인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 의류제품 구매경험에 따른 의류제품 및 웹 서비스 평가기준에 관한 연구 (Criteria of Evaluating Clothing and Web Service on Internal Shopping Mall Related to Purchase Experience)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the criteria of evaluating clothing and web service on internet shopping malls related to consumers' shopping behavior, This study surveyed consumers who have an experience of buying products on the internet shopping mall and the questionnaire and judgment sampling was used. The subjects were 305 men and women living in the metropolitan area. Method of data analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and descriptive statistics. The results were as follows: the items buy from the internet were t-shirts, blouses, knits, skirts and pants. The reasons for buying clothing on the internet were good prices, time saving, door-to-door delivery, while the reasons for not buying on the internet were worries about differences between the product shown on the screen and the actual one, quality guarantee, delivery accident and inconvenience in exchange and refund. Among the differences of clothing evaluation criteria according to internet shopping behavior, significant differences were found in the esthetic criteria and the quality performance criteria according to internet using hours, and in the esthetic criteria according to buying experiences. Among the differences of web service evaluation criteria according to internet shopping behavior, the differences among the groups were found in the reliance criteria, the product reference criteria, the order processing criteria and the handling after purchase criteria according to internet using hours. The significant differences were found in the handling after purchase criteria and the promotion$.$policy criteria according to buying experience, and in the promotion$.$policy criteria according to times of purchase.

파이프라인 개념을 이용한 VOD 서버의 장애 복구 방법 연구 (Design of Pipeline-based Failure Recovery Method for VOD Server)

  • 클러스터 서버는 front-end 노드와 여러 backend 노드로 구성된다. backend 노드 수의 증가로 더 많은 클라이언트들에게 QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장하는 스트리밍 서비스를 할 수 있지만, backend 노드의 오류 가능성도 이와 비례하여 증가한다. 서버의 장애는 모든 스트리밍 서비스를 중단시킬 뿐 아니라 현재 재생 위치 정보도 잃어버린다. 본 논문에서는 backend 노드가 오류 상태가 될 때, 끊이지 않는 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하기 위한 복구 방법을 제안한다. 클러스터 기반의 VOD 서버 구조를 고려하지 않고, 기본적인 장애복구 기술을 사용한 애플리케이션은 복구를 위한 내부 네트워크 성능의 병목현상과 backend 노드들의 비효율적인 CPU 사용을 야기시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 파이프라인 개념을 이용한 새로운 장애 복구 방법을 제안한다.

의료기관 인증 후 환자의 질 향상과 병원운영효과 인식도 조사연구 - 요양병원과 양방병원 대상 - (Research on Improvement of Patient Quality and Perception of Hospital Operation Effect after Medical Institution Certification - For Nursing Hospitals and Western Hospitals -)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원과 양방병원의 내부구성원을 구분하여 인증이 구성원만족도, 직무 스트레스, 병원운영 효과, 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원이 양방병원보다 인증제도가 구성원만족도, 병원운영효과, 의료서비스 효과에서 높게 나타났으며, 양방병원 구성원이 직무 스트레스에 대해선 높게 나타났다. 요양병원 및 양방병원 모두 인증에 따른 구성원 만족도, 병원 운영효과, 의료서비스 효과는 정(+)적인 결과를 나타났다. 요양병원은 2013년부터 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 실증적으로 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 인증제가 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 꾸준한 의료의 질 관리가 병원경영 효율화 및 환자의 만족도 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

관광호텔 TQM전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on TQM Strategy in Tourist Hetels)

