종격동에 발생하는 생식세포종양에서 미성숙 기형종과 정상피종이 혼합된 경우는 매우 드물며 예후는 좋지 않은 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 객혈을 주소로 내원한 환자에서 수술로 확진한 미성숙 기형종과 장상피종이 혼합된 생식세포 종양의 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Statement of problem. Accurate fit between the implant components is important because the misfit of the implant components results in frequent screw loosening, irreversible screw fracture, plaque accumulation, poor soft tissue reaction, and destruction of osseointegration. Purpose. This study is to evaluate the machining accuracy and consistency of the implant fixture/ abutment/screw interfaces of the internal connection system by using a Stereoscopic Zoom microscope and FE-SEM(field emission scanning electron microscope) Materials and methods. The implant systems selected in this study were internal connection type implants from AVANA(Osstem^{\circledR}), Bioplant(Cowell-Medi^{\circledR}), Dio(DIO^{\circledR}), Neoplant(Neobiotech 􀋓), Implantium(Dentium􀋓)systems. Each group was acquired 2 fixtures at random. Two piece type abutment and one piece type abutment for use with each implant system were acquired. Screw were respectively used to hold a two piece type abutment to a implant fixture. The implant fixtures were perpendiculary mounted in acrylic resin block. Each two piece abutment was secured to the implant fixture by screw and one piece abutment also secured to the implant fixture. Abutment/fixture assembly were mounted in liquid unsaturated polyester. All samples were cross-sectioned with grinder-polisher unit. Finally all specimens were analysed the fit between implant fixture/abutment/screw interfaces Results and conclusions. 1. Implant fixture/abutment/screw connection interfaces of internal connection systems made in Korea were in good condition. 2. The results of the above study showed that materials and mechanical properties and quality of milling differed depending on their manufacturing companies.

The effect of high temperature-moisture on corrosion and mechanical properties for Sn-0.7Cu, Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu (SAC305) solders on flexible substrate was studied using Highly Accelerated Temperature/Humidity Stress Test (HAST) followed by three-point bending test. Both Sn-0.7Cu and SAC305 solders produced the internal $SnO_2$ oxides. Corrosion occurred between the solder and water film near flexible circuit board/copper component. For the SAC305 solder with Ag content, furthermore, octahedral corrosion products were formed near Ag3Sn. For the SAC305 and Sn-0.7Cu solders, the amount of internal oxide increased with the HAST time and the amount of internal oxides was mostly constant regardless of Ag content. The size of the internal oxide was larger for the Sn-0.7Cu solder. Despite of different size of the internal oxide, the fracture time during three-point bending test was not significantly changed. It was because the bending crack was always initiated from the three-point corner of the chip. However, the crack propagation depended on the oxides between the flexible circuit board and the Cu chip. The fracture time of the three-point bending test was dependent more on the crack initiation than on the crack propagation.

This study was designed to analyze the effect of servicescape and human service quality on patients' internal response and their behavioral intention in dental care organizations. Self-administered survey questionnaires with structured instruments were developed, and a total of 226 responses were used for statistical analyses using SPSS Windows version 18.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program. Major findings of the study are as follows. First, among other servicescape components, air condition environment was found to have a positive effect on patients' cognitive and physiological responses, while signals and symbols had a positive effect on cognitive and emotional responses. Second, the competence, among other factors of the human service quality, had positive influence on cognitive and emotional responses, while customer understanding affected positively on emotional response. Third, none of the servicescape components showed a direct effect on patients' behavioral intention, but their influence was mediated by internal responses. However, customer understanding, among other human service quality factors, had a direct effect on patients' behavioral intention. Fourth, emotional response, among other internal response factors, proved to have positive influence on behavioral intention. Results from this study suggest that dental care service providers can increase their competitiveness and customer satisfaction by understanding and improving the most important areas of servicescape and human service quality.

Internal control is important for monitoring operations of organizations. In order to achieve the quality of internal control, organizations need to recognize different perspectives in which the components of internal control play a decisive role. Internal control is a process designed by the manager and it is applied within the organization to provide reasonable assurance of the reliability of financial information and to comply with policies, procedures, rules, regulations and laws. The article uses the ordinary least squares method and the seven-point Likert scale to test the variables affecting the quality of internal control in 18 Vietnamese listed banks. The article surveyed 179 leaders of listed banks. The results show that there are three variables out of a total of five variables that positively affect the quality of internal control, including the control environment, control activities, and monitoring. Accordingly, the managers of Vietnamese listed banks need to pay attention to building a corporate culture environment, improve the quality of control activities, and periodically and regularly conduct the monitoring. It contributes to improving the quality of internal control and is also an opportunity to increase economic benefits for Vietnamese listed banks in the context of international economic integration.

