만성피로증후군의 한의학적 병태분석 (Study on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from Oriental Medicine Point of View)

  • Chronic fatigue syndrome is an agonizing illness that impedes the quality of life of people worldwide. Although this syndrome is reported to be increasing in industrialized countries, there are as yet no effective therapies. In the view of Oriental medicine, chronic fatigue syndrome is thought to result from a state of unbalanced inter-organ functions, or a condition of deficiency in the qi or blood characteristics. On the other hand, chronic fatigue-related symptoms are one of the most common complaints of patients using complementary and alternative medicine. This study aimed to theoretically analyze chronic fatigue syndrome from an Oriental medicine point of view, so to help Oriental doctors to design appropriate therapeutic models.

  • 소프트웨어의 품질은 요구사항 품질과 강하게 관계되어 있다. 이에 따라서 기업들은 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 명세서 형태의 요구사항은 검증하기 어려우며, 분석가의 비정형화된 업무 지식에 의존해야 한다. 또한 명세서 형태의 요구사항 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 정형화된 방법론이나 자동화된 기법이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 요구사항 검증 프로세스 및 자동화 검증 도구를 제안한다. 검증을 위해 요구사항에 대한 외적뷰 설계와 내적뷰 설계를 비교한다. 사례연구를 통해 제안된 요구사항 자동화 검증 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

엑셀 인터페이스 관점에서의 최적설계 프레임웍의 벤치마크 (Benchmarking of Design Optimization Frameworks In View of Excel Interface)

  • This study presents the benchmark results of several design frameworks for the purpose of developing an efficient design framework in view of Excel interface. For the benchmark, three optimum design problems are chosen and solved by using the design frameworks. In order to compare the frameworks with each other, the evaluation criteria are specified and modified to fit the problems with Excel interface. Three example cases are solved and compared. The evaluation report is summarized in terms of efficiency, ease of use, internal structure, API, etc. However, the optimization result itself is not focused because the specific optimization algorithm is not our concern. Finally, some suggestions of how to develop an efficient design framework with Excel interface are presented.

내연기관의 강인한 토크제어를 위한 제어계 설계법 (Design of Robust Torque Controller for an Internal Combustion Engine with Uncertainty)

  • If an internal combustion engine is operated by consolidated control, the minimum fuel consumption is achieved and the demanded objectives are satisfied. For this, it is necessary that the engine is operated on the ideal operating line which satisfies minimum fuel consumption. In this context of view, there are many tries to achieve given object. However, the parameters in the internal combustion engines are variable and depend on the operating points. Therefore, it is necessary to cope with the uncertainties such that the optimal operating may be possible. From this point of view, this paper gives a controller design method and a robust stability condition for engine torque control which satisfies the given control performance and robust stability in the presence of physical parameter perturbation. Exactly, in this paper, we consider the robust stability problem of this 2DOF servosystem with nonlinear type uncertainty in the engine system, and a robust stability condition for the servosystem is shown. This result guarantees that if the plant uncertainty is in the permissible set defined by the given condition, then a gain tuning can be carried out to suppress the influence of the plant uncertainties.

  • Reactor Noise is defined as the fluctuations of measured instrumentation signals during full-power operation of reactor which have informations on reactor system dynamics such as neutron kinetics. The Reactor internal structures which consist of many complex components are subjected to flow-induced vibration due to high temperature and pressure in reactor coolant system. The above flow-induced vibration causes degradation of structural integrity of the reactor and may result in loosing mechanical binding component which might impact other equipment and component or cause flow blockage. It is important to analyze reactor noise signal for the early detection of potential problem or failure in order to diagnosis reactor integrity in the point of view of safety and plant economics. Detailed design of hardware diagnostic system reactor internal structures using neutron noise(RIDS).

