시각 센서 기반의 다 관절 매니퓰레이터 간접교시를 위한 유저 인터페이스 설계 (A User Interface for Vision Sensor based Indirect Teaching of a Robotic Manipulator)

  • This paper presents a user interface for vision based indirect teaching of a robotic manipulator with Kinect and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensors. The user interface system is designed to control the manipulator more easily in joint space, Cartesian space and tool frame. We use the skeleton data of the user from Kinect and Wrist-mounted IMU sensors to calculate the user's joint angles and wrist movement for robot control. The interface system proposed in this paper allows the user to teach the manipulator without a pre-programming process. This will improve the teaching time of the robot and eventually enable increased productivity. Simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the performance of the robot control and interface system.

  • In this paper, an automatic lighting control system is developed using microprocessor. The developed system consists of a digital lighting control unit, an analog lighting control unit, and a lighting control simulator. In the developed system, ATMega128 is used as the main controller. The developed digital lighting control unit consists of eight modules and the developed analog lighting control unit consists of six modules respectively. Additional, the developed simulator consists of a digital and an analog lighting control simulation using graphic user interface. And so this developed system can be applied to the controller design of the interior and exterior lighting equipment.

  • 본 논문에서는 단위업무시스템별 구성요소의 식별 방법을 노드, 모듈, 그리고 인터페이스로 나타냈다. 단위업무 시스템별 보호대상을 정의하였고, 구성 요소별로 노드, 모듈, 그리고 인터페이스에 대하여 설명하였다. 보호대상 정의 테이블에서 식별된 보호 대상 노드, 모듈은 분석단계에서 정의된 보안 기준에 따라 보안속성 설계 및 상세화를 수행한다. 그리고 보안 속성 설계 작성 기준은 보호대상과 액세스 허용대상, 접근통제 영역, 식별 및 인증 영역, 그리고 암호화로 분류하여 각각을 설명하고 예시를 들도록 하였다.

  • 디지털 위성방송 시스템은 송신국, 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템, 수신기로 구성된다. 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템은 자원 관리 모듈, 사용자 인터페이스 모듈, 송신국 인터페이스 모듈, 수신기인터페이스 모듈, 가입자 판매 모듈, 감시 및 제어 모듈로 구성이 된다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트/서버를 기반으로 한 디지털 위성 방송 시스템에서 효율적 인 자원 및 가업자 관리를 위한 새로운 RRMC 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 통한 시스템의 실시간적인 감시 및 제어 기능 구현에 관하여 기술하였으며 또한 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템과 다른 장비와의 통신 절차에 대해서도 함께 기술하였다.

A Meshfree procedure for the microscopic analysis of particle-reinforced rubber compounds

  • This paper presents a meshfree procedure using a convex generalized meshfree (GMF) approximation for the large deformation analysis of particle-reinforced rubber compounds on microscopic level. The convex GMF approximation possesses the weak-Kronecker-delta property that guarantees the continuity of displacement across the material interface in the rubber compounds. The convex approximation also ensures the positive mass in the discrete system and is less sensitive to the meshfree nodal support size and integration order effects. In this study, the convex approximation is generated in the GMF method by choosing the positive and monotonic increasing basis function. In order to impose the periodic boundary condition in the unit cell method for the microscopic analysis, a singular kernel is introduced on the periodic boundary nodes in the construction of GMF approximation. The periodic boundary condition is solved by the transformation method in both explicit and implicit analyses. To simulate the interface de-bonding phenomena in the rubber compound, the cohesive interface element method is employed in corporation with meshfree method in this study. Several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed numerical procedure in the large deformation analysis.

Optimization of Peltier Current Leads Cooled by Two-Stage Refrigerators

  • A theoretical investigation to find thermodynamically optimum design conditions of conduction-cooled Peltier current leads is performed. A Peltier current lead (PCL) is composed of a thermoelectric element (TE), a metallic lead and a high temperature superconductor (HTS) lead in the order of decreasing temperature. Mathematical expressions for the minimum heat flow per unit current crossing the TE-metal interface and the minimum heat flow per unit current from the metal lead to the joint of the metal and the HTS leads are obtained. It is shown that the temperature at the TE -metal interface possesses a unique optimal value that minimizes the heat flow to the joint and that this optimal value depends on the material properties of the TE and the metallic lead but not the joint temperature nor electric current. It is also shown that there exists a unique optimal value for the joint temperature between the metal and the HTS leads that minimizes the sum of the power dissipated by ohmic heating in the current leads and the refrigerator power consumed to cool the lead, for a given length of the HTS.

  • In this paper we proposed the algorithm for the implementation of network interface unit transmitter and analyzed its performance in broadband wireless local loop. The symbol rate of upstream transmitter is variable since the channel bandwidth of upstream can vary. Assuming that master clock ( $f_{DAC}$) is fixed, the cubic interpolator of Farrow structure is used to increase the sample rate to master clock rate. Simulation shows that the signal to noise ratio is about 54~55 dB and spurious signal power of upstream transmitter is less than 45 dB.B.

  • In this paper, the implementation of NIU (Network Interface Unit) for Token Passing Bus network is studied. The network is based on the IEEE 802.4 standard, which is the basis of MAP. IBM-PC is chosen as host station. The structure of the network and NIU is investigated and the implementation is illustrated. The logical ring constructed following the standard. Transmission and reception of data are tested. The experimental results are referred.

버퍼 삽입 프로토콜에 의한 LAN시스템에 관한 연구 (A LAN System Based on the Buffer Insertion Protocol)

  • 본 연구는 버퍼 삽입 프로토콜을 사용한 LAN시스템을 모델링하여 그 모델에 대한 큐잉지연 시간과 응답시간을 도출하여, 파라메터 값을 변화시키면서 throughput rate에 대한 응답 시간 특성을 구하여 performance를 분석하였다. 응답시간은 Data rate를 높일 때 개선되었고, ACK신호를 호스트에서 전송할 경우에 비해 Network Interface Unit(NIU)에서 보낼 경우 챈널 Udilization이 0.8 부근에 이를 때까지 0.7mesc정도 개선되었다. 또한, 버퍼 삽입 프로토콜을 구현하기 위한 H/W구성에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop co-simulation methodology of codes developed in different modeling and simulation environment. We develop aerodynamic FMU(Functional Mock-up Unit) meeting FMI(Functional Mock-up Interface) specification version2 utilizing Legacy FORTRAN aerodynamic code based on unsteady vortex lattice method. It is concluded that making FMU is possible utilizing Legacy code made in any language which can be compiled and linked with object in FMI API coded in C language. This paper explains QTronic's method of using FMU SDK(Software Development Kit) and suggestion for using FORTRAN properly. Finally, we make articulated rotor/aerodynamics co-simulation by integrating aerodynamics FMU and rotor FMU developed by Modelica.