The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

연구배경: 기관지 폐포세척액의 세포구성에 대한 분석은 미만성 간질성 폐질환에서 폐조직검사를 보완하거나 대신할 수 있는 검사방법이며 폐포염의 성격을 가장 신속하게 알 수 있고, 미만성 간질성 폐질환의 감별진단을 가능케 한다. 그러나 아직 기관지폐포세척세포에 대한 분석자료가 많지 않은 점에 착안하여 정상인의 기관지폐포세척세포와 여러 미만성 간질성 폐질환의 기관지폐포세척세포를 비교분석하여 차이를 알아보고 일차적 감별진단에 도움이 될 수 있는지를 알아보았다. 방법: 굴곡성 기관지내시경을 이용하여 정상인과 미만성 간질성 폐질환 환자의 기관지폐포세척액을 채취하여 세포를 염색하여 감별, 계수하였으며, 흡연군과 비흡연군간의 차이 및 정상군과 여러 미만성 간질성 폐질환환자의 기관지폐포세척세포의 백분율, 절대수치 및 분포의 차이를 비교분석하였다. 결과: 정상군에서 흡연군과 비흡연군간에는 세척액회수율, 총세포수, 세척액 ml당 세포수, 임파구백분율 및 임파구수, 대식세포백분율 및 대식세포수, 호중구백분율 및 호중구수, 호산구백분율 및 호산구수, FEV1(%), FVC(%)에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 총세포수는 교원성질환, 과민성폐장염, 특발성폐섬유증, 속립성결핵에서 의미있게 증가하였고 임파구백분율은 과민성폐장염, 특발성폐섬유증, 속립성결핵에서 의미있게 증가하였으며, 대식세포는 특발성폐섬유증, 속립성결핵에서 의미있게 증가하였다. 호중구는 교원성 질환, 과민성폐장염, 특발성폐섬유증, 속립성결핵에서 그리고 호산구는 교원성 질환, 과민성폐장염, 특발성폐섬유증에서 의미있게 증가하였으며, 질환별로 폐포염의 양상을 알 수 있었으나 각 질환간의 염증세포의 빈도의 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 굴곡성 기관지내시경을 이용한 기관지 폐포세척액의 세포구성에 대한 분석을 통해 많은 ILD 증례에서 폐포염의 존재를 알 수 있으나 ILD의 감별진단에 응용하기는 어렵다.

The objective of this study was to investigate mediation effect of appearance management behavior on the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy. Based on previous studies on components of personal image, appearance management behaviors, and job search efficacy, questionnaire items were developed. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 422 students from women's university in Seoul. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 23. Results are as follows. First, there were positive and moderate bivariate correlations among satisfaction of personal image, appearance management behavior, and job search efficacy. Second, satisfaction of personal image was found to have a partially significant effect on job search efficacy while satisfaction of internal image, visual image, and social image had a positive effect on job search skill. Satisfaction of internal image had a positive effect on job search strength. However, satisfaction of visual image or social image did not have a significant effect on job search strength. Third, fashion management behavior among components appearance management behavior could partially mediate the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy, indicating that satisfaction of internal image and visual image among components personal image not only has a direct effect on job search skill among job search efficacy, but also has an indirect effect on job search skill by affecting fashion management behavior. These results suggest that it is important to build personal image effectively and increase satisfaction with oneself through active appearance management behavior to improve job search efficacy.

본실험에서는 Gibberellin 이 여섯작물의 생육 및 그들의 성장에 미치는 토양재배를 과하여 조사하였다. 식물 잎에 살포한 Gibberellins의 비교적 적은 농도차는 식물의 생육 및 내부 성분에 현저한 차이를 가져오는 것을 알 수 있다. 농도가 높아짐에 따라 작물의 생육은 촉진되고 그 생육간의 차이는 유의하였다. 여섯 작물의 Chlorophyll 및 Corotene 함량은 Gibberellin의 농도에 비례하여 감소 되었으며 이는 생장율과 크게 상반되었다. 여섯 작물의 Vitamin C의 함량은 Gibberellin의 농도에 비례하여 감소되었다. 이 차는 무, 쑥갓 및 시금치에서 높은 유의성을 나타냈다. Chlorophyll과 Vitamin C의 함량은 발육이 진전 됨에 따라 달라지는데 이 차이는 유의한 것이다. Corotene 함량은 Chlorophyll 량과 함께 변하였는데 Carotene과 Chlorophyll의 비는 Beck 및 Redman이 얻은 결과처럼 높은 것은 아니다.

In this study, modeling of the CD stud welding system was conducted considering mechanical and electrical components. The electrical components such as arc resistance, cable resistance, capacitance, internal resistance and cable inductance were found to affect the output waveform significantly. The calculated results showed food agreements with the experiment results within 20% error. The main defect of CD stud welding with 1010 steel stud and SS400 steel plate was the void trapped between stud and base metal. The effect of the spring force and stud tip size on void formation was investigated.