  • COMS (Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) is a geostationary satellite and has been developing by KARI for communication, ocean observation and meteorological observation. Conventional thermal control design, using MLI (Multi Layer Insulation), OSR (Optical Solar Reflector), heater and heat pipe, is utilized. Ka-band components are installed on South wall, while other equipment for sensors are installed on the opposite side, North wall. High dissipating communication units are located on external (surface) heat pipe and are covered by internal insulation blankets to decouple them from the rest of the satellite. External satellite walls are covered by MLI or OSR for insulation from space and for rejection internal heat to space. The ocean and meteorological sensors are installed on optical benches on the top floor to decouple thermally from the satellite. Single solar array wing is adopted in order to secure clear field of view of radiant cooler of IR meteorological sensor. This paper presents principles of thermal control design for the COMS.

미디어의상 디자인에 표현된 미메시스 연구 (A Study of the Mimesis in Media Costume Design)

  • Since Homeros in Greece, Mimesis was thought to be an art to imitate the nature, and it means an imitation of the nature classically. Mimetic theories were set to be a kind of art work in the era of Renaissance, and the terminology of mimesis was widely used to replace it with an originality in the 15th century. The purpose of this study is to understand the aesthetics of mimesis expressed in media costume design. For this purpose, I investigated the theories of the mimesis, categorized the definition, then applied those categories for media costume design. Documentary studies were conducted through aesthetics, fashion books and demonstrative studies were processed by analyzing photos from collection fashion magazines and media DVD, video, fashion site of internet. In the history of aesthetics, the mimesis could be defined into three categories; the external representation mimesis, the internal symbol mimesis and the multiful meta mimesis. In media costume, the representation mimesis included design historical point of view, a period that of 1900s and ancient representation mimesis. The internal mimesis included symbol of religion, character, riches, psychology and fear mimesis. The multiful meta mimesis included hybrid and distortion mimesis. Analysis on the mimesis expressed in media costume design fashion may provide an excellent method for understanding human aesthetic in costume.

감성공학을 고려한 터널 내부경관 평가 모형개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development Evaluation Modeling Internal Landscape in Tunnel Considering Human Sensitivity Engineering)

  • 본 연구는 터널이 갖는 다양한 특성 가운데 운전자의 심리적 안정성과 쾌적성 등 경관을 구성하는 설계요인과 운전자의 감성적 요인간의 관계를 파악하여, 터널경관에 대한 평가방법을 제시하고, 이를 위하여 터널경관을 구성하는 물리적인 구성요소와 운전자의 감성인지 변화와의 관계를 파악하여 경관적 환경을 조성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 터널경관에 대한 감성인지특성을 파악하기 위한 LISREL 모형을 구축한 결과 터널경관 영향요인은 터널경관 구성요소 조화에 의한 감성 이미지인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 감성이미지는 설계요인과 개인속성에 의하여 설명며, 설계요인의 영향이 개인속성의 영향보다 크게 나타났다. 개인 속성과 설계요인 모두의 관계는 (+)의 관계로 나타났고 "안정성"과 "변화성"간에는 서로 밀접한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이때, "안전성" 요인이 "변화성" 요인보다 경관인지도에 좀 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어, 경관 평가 시 운전자는 기본적으로 "안전성"을 중시하나 "변화성"에 대하여도 요구하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Ever since Homeros in Greece, Mimesis was thought to be an art that imitates nature, especially the classicism of nature. Mimetic theories were used in the artworks in the era of the Renaissance, and the terminology 'mimesis' replaced the idea of originality in the 15th century. The purpose of this study is to understand the aesthetics of mimesis expressed in Online video game apparel design. For this purpose, I researched different theories of 'mimesis' and applied them to Online video game apparel designs. The research was conducted using various books on aesthetics and fashion, and demonstrative studies were processed by analyzing photos from Internet video game websites. In the history of aesthetics, the term mimesis is divided into three categories: external, internal and multiple mimesis. External mimesis represented the historical point of view in the design, which showed the beauty of the ancient times. Internal mimesis displayed the metaphorical symbols of religion, character, psychology, sexuality and fear. Multiple mimesis was the hybrid and the distortion of the different aspects of mimesis. Applying this research on mimesis and expressing them in Online video game design may be an excellent method for understanding human aesthetics in video game apparels.
