The purpose of this paper is on employees as internal customers and the critical role this group plays in the delivery of quality results. The set up of research model for verification was as follows. The research model was drawn as internal service quality level $\Rightarrow$ internal customer satisfaction $\Rightarrow$ enterprise outcome. Then, two hypotheses were established to the research model. Through the factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, the results are as follows. First, internal service quality level turned out to be affected indirectly through internal customers' satisfaction rather than a direct factor to affect the enterprise outcome. Second, internal customers' satisfaction was proved to be the most important factor for the enterprise outcome as ti was the intimate factor precedent to the enterprise outcome. However, there could be a variation of response according to the personal circumstances of respondents since the respondents were from different enterprises and consisted various job positions and age group. Namely it included a limitation of rather unaccurate resulting values because the transverse methods were performed for convenience though it needed a longitudinal research to accomplish the general purpose of this study.

Bending strength of an internal gear tooth is discussed as tooth form factor taking into account the actual stress magnitude. Stress analysis was carried out by the finite element method(FEM) for the calculation of tooth form factor of an internal gear. This paper also investigated the influences of number of teeth and addendum modification coefficient of the internal gear and the influences of number of teeth, addendum modification coefficient, pressure angle, radius of rounding of tooth tip, and bottom clearance coefficient of the pinion-shaped cutter on tooth form factor of internal gear. Generalizing the resultant data, a simple formula for the tooth form factor of an internal gear was derived for the calculation of tooth bending strength of an internal gear.

A congenital factor VII deficiency is a rare disorder with an estimated incidence in the western contries of one in 500,000. Because factor VII is important in initiation the coagulation cascade, a factor VII deficiency can result in significant bleeding with prolongation of the prothrombin time. We present a case of a factor VII deficiency with a subdural hematoma in an 18-year-old boy whose plasma activity of factor VII was ${\leq}10%$. Previously, he did not have any symptoms, such as hemarthrosis, easy bruising or bleeding after a minor trauma. He was administered fresh frozen plasma and a trephination was performed. His sister also had 51% lower level of factor VII.

Objective To learn if there were different characteristics of tongue demonstration between diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and disorder of internal organs. Methods Choosing 3059 cases from 51 medical records of Qing Dynasty, in which 1397 cases were diagnosed as diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and 1110 were disorder of internal organs. Contrasting the constituent ratio of tongue demonstration using chi-square test. Results There were significant deviation between diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and disorder of internal organs in color of tongue, color of fur and quality of fur (p<0.01). Conclusions the characteristics of tongue demonstration in diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor were high frequency of bright red tongue, yellow fur, blank fur and dry fur; and which in disorder of internal organs were high frequency of white tongue, thin fur, greasy fur and exfoliative fur.

Systematic studies for the effect of the linewidth enhancement factor, the confinement factor, the internal loss and the cavity length on the single mode gain difference and the frequency detuning are performed for $\lambda$/4 phase shifted DFB lasers above threshold. The above threshold characteristics are mainly determined by the linewidth enhancement factor, not by the confinement factor or the parameter defined by the product of the linewidth enhancement factor and the confinement factor. The normalized internal loss defined by the product of the internal loss and the cavity length mainly determines the above threshold characteristics compared to that of the internal loss or the cavity length alone. The effect of the cavity length on threshold characteristics is larger than that of the internal loss in the case of the same normalized internal loss. The above threshold characteristics of quantum well lasers are more resistant to the variations of the confinement factor and the normalized internal loss than those of bulk lasers due to the small linewidth enhancement factor.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze effects of internal marketing activities on nurse's motivation based on the Herzberg's two factor theory. Methods: The subjects of this study were 521 nurses who were working in the 4 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: The mean score of nurse's perception of internal marketing was 3 point, and it was similar to previous studies results. In the motivation factors, the most satisfied factor was a responsibility. Advancement was the most unsatisfied factor. In the hygiene factors, the most satisfied factor was a technical supervision. Policy and administration were the most unsatisfied factors. Internal marketing activities affecting on nurse's motivation were different by each motivation-hygiene factors. In an aspect of motivation factors, the statistically significant internal marketing factors were paid-leave, employee welfare and communication, however, in hygiene factors, education, employee welfare and reward. Conclusion: These results will be used to develop a macro or micro internal marketing strategies to enhance nurse's motivation based on motivation factors and hygiene factors.

This paper is to explain reasonable shear behavior that can apply usually to reinforced concrete beams on the basic concepts of existent analysis and experimental research information. This study is succession $paper^{2) 3) 4) 5)}$ of treatise announced in existing and main control variable of reinforced concrete beams with stirrups used internal force state factor($\alpha$). Shear failure of reinforced concrete beams with stirrups is Influenced greatly because of the actual geometrical shape(a/d) of the concrete and flexural reinforcement steel ratio, stirrup reinforcement ratio and concrete compression strength, size effect etc. Therefore, shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams with stirrups that flexural crack is happened can be explained easily through proper extent proposal of internal force state factor($\alpha$) that express internal force state flowing. Use existent variable truss model by analysis model to explain arch action. Also, wish to compose each failure factors and correlation with internal force state factor by function, and when diagonal cracks happens, internal force state factor($\alpha$) study whether shear stress and some effect are.

The RC beams subjected to bending and shear are an important substructure. After flexural cracking, the internal stress state in the beam could not be explained by the classical beam theory. In this study the internal force state factor is introduced to explain the stress state change in the RC beams. The internal force state factor of uniform load was expanded by superposition method using infernal force state factor of point load. As the load types change, the operator that would be calculated the internal force state factor was proposed.

Experimental and theoretical studies of internal cavity pressure during injection molding of a spiral tube cavity were carried out. The frozen layer thickness and the evolution of internal cavity pressure were calculated using a commercial software (C-MOLD). The evolution of the internal cavity pressure was recorded during injection molding of polystyrene into a spiral tube mold. To explain the differences observed between the calculated and measured internal cavity pressure, a pressure correction factor (PCF) was introduced based on the plane stress theory. This factor was determined by analyzing the stress state in the melt and calculating the frozen layer thickness near the mold wall. The corrected and experimental pressures have been compared to validate the applicability of the pressure correction factor.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the vendor suitability factor affects ERP introduction factors of domestic small and middle businesses and internal performance. When domestic firms introduce an ERP package, they mostly use the package already developed by ERP firms. Therefore, this study tried to analyze that the suitability factor of an ERP package supplier serves as a moderating role for ERP internal performance. The study result showed that the vendor suitability factor played a moderating role for ERP introduction factors and internal performance. In other words, the vendor suitability factor served a moderating role for four factors -CEO support, education/training, users' IT capability, and business standardization /formulation- and internal performance. But, it was analyzed that the vendor suitability factor didn't serve as a moderating role for IT infrastructure and internal performance.