  • TQM is a whole process of systemizing, documenting and measuring of service quality scientifically to achieve zero defects in product quality and to continue to improve the body of the product quality by itself. To have this process be improved continuously, first of all it needs to prepare an ideal environment to understand and to conform to its internal and external customers', that is every guests' and employees' expectations and demands. Then it has to be followed by the next step removing some negative aspects that could be derived from the first mentioned process The third step is to cut the cost be suitable compensation rather than an attitude trying to solve the problems in an easy way. The last essential factor for setting up TQM system is to make good use of the outstanding feature or process as it is reviewed against the superior benchmark. The purpose of this study is meet the customers' expectations and to maximize the hotel's profits by searching TQM(total quality management) strategy in hotels. To attain this research's objective, it follows these three details. Firstly, it defines TQM and its contents. Secondly, it provides the standard of hotel TQM throughout some case studies. Thirdly, it suggests TQM strategic plan in tourism hotel as one of professional management strategies. Two useful methods are used together to achieve the goal of this study. To confirm its theoretical consideration, descriptive studies by the research documents its theoretical consideration, descriptive studies by the research documents published in and out of the country is used. The other is case studies of TQM execution in real hospitality industry, which present the cases of the airline, Jefferson Memorial and the hotel. This research is targeting to demonstrate the successful TQM's exercise in a hotel industry by completing the theoretical studies and case studies on service product quality with an understanding of its importance. As it is said earlier, to lead to the successful TQM's practice, it is necessary to maintain a constant training of the employees. Secondly, it also must identify where it has to focus on to deliver a professional quality management. Thirdly, effective quality management organization needs to be build up. The manager's strong will to accomplish and the employee' active participations are the last condition to be succeed. Once again this study places an emphasis on the fact that TQM is critical to maximize the customers' satisfaction and the hotel's profitability. It is also very worthwhile to have every people working on front line recognize why the TQM is important and further more how they can contribute to improve their service quality by a positive participation and a careful observation of TQM's operating in their property.

환자만족도 조사설문지의 설문문항 배열에 따른 신뢰도 분석 (The Reliability of Satisfaction Questionnaire According to Item Arrangement)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of questionnaire according to item arrangement on patient satisfaction questionnaire. Methods : We developed the two types of questionnaire with different item arrangement. In the first type (A), questions were arranged according to medical service dimensions. Questions in the second type (B) were arranged according to medical process. Both questionnaires were composed of six dimensions: physical environments, process, competence, courtesy, information giving, understanding patients. Measurements were performed on a 5-score Likert scale. In an outpatients and inpatient survey, total 777 patients answered the type A (outpatients: 257, inpatients: 128) or Type B (outpatients: 257, inpatients: 135). In order to compare the internal consistency of two types. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were calculated. Multiple regression analysis was also performed to know which type of questionnaire explain more of the overall satisfaction. Results : In outpatient survey, type A questionnaire showed higher internal consistency than B except physical environments dimension. Also in inpatient survey, type A had higer internal consistency than B in four dimensions(process, competence, courtesy, understanding patients). In the results of multiple regression analysis, type A questionnaire ($R^2$=0.53) explained more of the variation in overall satisfaction then B questionnaire ($R^2$=0.43) in outpatient survey. In inpatient survey, type B questionnaire ($R^2$=0.40) explained, more of the variation in overall satisfaction than type A questionnaire ($R^2$=0.33).But the difference of R was not significant in inpatient survey. Conclusion : The results of this study support that type A questionnaire has higer reliability in assessment of consumer satisfaction than type B.

요양병원 의료기관인증제 시행 후 환자안전, 의료의 질, 조직문화 및 병원경영성과의 변화 (Change in patient safety, quality of medical care, organization culture and hospital management performance after healthcare accreditation system for convalescent hospital)

  • 이 연구는 요양병원 의료기관인증제 시행 후 요양병원의 환자안전, 의료의 질, 조직문화 및 경영성과에 미친 영향을 파악함에 목적이 있다. 2015년 9월 말까지 요양병원 의료기관인증을 획득한 대구지역의 36개 요양병원 중 10개 기관을 임의로 선정하였으며 2016년 2월 15일부터 2016년 3월 25일까지 요양병원 종사자들에게 설문조사를 하여 253명을 최종분석 대상자로 선정하였다. 설문조사 내용으로는 일반적 특성, 인증이후 환자안전과 의료의 질 향상, 조직문화, 경영성과의 변화가 포함되어 있다. 연구결과 환자안전과 의료의 질 향상의 변화정도에서는 진료지원체계가 3.93점으로 가장 높았으며, 조직문화의 변화정도에서는 인적자원문화가 3.78점으로 가장 높았고, 요양병원의 경영성과 부분에서는 내부프로세스 관점, 학습 및 성장관점이 3.71점으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 병원경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악한 결과 직종이 행정직보다 간호직, 직급이 국장보다 사원이거나 과장, 환자안전과 질 향상에서 기본가치체계가 개선되었다고 생각하는 경우, 조직문화에서 인적자원문화, 개방체계문화, 위계서열문화, 생산중심문화가 개선되었다고 생각하는 경우 병원경영성과를 긍정적으로 변화시키는 영향 요인이라 응답하였다. 요양병원 의료기관인증제 시행 후 환자안전과 의료의 질 향상에는 높은 변화를 보여 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 조직문화의 4가지 유형 중 위계서열문화와 생산중심문화는 보통수준의 변화를 보였으며 병원경영성과 중 재무관점은 다른 관점에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 변화를 보였다.

