Quality of life today is being enhanced through technology and economic activities, but time for leisure has continued to shrink. In this modern society, a phenomenon is appearing in which people are trying to return to their pure and childlike worlds to relieve themselves from the pressures of stress, anxiety, and feelings of crisis in their repetitive and boring daily lives. Along with the struggle for existence that they feel, this shows how modern people hold on to nostalgic elements experienced in their childhood, and have a tendency to want to express those experiences through consumer activities. As positive opinions stating that such consumer activities not only relieve stress, but also help psychological stability are emerging, consumer trends for the development of fashion products which reflect 'Kidult' emotions are becoming increasingly popular. Not only that, with interior products, the need for the development of differentiated designs which are focused on consumers and which reflect consumer demands is being magnified as they are very important as living designs within the consumption environments of modern people. As such, the goal of this study is to develop textile pattern designs for kidult interior products for adults.

2008 began with the American financial crisis which gave way to the liquidity crisis (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) situation in which 'the withdrawal of investment initiated from the insufficiency of the U.S. subprime mortgage loan companies', 'the large size loss situation of the financial company (Bear Stearns) due to the American structured bond insufficiency' and the second half opening part national debt mortgage company. Within the American financial crisis was propagated the crisis of international derivatives. Due to this, the withdrawal of foreign investment progressed in the interior of a country with the considerable. By the end of 2007, the exchange rate fluctuation was absorbed in the domestic financial circle on the belief the potentiality of the domestic financial market had been growing drastically through the expansion of the foreign currency debt according to this and it came to the defence but while the exchange rate jumped up to the dollar shortage according to the international crisis, the small and medium companies making the banks and exchange rate-related derivatives contract were going bankrupt due to the derivatives loss. The small and medium factories establish the bank exchange rate-related derivatives has nose (KIKO), pivot (PIVOT), and snowball (Snowball) etc. at that time and the damage which it is the KIKO grasped at 6 end of the months in 2008 caused by reaches to 1 thousand billion 4 thousand hundred million dollars. Small and medium companies in which the dollar which it has to denounce among small and medium companies bearing the KIKO contract in fact with the Knock-In generation city bank exceeds the amount of sales were known to be 68 enterprises among 480 enterprises. This paper departs in this awareness of a problem and tries to look into the risk factor of the derivatives, including nose and study the essential ring risk management plan of small and medium manufacturer.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the concept of location efficiency, a base for the qualitative evaluation of TOD, and to propose the method of urban design for the improvement of location efficiency. Because of the environmental crisis by urbanization, sprawl and global warming, the importance of the solution through TOD has been increasing. For the future development of TOD, it becomes important to evaluate TOD qualitatively. From the study, it is grasped that location efficiency contains the concepts of value recapture, QoL and choice, financial return, and efficient regional land use and patterns. And the method of urban design for location efficiency is proposed as the followings: Form Based Zoning as land use plan, TOD and TOC model as node function, and street systems, mixed-use development, characteristic housing with various types, and networking of neighborhood facilities as place function.

The ecological theory of perception provides the human living, and meaning integrating norm to overcome the crisis caused by an eastern belief in human-centered wrong rationality formed at the past process of modernization. Prior to the overall consideration of ecological perception theory, looked into the concepts, contribution extent and its limitation of the existing perception theories for the environmental design. By experimentally applying inferred concepts of design to department bridge space and forming the space, certified the applicability of it to the green amenity space. The site Is located in Nowon- Gu Sangge- Dong. The design was processed on the basis of survey, plants growth environment and plants characters. It is expected that this design would serve the commercial space- consumer as a symbolic, environmentally friendly space design

A new concept of building, office-tel, had gone through many ups and downs after being introduced to our nation. However, it overcame all the problems and is now an important part of the rural construction. It showed new potential especially on 1998 by flexibly corresponding when the IMF crisis occurred causing a radical social/economical change. It played a crucial role on activating the depressed real estate business and flourished like never before. This study analyses the office-tel market change pattern and factors by time period and grasps the causal relationship and attempts to set a new standard to evaluate the social/economical role and value of the office-tel.

