분산 제어 시스템을 이용한 단일 플랜트 제어용 이중 제어기 구조 (Dual Controller Structure for Single Plant Control Using the Distributed Control System)

  • A digital controller uses a microprocessor and is a controller implemented as a program. This method has the advantage of being more maintenance-friendly than existing analog controllers. However, it inevitably requires computation time to execute the internal program. Therefore, the digital controller uses a method of controlling the system at a certain cycle by considering this time, and this cycle is very closely related to the performance of the microprocessor used. In other words, in the case of very high performance, this control cycle can be shortened to near real time, but this may result in a disadvantage in terms of cost. In this paper, we propose a method to solve this problem by implementing two processors with slightly lower performance in a control system in a series-parallel structure. For this purpose, we will use a digital distributed control system and implement an experimental system to examine its effectiveness.

  • 최근 실험실에서 사용하는 시약장은 IoT 기반 다양한 센서들을 활용하여 내부 환경을 실시간으로 측정하고 사용자들에게 서비스를 제공한다. 센서 데이터를 수집한 후 서버 내에서 위험상황을 식별하고 기기들에게 동작 명령을 전송하게 된다. 이와 같은 중앙 집중형 관리시스템은 여러 대의 시약장에서 측정되는 센서 데이터들을 전송받고 처리하게 될 경우 시약장의 수가 증가할 때마다 데이터 처리 속도가 점차 증가하게 되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 중앙 집중형이 아닌 분산 환경에서 시약장 내부 환경을 분석하여 위험상황의 식별 및 기기 제어를 수행할 수 있는 분산 제어가 가능한 분산 IoT 센서 기반 실험실 안전관리 시스템에 대해 연구한다. 이와 같이 분산형 제어가 가능한 센서 모듈을 이용한 시약장 내부 환경 제어 통해 위험상황에 대한 식별 및 대처를 자동으로 진행함으로써 기존의 시약장과 실험실을 관리하는 시스템들보다 신속한 대처 및 안전관리가 이루어졌음을 확인하였다.

The Cooling System shall be the automatic operation ratio control system which automatically controlling the rotation speed of condenser, evaporator etc. using temperature detection from outside and inside of cabin.   • This paper describes a study on the developments of the high power brushless DC(BLDC) servo system for electric gun/turret drive system. The servo control unit including the DSP based digital servo unit, power amplifier, signal conditioning circuit, internal power circuit is designed and implemented for driving the 10hp BLDC servo system. The developed system is applied to the gun/turret drive & stabilization simulator system and the control performance is verfied through the experiments.

  • Recently, enterprises have reinforced security control in order to prevent infringement of personal information and abuse of customer information by insiders. However, the reinforcement of security control by enterprises makes it difficult for internal users to perform business by using a business information system. There is, therefore, a need for research on various fields, which makes it possible to establish an appropriate security control policy while minimizing an impact on business. The present research verifies and analyzes an impact on difficulty in business of internal users using customer information, which is caused by security control performed by display restriction on customer information identifiers. The present research is intended to academically develop a technique for statistically analyzing an impact degree and a causal relationship between security control and an impact on business, which is a dichotomous variable, and to practically contribute to the establishment of an efficient security policy in consideration of an impact on business when an enterprise applies security control. A research target was internal business information systems of domestic securities enterprises, data was collected by questionnaire, and verification/analysis was performed by logistic regression analysis.

소형 복사방식 순차제조 비구면 렌즈 제조시스템 개발 (Development of a Small Radiant Sequential Production System for Aspheric Lens)

  • The fabrication method of aspheric lens is changed from machining to press molding so as to improve the productivity. In the case of the press molding method, the temperature control of the molding die is most impotent, because the temperature of each molding die determines the quality of lens. But any practical method for direct measuring of the lens temperature and the die internal temperature is yet unknown. Besides, in the case of the press molding system in which the heating and pressing and cooing of a die is done at one work station, the cycle time for the system is yet too long. The paper shows an improved structure of radiant sequential system in which the heating and pressing and cooing of dies is done at individual work station so as to cut down the cycle time. To know the die internal temperature, numerical results are given using ANSYS. An experimental radiant sequential system is developed and tested. Finally, the Taguchi method is applied in order to optimize the setting conditions of individual work station.