인지질을 이용한 쌀과 현미의 생산연도 판별 분석 (Discrimination Analysis of Production Year of Rice and Brown Rice based on Phospholipids)

  • 본 연구는 쌀과 현미의 연산 또는 신 구곡 판별법을 개발하기 위하여 쌀의 저장기간 동안 변화되는 지방의 일종인 인지질 성분을 지표물질로 이용하여 쌀과 현미의 신 구곡 판별식을 작성하였고 미지의 시료를 이용하여 판별식 검증을 수행하였다. 또한 벼의 저장 온도와 시기에 따른 인지질 지표의 판별정확도를 분석함으로써 인지질 지표의 실용적인 활용 가능성을 연구한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 인지질 지표를 이용하여 쌀에 대한 판별식을 작성한 결과 쌀의 연산별 분류적중률은 90%, 신 구곡의 분류적중률은 97%로 나타나 연산 판별식보다 신 구곡 판별식의 적중률이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 신 구곡 판별식을 쌀의 판별식으로 확립하였고 연산을 알고 있는 미지의 시료를 이용하여 개발된 판별식의 정확도를 분석한 결과 판별식 정확도는 1차 분석에서는 82%, 2차 분석에서는 80%로 나타났다. 2. 현미에 대한 인지질 지표의 신 구곡 분류적중률은 96%로 나타나 95%이상의 적중률을 보여주었으므로 현미의 신 구곡 판별식을 확립하였다. 미지의 시료를 이용하여 개발된 판별식의 정확도를 분석한 결과 93%로 나타나 판별 정확도가 쌀에 비해 높게 나타났다. 현미는 백미에 비해 지방 함량이 많기 때문에 신곡과 구곡 간의 인지질 함량의 차이가 크게 나타나는 경향이었다. 3. 저장온도와 시기에 따른 쌀의 판별 정확도를 분석하기 위하여 벼 보관창고에서 동일한 시료를 수집하여 기확립된 쌀의 신 구곡 판별식에 대입하였을 때 상온 보관된 쌀의 정확도는 57.9~92.1%로 나타났고, 저온 보관된 쌀의 정확도는 86.8~94.7%의 범위로 나타났다. 쌀의 경우 저장 온도와 시기에 따라 판별되는 정확도가 달라졌고 저온 보관된 시료가 상온 보관된 시료에 비해 시기별 판별 정확도의 차이가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 현미의 저장온도 및 시기에 따른 판별 정확도를 분석하기 위하여 벼 보관창고에서 동일한 시료를 수집하여 기 확립된 현미의 신 구곡 판별식에 대입하였을 때 상온 보관된 현미의 정확도는 94.7~100%로 나타났고, 저온 보관된 현미의 정확도는 92.1~100%의 범위로 나타났다. 현미의 경우 쌀에 비해 지방함량이 많고 강층의 존재로 산패가 더디게 진행되기 때문에 저장온도 및 시기에 상관없이 92%이상의 판별 정확도를 나타내었다.

『침구경험방』을 통해 본 17세기 조선 의료와 침구기법 (The 17th century Medical Service and Acupuncture & Moxibustion Technique in the period of Joseon Dynasty viewed through 'Chimgugyeongheombang')

  • All this while, 'Chimgugyeongheombang' has been rated as the level of Im Heo's personal writing. However, Huh, m, in his introduction of 'Chimgugyeongheombang' made it clear that his purpose of publishing this book was to criticize the doctors of the day who were tied down by one or two curative methods, and at the same time, ultimately to improve the quality of national medical service by enlightening them. It seems that such incompetent doctors' engagement in medical service at that time was attributable to insufficient medical education system unlike today as against much social demand for acupuncture & moxibustion therapy. Im Heo, in an effort to enlighten the medical practitioners of the day, put emphasis on an eclectic method, and contained the theories on internal organs and meridian on a systematic basis. In addition, he made his updated medical skills known to medical circles by integrating and wrapping up the Acupuncture & Moxibustion techniques at that time. Lastly, he tried to provide the optimized information for clinical trials in his own language by using a preposterous writing style and form. In such a context, 'Chimgugyeongheombang' is not a special medical book gripped with a sentence, or a simple medical formula with an emphasis on empiricism, but rather it might be proper to say that his 'Chimgugyeongheombang' was a serious attempt to embrace all the merits of both parties.

