This should be supported by the effective management of human resources, salary structure and the improvement of the system.

내외부 이중튜브구조를 갖는 핵연료봉의 봉단마개 용접시험 평가 (Evaluation of Endcap Welding Test for a Nuclear Fuel Rod having External and Internal Tube Structure)

  • An irradiation test of a nuclear fuel rod having external and internal tube structure was planned for a performance. To establish fabrication process satisfying the requirements of irradiation test, micro-TIG welding system for fuel rods was developed, and preliminary welding experiments for optimizing process conditions of fuel rod was performed. Fuel rods with 15.9mm diameter and 0.57mm wall thickness of cladding tubes and end caps have been used and optimum conditions of endcap welding have been selected. In this experiment, the qualification test was performed by tensile tests, helium leak inspections, and metallography examinations to qualify the endcap welding procedure. The soundness of the welds quality of a dual cooled fuel rods has been confirmed by mechanical tests and microstructural examinations.

  • Knowledge management is an essential part for gaining competitive advantage. The knowledge management system deals with information gathering, process, and implementation for the organizational performance advantage. The study integrates knowledge management in view of an internal organizational information processing structure and external strategic issue management system. This means that the coordination between internal systematic process and external scanning mechanism is essential for organizational success.

  • For distinguish between Lophatherum gracile and Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis based on natural shape and external-internal morphology of medicinal shape, general contents of oriental medicine were rearranged through bibliography. As a result, two medicinal stuffs indicated the difference in shape and structure(external-internal and powder)of origin plant bibiliographically. After this, this contents were utilized to give proof of many effective difference between two medicinal stuff.

트럭용 커넥팅 로드 소재의 내부 품질에 따른 기계적 특성 연구 (A study on the Mechanical Characteristics by the Internal Quality of Connecting Rod Materials for Trucks)

  • We have studied internal quality including chemical compositions, microscopic structure and nonmetallic inclusion of test materials. We have analyzed tensile strength value, hardness value, impact value etc. In analyzing internal quality, all of the test materials showed typical ferrite+pearlite structure. But nonmetallic inclusion showed oxide and sulfide inclusions in medium carbon steels, and sulfide inclusion is S-free cutting steels. In ca+ S-free cutting steels, the calcium aluminate and sulfide complex inclusion had low-melting points as deformation of sulfide and oxide inclusion is existed. It was found that tensile strength and hardness give maximum value in medium carbon steels, where as minimum in Ca + -free cutting steels. But values of elongation, reduction of area impact are reverse. Fracture surface of impact specimen is ductile in free cutting steels but brittle in medium cabon steels.
