The basic requirement of a distributed multimedia system are intramedia synchronization which asks the strict delay and jitter for the check period of media buffer and the scaling duration with periodic continuous media such as audio and video media, and intermedia synchronization that needs the constraint for relative time relations among them when several media are presented in parallel. In this paper, a distributed multimedia synchronization algorithm based on the fuzzy logic is presented and the performance is evaluated through simulation. Intramedia synchronisation algorithm uses the media scaling techniques and intermedia synchronization algorithm uses variable service rates on the basis of fuzzy logic to solve the multimedia synchronization problem.

This survey was conducted to identify the fungal pathogens on the imported seeds during two months from September to October in 1985. Twenty-four species of fungi were detected from six kinds of the imported seeds and the following eight species of fungi have not been reported before in Korea.

Ephedra alkaloids, (-)-ephedrine, (+)-pseudoephedrine, (-)-N-methylephedrine, (+)-N-methylpseudoephedrine, (-)-norephedrine and (+)-norpseudoephedrine, from ephedra herb are sympathomimetic agonists causing an increase of metabolism, blood pressure and perspiration. In this study, we developed the validation method of (+)-pseudoephedrine and (-)-ephedrine, two major ephedra alkaloids in Ephedra spp., by high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet spectrometer (HPLC-UV). HPLC analysis was performed using a HECTOR-M C18 column operating at $35^{\circ}C$, and UV detection at 215nm. The mobile phase used a gradient flow with 25 mM SDS in water (A) and acetonitrile (B).

The crinoids collected at the subtidal zone in Geomundo Island were identified. Four species belonging to the family Comasteridae, order Comantulida turned out to be new to the Korean fauna. They are Comantheria intermedia, Comanthus japonicus, C. solaster and C. parvicirrus which are redescribed on the morphological characteristic with illustrations. The class Crinoidea is new to Korean fauna.

The architectural space is the involuntary place where man lives and experiences, and as a 3 dimensional space through the continuous experience with the concept of 4th dimension of time, it provides the observers with the dramatic space imagery These kinds of space experiences are experienced mentally and perceptively through the physical elements of inner and outer space of the architectural buildings, and this space imagery is created here by all the space composing elemensts of the building. These space experiences are caused by the changing processes of the space characteristics, and the observers perceive the changes in space characteristics. The present building is going with Eco-Architecture. When 2008 sees the building,,Eco-Architecture design which hits appears. There is a possibility of seeing 16 kind types from that place. And From here examined the spatiality which is expressed. These changing processes of inner and outer space, space versus space, and unit space, which are perceived by the observer. It's way to help in architectural design and wishes.

Music has played an important role in Films. It develops the narrative of the movie and it emotionally pulls the audience into the film. In composing film music, you need to put a bigger emphasis on the Interrelationship between melody, rhythm and harmony. However, to create more tension in the genre of suspense or thrillers, it is possible to maximize the emotion with the acoustic sounds of particular musical instruments.

More than 40 samples of the genus Cordyceps were collected and investigated. Among them, six species were confirmed as unrecorded ones in Korea. Unrecorded species were Cordyceps alboperitheciata, Cordyceps discoideocapitata, Cordyceps intermedia, Cordyceps nigrella, Cordyceps roseostromata and Cordyceps scarabaeicola.

A taxonomic study for clarifying the decapod fauna of Gejedo Island, Korea was performed. Seventy nine species in 28 families were identified through the present investigation and of which 9 species of shrimps, 7 species of anomurans, and 39 species of crabs are newly added to the decapod fauna of this area. With the previously known 40 species, a total of 93 decapod species from this island and its adjacent islets are listed, and Pugettia quadridens intermedia Sakai, 1939 is redescribed with illustrations. The zoogeographical aspects of Geojedo Island are also discussed based on the composition of geographical forms of brachyuran decapods.

Three components, fraxetin-8-glucoside, esculetin-6-glucoside and mannitol, were isolated from the stem bark of Fraxinus chiisanensis var. stenophylla, F. japonica var. intermedia and F. densata. The MeOH extract of the cortex of F. densata had the antiinflammatory activity on the carrageenin-induced paw edema in rat. The MeOH extracts of the cortex of all three Fraxinus spp. have the potent analgesic activity on the HOAc-induced writhing syndrome in mouse and the hepatoprotective activity on the $CCl_4-induced$ fatty liver in rat: protection of ballooning formation and inhibition of sGPT and sGOT increased by $CCl_4$.