의료 서비스에 대한 만족도 측정 도구의 개발 (The Development of Satisfaction Tool to Health Care Services - focused on Patients and their families -)

  • Background : In these days, the health care organizations have concerned about customer-centered care in order to empower the competitiveness on the health care markets. The departments working for quality management of the hospitals have used health care quality indicators in terms of medical areas as well as service areas of the hospitals. However, there were insufficient efforts to develop the credible measurement to seek the customers' needs, their expectations and their satisfaction levels related to health care services because various kinds of challenges were in the process of scale development to measure customers' satisfaction in health care. The purpose of this study was to develop the satisfaction scale to health care services in a Korea health care organization and to test its tool with validity and reliability. Method : The concept of this tool was acceptability that one of the components of health care quality defined by Donabedian. Acceptability has the five dimensions of concept: Accessibility; Patient-Practitioner Relations; Amenities; Patient Preferences as to the effects of care; and Patient Preferences as to the costs of care. The Satisfaction Tool to Health Care Services was reviewed by expert panel with five researchers, including hospital managers and a professor related to quality management of the hospitals. As a result, the content validity index was .84 in the outpatient satisfaction tool. The inpatient satisfaction tool had .87 of the content validity index. The Satisfaction Tools to Health Care Services finally consisted of 44 items for outpatients/their families and of 60 items for inpatients/their families. Study subjects of the construct validity test were 479 outpatients/their families and 561 inpatients/their families who visited or admitted at a University hospital from July 1, 1996 through August 10, 1996. The data were examined by Factor Analysis with SPSS. Result : The items of Satisfaction tools for outpatients/their families were categorized by eleven factors with eigenvalue greater than 1.0 accounting for 64.2 percent of the variation in item scores. Also, the items of inpatient tool had eleven factors with eigenvalue greater than 1.0 accounting for 60.3 percent of the variation in item scores. The reliability of overall scale were .95 and .96 for the outpatients/their families satisfaction scores and inpatient/their families satisfaction scores. The internal consistency reliability with eleven factors was ranged from .30 to .94 for inpatients/their families. The Satisfaction Tool with eleven factors for inpatients/their families had internal consistency reliability ranged from .53 to .89. Conclusion : The Satisfaction Tools to Health Care Services focused on outpatients/their families and inpatients/their families developed in this study had a high reliability and the strong evidence of content validity and construct validity based on quality concept. Therefore, this tool would be utilized as a credible quality indicator of health care services to assess the quality problems and to monitor the quality improvement activities in Korean Health Care Organizations.

방사선 피부염 치료법에 대한 문헌고찰 (A Literature Review of Management on Radiodermatitis)

  • Objective : Radiodermatitis is a common sequelae in 95% of patients receiving radiation therapy, which is important to be well managed as it can affect the patient's quality of life as well as the cancer treatment schedule. The aim of this study is to review and summarize the interventions available for the treatment of acute radiodermatitis, including traditional Korean medicine, and to propose treatment algorithms for clinicians. Methods : To collect studies about managements for radiodermatitis, domestic and foreign database were used such as Korean journal of traditional knowledge portal (KTKP), Korean studies information service system (KISS), national discovery or science leaders (NDSL), and oriental medicine advance searching integrated system (OASIS), Pubmed, Google scholar and Scopus. Results : Thirty-two studies were selected. There were nine studies on usual care and dressing, eleven studies on chemical agents, two studies on biological preparations, and ten studies on herbal medicines. Conclusion : Hygienic options and dressings have proved to be useful in the management of radiodermatitis. Chemical agents such as corticosteroid, statin, and topical antibiotic agent have proved to alleviate symptoms and severity, regenerate damaged skin, and prevent secondary infection. In biological preparations, EGF (epidermal growth factor) and GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) could be used to protect skin and prevent radiodermatitis. For herbal medicines, Calendula, catechin, β-sitosterol, and Jaungo (紫雲膏) may be effective for symptoms including pain, itching, and burning sensation induced by radiation therapy. Because of some research with conflicting results, further studies are needed to propose an algorithm for more optimal treatments.
