한의 임상 연구에 대한 국내외 제언 고찰 - 미래 임상 연구 전략 II - (Study on the Proposals for Clinical Research in Korean Medicine Worldwide - Future Clinical Research Strategy II -)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the strategy of future Korean medicine(KM) clinical research through the study on the proposals for KM clinical research worldwide. In this study, the papers published in English through Pubmed were investigated mainly. Among them, we analyzed the methodological proposals from the clinical research papers that were published in the KM related fields. Various proposals for improving the problems in KM clinical studies are as follows. First, KM clinical research should be designed based on understanding for the theory, backgrounds, paradigms and worldviews of KM. In addition, considering the model validity, KM clinical research model should include the diagnosis, interventions and outcomes measurement methods reflecting the characteristics and real practice in KM. The internal validity and external validity should be also taken into account. One of the most important thing is to identify the contents about various and complex 'real practice' in KM. A prospective observational study was suitable for the purpose of this study. Finally, we suggested a few improvement directions for RCTs studies in KM. First, we would be able to improve the quality and the internal validity in KM clinical research using the checklists of CONSORT(Consolidated Standards for Reporting Trials) Statement and STRICTA(Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture). Second, we could use various clinical research methods and the modified research of RCTs such as PCT(pragmatic clinical trial) to reflect the characteristics of actual KM practice. Consequently, we would be able to improve the external validity. Third, the KM diagnosis and outcomes measurement methods should be developed based on an actual KM practice and it should reflect a real practice. The 'pattern identification(辨證)' is the core to KM diagnosis. But in order to be applied to the clinical research, the pattern identification(辨證) should be objectified and standardized. Future KM clinical research model should reflect the characteristics and a real practice in KM. In addition, it should include the advantage of rigorous RCTs research.Specially, the diagnosis, interventions and outcomes measurement methods in KM clinical research should reflect this view.

성격특성, 사회적 지지가 유아 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Personality Traits and Social Support on Teacher's Efficacy of Early Childhood Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 교사 내, 외적 변인을 함께 알아봄으로써 유아교사 효능감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 내적 변인으로 성격특성을 선정하였으며, 외적변인으로 사회적 지지를 선정하여 성격특성, 사회적 지지가 유아교사의 효능감에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 본 연구대상은 대구, 경북에 위치한 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 285명이 선정되었다. 자료 분석은 연구대상의 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 각 변인들이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기 위하여 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 성격특성, 사회적 지지는 유아교사 효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났으며, 교수효능감 하위변인인 개인적 교사효능감에는 성실성, 신경성, 경험에 대한 개방성, 평가적지지가 영향을 미치며, 일반적 교사효능감에는 성실성, 친화성, 신경성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 유아교사의 성격특성, 사회적지지가 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인 중 하나임을 시사한다.

  • Living organisms are influenced by many external rhythms and they have adapted their physiology to periodically changing conditions. These adaptive strategies are controlled by endogenous innate programs of behavior and physiology which are determined by external signals ("Zeitgeber"). There are many biological rhythms, each with its own characteristic functional adaptation. Among them, the presence of endogenous time control of feeding and drinking becomes obvious. There are increasing evidences that the control of food intake, food selection, and drinking are regulated by the endogenous rhythms including a circadian rhythm. However, there have been many restrictions in understanding the endogenous control of food intake itself and its mechanism. To broaden our know ledges of the endogenous time control of feeding and drinking, the author reviwed the characteristics of the endogenous timing for food intake, the influence of circadian pacemakers and food-entrainable oscillators, the interaction between the circadian control and the external and internal conditions in the control of food intake, the conseqences of feeding, the circadian control of food selection, and the biological cycles in energy balance.

  • In this paper, a double cylindrical type ozonizer has been designed and manufactured to improve ozone yield by cooling external electrode. The ozonizer equipped with three electrodes( central, internal and external electrodes ) and two gaps. Discharge and ozone characteristics are described in this paper by varying flux( Q ) of oxygen supplied gas, temperature of cooling gas and supplied voltage.

  • The accurate estimation of water pipe deterioration is indispensable to prevent pipe breakage and manage in advance. In this study, corrosion of water pipe is adopted, which is relatively underestimated although it takes most part of deteriorating pipeline. Predicting corrosion rate and corrosion depth of a pipe can make an increase the life span of the pipeline, which is laid under the ground according to characteristics of soil and water corrosion. For the purpose, mathematical models that can presume nominal depth through estimation of pit corrosion and corrosion rate is introduced. As comparison of results with conventional methods in other foreign countries, it is evaluated that the external corrosion depth is estimated less than the models, proposed by other researchers and the internal corrosion rate was processed faster than the external corrosion rate.

