  • 간섭성 광원인 레이저를 이용한 계측 몇 검사기법 중 대표적인 것이 홀로그래피를 이용한 간섭법(Holographic Interferometry, HI)이다. HI는 레이저파장을 단위로 하기 때문에 물체변형에 대해 측정감도가 좋고 비파괴 비접촉의 계측이 가능하다. 또한 삼차원 정보 추출이 가능해서 주어진 간섭무늬로부터 전 영역의 변형을 구할 수 있다는 커다란 장점을 가지고 있다.(중략)

  • We briefly introduce the theory of GB-SAR focusing and interferometry. Deramp-FFT algorithm is evaluated as a far-range, partial focusing method along with its limitations in the near-range application. Various interferometric configurations with temporal, spatial, and/or frequency baselines are also discussed.

  • We propose a method of encryption and decryption of binary data using 2-step phase-shifting digital interferometry. This technique reduces the number of interferograms in the phase-shifting interferometry. The binary data has been expressed with random code and random phase. We remove the dc-term of the phase-shifting digital interferogram to restore the original binary data. Simulation results shows that the proposed technique can be used for binary data encryption and decryption.

  • A laser interferometry of very high spatial resolution was built to study the solid phase epitaxial regrowth of furnace-annealed silicon wafers. As boron concentration increases up to $1.0E20/cm^3$, regrowth rate increases, but pre-exponential term and activation energy are decreased.

  • We apply the radar interferometry technique to JERS-1 SAR data sets for detection of slow surface deformation occurred in Mt. Baekdu for a 6-year period (from 1992 to 1998). A series of interferograms has been constructed, and they indicated slow uplift deformation around the volcano. However, it is not conclusive because most interferometric fringes correlate with topographic elevation. It is necessary to remove trophospheric effects in the future works.

  • We review recent research related to shearing interferometry, reported over the last two decades. Shearing interferometry is categorized as azimuthal, radial, or lateral shearing interferometers by its fundamental principle to generate interference. In this review the research trends for each technique are provided, with a summary of experimental results containing theoretical background, the optical configuration, analysis, and perspective on its application fields.

  • In this paper, a measurement system of surface flatness test using 2-Bucket algorithm phase-shifting interferometry is designed and constructed. In the conventional surface flatness test system using phase shifting interferometry, it is needed more than 3 fringe datas but we propose 2-Bucket algorithm phase-shifting interferometry which only uses two fringe datas. 2-Bucket algorithm uses the relative phase differences of the neighbour pixels. If we watch the result of phase-shift error test simulation, 2-Bucket algorithm has the same calculating values that 3-Bucket, 4-Bucket and 5-Bucket algorithm have them. Experiments have been carried out on the silicon wafer. The measurement of silicon wafer's surface flatness shows that the flatness topography using 2-Bucket algorithm is similar to that of other algorithms.

  • A displacement measurement system that uses fiber-optical common-path interferometry has been developed. The system includes fiber-optic devices and a collimator attached to a linear translation stage. The interferometry effect was detected with a photodetector whose signal was measured on an oscilloscope. Experiments showed that vibration of the stage disturbed the signal by causing nanoscale interference. Under stable conditions, the measured distance was the almost the same as the value calculated from the linear translation stage parameters.