GST 추출물의 유전독성평가 (Genotoxicity Study of GST Extract)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the genotoxicity of GST (Gamisasangja-tang). For examining genotoxicity, we carried out bacterial reverse mutation assay, chromosome aberration assay, micronucleus induction test according to OECD guidelines. Bacterial reverse mutation assay: In GST treating group, regardless of existence S9 mix, revertant colonies counts appeared to be less than twice of negative control group and dose dependent increase. In positive control group, revertant colonies counts were shown to be more than twice of negative control croup. Chromosome aberration assay: All cell line showed repetition rate of abnormal chromosome aberration less than 5%, regardless of treating time, existence of S9 mix, and no significant change ($p{\succeq}0.05$) compared with negative control group. Micronucleus induction test: Micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MNPCE) repetition rate of Polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) showed no significant changes compared with negative control group ($p{\succeq}0.05$). PCE portion of total erythrocytes also showed no significant changes ($p{\succeq}0.05$). Our results showed that GST didn't induce any genotoxicity.

  • The manufacturing equipment on most shop floors consists of numerical control machines, and the condition of each piece of equipment is monitored and controlled by an internal sensor or programmable logic controller (PLC). To control and monitor production lines that consist of an equipment or production module, a separate control and monitoring system such as a manufacturing execution system should be introduced. However, there is no standardized system, and it is costly and difficult to build a system for small or medium-sized plants. In this paper, a PLC-based supervisory system for operation control of a group of production machines is proposed, and the developed PLC-based system is evaluated by applying it to a computer numerical control machine.

  • This paper proposes a remote control system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot. We control remotely an autonomous mobile robot with vision via the internet to guide it under unknown environments in the real time. The main feature of this system is that local operators need a World Wide Web browser and a computer connected to the internet communication network and so they can command the robot in a remote location through our Home Page. The hardware architecture of this system consists of an autonomous mobile robot, workstation, and local computers. The software architecture of this system includes the server part for communication between user and robot and the client part for the user interface and a robot control system. The server and client parts are developed using Java language which is suitable to internet application and supports multi-platform. Furthermore, this system offers an image compression method using motion JPEG concept which reduces large time delay that occurs in network during image transmission.

행인(杏仁)과 길경(桔梗)이 Asthma model 내(內)의 Cytokine IL-4, IL-5, IL-6에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effects of Armeniacae Arnarum Semen and Platycodi Radix on IL-4, IL-5, IL-6 in Asthma Model)

  • Background : Nowadays asthma is considered to be the inflammatory disease characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness and pulmonary eosinophilia, and mediated by Th lymphocytes expressing the Th2 cytokine pattern. In many recent studies, molecular biological methods have been used to investigate the role of cytokines in pathogenesis and new therapeutic targets of asthma. Objective : We aimed to identify the effect of Armeniacae Arnarum Semen and Platycodi Radix on the transcriptional activities of cytokine IL-4, IL-5 and IL-6 involved in asthma model. Materials and Methods : RBL-2H3 cell lines were used. Cells were stimulated with calcium inophore for maximal gene expression. After 24 hours of Armeniacae Arnarum Semen and Platycodi Radix-treatment, total cellular RNAs were collected using Trizol solution method. Then transcriptional activities of IL-4, IL-S and IL-6 were measured by RT-PCR with electrophoresis. Results : In IL-4 study, Armeniacae Arnarum Semen treated group showed 48.4% of transcriptional activities compared to the control group and Platycodi Radix treated group showed 45.4% of transcriptional activities compared to the control group. In IL-5 study, Armeniacae Arnarum Semen treated group showed 52.7%of transcriptional activities compared to the control group and Platycodi Radix treated group showed 60.2% of transcriptional activities compared to the control group. In IL-6 study, Armeniacae Amarum Semen treated group showed 42.3% of transcriptional activities compared to the control group and Platycodi Radix treated group showed 69.1% of transcriptional activities compared to the control group. Conclusion : This study shows that Armeniacae Arnarum Semen and Platycodi Radix have the inhibitory effect on the transcription of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-6 gene expression in RBL-2H3 cell lines. Advanced studies are required to investigate the mechanisms of inhibition by herbal medicine in asthma model.