Because of energy crisis at all around the world, there is many method and system which for improving energy efficiency has appeared in construction industry. And then, 20% of entire building energy loss is emissed to exterior of buildings, that is important to building's entire energy efficiency. So, many research has been conducted for imporve exterior energy efficiency and generally it called insulation of wall. Method for wall insulation can be classified interior system and exterior system which defined installation place of insulation board whether interior or exterior of structural wall. However, interior system has thermal problem such as thermal-bridge which can be necessarily occur condensation. and exterior system has constructional problem such as difficult to construction because exterior and finish work so expensive construction cost than other insulation method. Thus, sandwich insulation wall system has been appeared for solving these problems. Sandwich insulation system must using wall connecting things because both side walls is divided by center insulation. At this, Through the heat at wall connecter, it can be occured thermal-bridge and broken insulation board when under construction will be bring negative effect by reducing wall thickness and insulation deficit. At this study, we were compared previous sandwich insulation system and analysis these system's problem for develop the improving constructability and performance of sandwich insulation system.

The concept of architectural sustainability is gradually being highlighted in several ills and consciousness of crisis of modern architecture. However, many of us tend to realize its sustainability focusing on ecological sustainability in many ways. Such perspective is considerably technical and extensive. Therefore, I paid attention to Herman Hertzberger's architecture to find out how to consider spatial aspects, when interior architecture designers engage in design process. This study aims to analyze architectural progress for social communication of Herman Hertzberger's project, breaking from the existing research to only limit him to one of structuralism architects. In particular, it was found that in relation to social sustainability, universal/social design, cultural design and green/ecological design have been progressed in their forms through communicational perspectives of social architecture which he's insisted since the structuralism era. Recently, majority of issues about sustainability are restricted to economical aspects. Accordingly, further study is needed to consider his architecture from social aspects. As his architecture is concentrating on coexistence from a social perspective for communication, not on modern spatial discourse, his architectural works need to be analyzed consistently as realistic measurements.

Of the Korean military's 3,959 ammunition depots, 1,007 - more than 25% - violate safety requirements for distance and equipment. There is a risk of explosion in old depots that are vulnerable to various interior and exterior accidents. This paper examines 10 scenarios, with varying values for ammunition amount and safety distance. The study calculated the overpressure that can be applied to risk-exposure objects, based on the safety distance; expected damage was predicted using constructed spatial information from 3D explosion simulations. The simulations confirmed that explosion overpressure increased the most when the safety distance violation rate increased from 80% to 90%. It also confirmed that secondary damage such as fire and explosion can cause casualties and property damage when the violation rate is 60% or higher. The results show that building collapse becomes a risk with a violation rate of 70% or higher. We conclude that taking ammunition depot safety distance violation into account when planning military facilities and their land utilization could better protect life and property.

It is essential to make a purchase decision to make sure that the furniture matches well with other structures in the room. Moreover, in the Untact Marketing situation caused by the COVID-19 crisis, this is becoming an even more impact factor. Accordingly, methods of measuring length using AR(Augmented Reality) are emerging with the advent of AR open sources such as ARCore and ARKit for furniture arrangement interior simulation. Since this existing method using AR generates a Depth Map based on a flat camera image and it also involves complex three-dimensional calculations, limitations are revealed in work that requires the information of accurate room size using a smartphone. In this paper, we propose a method to accurately measure the size of a room using only the accelerometer and gyroscope sensors built in smartphones without using ARCore or ARKit. In addition, as an example of application using the presented technique, a method for applying a pre-designed room interior to each room is presented.

If we take account of the Architectural Tradition which aims a construction of better environment, we can see that this tradition has ended historically toward Utopia. It is a continual trend from ancient to contemporary epoch especially in each transitional periods. Utopia is an ideal commonwealth in which inhabitants exist under perfect conditions, ideally perfect places or state of things. But, Dystopia implies skeptical perspective on the future which has emerged as a result of the increasing awareness about crisis concerning negative aspects highlighted by progress of science and technology since Modern era. Dystopia is the opposite of Utopia which was a propaganda used by Modern architecture and has characteristics of Post-Modernity. Utopias plans are complete projects of image, its goal is an improvement according to the eras. Its plans are characterized by rigid geometrical pattern as circle and square, which contain generally center·axis·enclosure·boundary·symmetry. Recent architectural circumstances no longer reflect utopian visions. Dystopias plans have described extreme mechanism, destructive offense, expression of fragmentation and differentiation in contemporary architecture. Therefore, as the Utopian architecture describes characteristics of the era unlike the continuity of its concept, the Dystopian architecture will find its expression differently while maintaining its basic concept and intention.