  • This paper investigates the light output characteristics of an electrodeless H-discharge lamp. The existing cylindrical fluorescent lamps were wound around with an induction coil of varying size, and were driven by RF power. The light output and the luminous efficacy were measured according to variations of the induction coil gap and the lamp power, respectively. The experimental results show that the luminous efficacy of the lamp is as much as existing electrodeless lamps and the luminous efficacy of lamps are high between 10W and 20W. Theoretical analyses using computer simulation show that the circuit matching is easier in the external coil configuration than in the internal one, and that the current and the power distributions near the coil are shower in t.

  • A recently developed finishing process using rotating magnetic field is known to be very efficient for the finishing of parts such as vacuum tube, sanitary tube, etc., which are difficult to be finished by the conventional finishing methods as they are generally curbed tubes. But, the finishing system using rotating magnetic field have the defect that is the cross section of workpiece only circle because of internal rotating tool. Therefore, new finishing process of the workpieces which cross section are not circle is important and required. magnetic abrasive jet machining is a new concept finishing process. It is the precision internal finishing method using working fluid mixed with magnetic abrasives, which is jetted into the internal surface of tube. And magnetic poles are equipped on external surface of tube. In this study new concept finishing process or, magnetic abrasive jet machining system was developed. machining condition was predicted using simulation and some characteristics of the finishing process was analyzed.

  • It has been representing the delicate changes which express new sentiments through the floating, fluid, free look with the transparent, sheer material in fashion during the early 1990's. The concept of lightness is selected to describe the phenomenon of recent fashion. The purpose of this study is to identify the distinctive characteristics of lightness as external forms and internal meaning in fashion of the early 1990's. The data were collected from fashion magazines such as American Vogue, Italian Vogue from 1987 to 1994. The characteristics of lightness of fashion in the early 1990's are as follows; The external forms are consisted of the material such as the transparent, sheer, soft material, of slim and bell silhouette which occupying the more space in bottom, of the drapery, pleats to shape the unfitted look and is identified as the open, whole, indeterminate and planar intergration form according to the category of clothing form suggested by Belong. It is also the reflection of the social changes which is getting out of the modernity. It is the results of the dominant social state which are diffused the sensual pleasures, transitoriness.

터널통과시 고속 철도 압력 변동 특성에 관한 이론적 연구 (Theoretical Study on the Characteristics of Pressure Change of High Speed Train in Tunnels)

  • Theoretical study has been conducted to clarify pressure characteristics of KTX(Korea Train eXpress) in tunnel. The severe pressure change in tunnel may give rise to the ear-discomfort for passenger and fatigue for car body. The external and internal pressure of rolling stock have been measured by using the running test with atmospheric pressure sensors and portable data acquisition system in high speed train. In this study, the tunnels from 200m to 4000m in length have been chosen for the investigation of tunnel length effects. We found that there are similar patterns of external pressure change for each critical tunnel length. The critical tunnel lengths are governed by train speed, train length and sonic velocity. And, the patterns of pressure wave in tunnel are classified into eight groups.

  • 미디어융복합 시대에서 거대캐릭터는 다양한 SF영화와 게임콘텐츠에서 많이 활용하고 있는 상황이며, 흥행에 성공하고 있는 대부분의 콘텐츠에 거대캐릭터의 차용은 불가결한 요소라고 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 SF영화와 게임에 등장하는 거대캐릭터를 정의하고, 거대캐릭터를 선별하여 외적특성과 내적특성 등 8가지로 분류하고 분석하였다. 외적특성으로는 모양, 실루엣, 크기, 색상으로 분류하였으며, 내적특성으로는 공포감, 악마성, 이미지 및 스토리 지향점, 유희성으로 분류하여 정의하였다. 이와 같은 8가지 특성을 근거로 SF영화와 게임 사례 분석을 통해 '거대캐릭터의 포지셔닝 모형'을 제안하였다. 거대캐릭터 포지셔닝 모형의 요소에는 어두움, 거대함, 비정형, 인간형, 동물형, 공포감, 악마성, 스토리 지향, 이미지 지향 및 유희성으로 구분하였으며, SF영화와 게임을 이 모형에 적용하여 제안하였다.
