In this study, national web archiving cases were reviewed and interface types and characteristics were examined. Five interface categories and fourteen evaluation criteria were selected. As for the OASIS, Korean national web archiving project, functions of retrieval interface and user support interface were insufficient and need to be reinforced. Other recommended improvement plans were; diversifications of the subject area of web contents, sharing the web acquisition, make up the special collection, visualization of archiving time and trends, systematic performance of the archiving strategy, and active collaboration with international organization.

The aim of this study is to propose a development plan of public library OPAC interface. For this purpose, the study analyzed cases of OPAC interface of domestic and overseas public libraries, and took a questionnaire survey on use types, level of functional demand and improvement matters of OPAC in order to examine the user requirements on OPAC interface. Public library OPAC interface must comply with interface design principle and reflect requirements of users. Accordingly, it must supply foundation to realize various OPAC functions by inputting perfect bibliographic records on resources. The research result could be used as basic resources for the public library OPAC interface design.

Researcher of this study improved conventional circle secondary settling basin, through the way such as extend of inlet pipe length, introduction of device for inducting uniforming of flow, keeping of height of sludge interface. Also, we compared conventional circle settling basin to improved circle settling basin the water treatment efficiency. Result of research, when SVI is average 117, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 51.0%, 37.0% approximately compared to conventional settling basin. And when SVI is average 178, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 22.7%, 36.0% approximately. Also when SVI is average 196, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 24.7%, 30.3% approximately. When it's winter, improvement rate of SS, BOD, COD, TN and TP were 20.6%, 17.9%, 13.9%, 13.5%, 12.4% approximately. Therefore, we can be the judge, this improved settling basin can be used as the final settling basin in the waste water treatment plant.

In this paper, we proposed a performance improvement to replace the aged intercom of military aircraft with a new intercom ICS, and briefly designed and presented a interface block diagram and electrical wiring path for the connection between the new intercom ICS and the other avionics equipment. However, due to the absence of a guide necessary for the proposed design, this paper derived 15 main design elements by using the QFD technique based on the military aircraft airworthiness certification criteria and military aircraft work instructions. As a result, it is meaningful that the interface block diagram, wiring path diagram, and the 15 main design elements proposed in this paper can be applied as an electrical system design guide for the performance improvement of the aged military intercom in the future.

In this paper, we propose a new definition for the Private interface communication protocol structures order to improve the performance of LDAP-based Ud interface. Performance tests were separated by LDAP-based interface method and Private based interface method and analyzed the results of the performance test. As a result, it was confirmed the amount of processing of the received message and the response message to the result of the performance test that the Private based Ud interface method is 1.7 times(avg.) higher than the LDAP based Ud interface method.

The inconvenience of using the product weakens the competitiveness of the product and makes it difficult to obtain various users. This study proposes a 5-step evaluation method that is derived from a formal usability evaluation to suggest improvement directions for easier and more convenient manipulation of complex or inconvenient user interface. The 5-step usability evaluation method can not be applied to all broadcasting equipments, but it is expected to improve the user interface of broadcasting equipments. In addition, it is expected to provide an opportunity to more flexible access to user interface development to be applied to new application services in a variety of telecommunication convergence equipment industry, while leading the era of convergence of broadcasting industry throughout broadcasting equipment industry.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the interface characteristics of hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films prepared by PECVD and photo-induced CVD and to examine the annealing effects of ultraviolet irradiation on hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films which were degraded by visible light illumination. The interface layer thickness of films deposited by photo-induced CVD was about 600-900.angs. while that by PECVD was about 1000-1300.angs.. These results can show that the quality of interface layer in photo induced CVD film is better than that in PECVD sample. The electrical properties are improved by ultraviolet irradiation on visible light soaked a-Si:H films using photo-CVD light sources, probably due to the fact that UV generates phonons in a-Si:H films and anneal the meta stable defects.

This paper presents a dialogue interface using the dialogue management system as a method for controlling home appliances in Home Network Services. In order to realize this type of dialogue interface, we annotated 96,000 utterance pair sized dialogue set and developed an example-based dialogue system. This paper introduces the automatic error correction module for the SMS-styled sentence. With this module we increase the accuracy of NLU(Natural Language Understanding) module. Our NLU module shows an accuracy of 86.2%, which is an improvement of 5.25% over than the baseline. The task completeness of the proposed SMS dialogue interface was 82%.

본 논문은 ATSC 지상파 디지털 TV수신을 위한 효율적인 NIM Interface 구현에 관한 것을 제안하고자 한다. ATSC 규격에 만족하는 NIM Module의 최적화로 다른 정보가전들의 소형화를 가져오며 튜너와 복조IC 와의 RF 인터페이스 기술의 문제점을 해결해 준다. OrCAD Tool을 사용하여 NIM Interface를 해결하였으며, 그 결과를 나타내었다.

In this paper, a new text-based method is suggested for the user-system interaction. The use of text-based user interface is mote efficient under situation which don't be introduced the GUI because of the limitation of hardware cost or improvement of system performance. The dialogical method using suggested hierarchical structure is the easier for a convenience of usage and the method in this paper is the more useful as considering knowledgeable background and environment of task for user As a practical example, the method for the proposed text-based user interface construction is applied to Double-Lift Open Shedding Electronic Jacquard.
