This paper explores notable shifts in the restaurant startup market following the lifting of social distancing measures. Key trends identified include an escalated interest in startups, a heightened focus on the quality and diversity of food, a relative decline in the importance of delivery services, and a growing interest in specific industry sectors. The study's data collection spanned three years, from April 2021 to May 2023, encompassing the period before and after social distancing. Data were sourced from a range of online platforms, including blogs, news sites, cafes, web documents, and intellectual forums, provided by Naver, Daum, and Google. From this collected data, the top 50 words were identified through a refinement process. The analysis was structured around the social distancing application period, comparing data from April 2021 to April 2022 with data from May 2022 to May 2023. These observed trend changes provide founders with valuable insights to seize new market opportunities and formulate effective startup strategies. In summary, We offer crucial insights for founders, enabling them to comprehend the evolving dynamics in food service startups and to adapt their strategies to the current market environment.

Conclusions: VR is expected that the use of learning media using VR will lead to students' interest, immersion, and learning motivation in class, and that positive learning effects on VR education media can be sufficiently obtained.
Disproportionate collapse triggered by local structural failure may cause huge casualties and economic losses, being one of the most critical civil engineering incidents. It is generally recognized that ensuring robustness of a structure, defined as its insensitivity to local failure, is the most acceptable and effective method to arrest disproportionate collapse. To date, the concept of robustness in its definition and quantification is still an issue of controversy. This paper presents a detailed review on about 50 quantitative measures of robustness for building structures, being classified into structural attribute-based and structural performance-based measures (deterministic and probabilistic). The definition of robustness is first described and distinguished from that of collapse resistance, vulnerability and redundancy. The review shows that deterministic measures predominate in quantifying structural robustness by comparing the structural responses of an intact and damaged structure. The attribute-based measures based on structural topology and stiffness are only applicable to elastic state of simple structural forms while the probabilistic measures receive growing interest by accounting for uncertainties in abnormal events, local failure, structural system and failure-induced consequences, which can be used for decision-making tools. There is still a lack of generalized quantifications of robustness, which should be derived based on the definition and design objectives and on the response of a structure to local damage as well as the associated consequences of collapse. Critical issues and recommendations for future design and research on quantification of robustness are provided from the views of column removal scenarios, types of structures, regularity of structural layouts, collapse modes, numerical methods, multiple hazards, degrees of robustness, partial damage of components, acceptable design criteria.
It is not easy to regulate the amount of radiation used for the medical purpose as there usually is more good than harm to the patient's health and life caused by the medical exposure to the radiation. However, the rapid increase of the use of diagnostic radiation involves a high possibility of increasing the radiation hazard exposure. Therefore, it is imperative to implement effective regulations in order to secure the safety of diagnostic radiation. The one and only rule we currently have for the diagnostic radiation is "Medicine Act" with only one clause dedicated to regulate the safety management that does not include any rules for the medical radiation. A set of inclusive rules for the whole medical radiation inclusive of diagnostic radiation and therapeutic radiation need to be based on the "Medicine Act" rather than "Nuclear Safety Act" in order to protect the medical professionals, patients and the guardians of patients from the hazards of diagnostic and/or therapeutic radiation that was not used the purpose of medical treatment. If there is an administrative measure to be imposed to secure the safety of diagnostic radiation, it is considered as exertion of governmental authority of administrative agency. There must be clear and realistic legal guidelines for in-fringe on people's interests. The administrative measures for the safety management of the diagnostic radiation must be clearly and specifically based on the law and the detailed standards for the administrative measures must be dele-gated by the presidential decree or departmental ordinance. Accordingly, the restrictions imposed by the administrative measures to the "Safety Inspection Institute of Radiation along with Radiation Exposure Measuring Institutes" should have clear legal basis as well and the detailed standards for the administrative measures should be regulated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare decree instead of the notification by the Director of Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While securing the safety of radiation on one side, careful review and up-grade on our legal system for the safety management of the diagnostic radiation is required on the other side to guarantee the legality, interest balance and reliability of the administrative measures.

The use of technical proposal tendering has been expanding recently with the aim of effecting cost reduction, quality enhancement, technological development and value realization centered on multifunctional administrative cities, innovation cities, and the Yongsan relocation project. In line with the increasing interest towards life cycle cost improvement measures as an important evaluation category concerning technical proposal tendering, efforts in preparing measures that can execute the security of credibility and objective evaluation concerning architectural life cycle cost are being made. However, problems such as lack of applicable cases of design development and detail design, distortion of initial construction costs concerning the original plan, combination of constant price and current price, the ambiguity of the calculation standards between tendering corporations, inaccuracy of terms, and insufficient compositional formats concerning life cycle improvement measures are being cited. Accordingly, this study sought to propose a measure to improve the compositional guidelines, format, and standards so that a systematic life cycle cost evaluation can be executed for the reliable distinction of each participating corporation, enhanced credibility and objective evaluation of the life cycle cost improvement measure for technical proposals.
This study identifies the statues of the resource development in residential facilities for people with disabilities to review the current level and propose necessary supporting measures to revitalize resource development in this current time when the importance of resource development is rising for social welfare organizations. Specifically, this study conducted a survey on the current statues and needs for resource development and focus group interviews to acquire in-depth opinions on the need for resource development and supporting measures in 255 nationwide residential facilities for the disabled. The results showed that 50% of the resource development for the residential facilities depended on private donations, while the presence of exclusive workforce made differences among development plans, performance and achievement. Also, their resource development methods were limited around direct requests, such as personal recommendations, as they are faced with challenges such as inadequate related expertise and technologies for resource development, lack of exclusive workforce, and lack of interest in available facilities in the local community. With reference to these findings, this study proposes the following development measures: placement of exclusive workforce, adoption of diverse resource development methods, transparent and reliable resource development, and preparation for systematic step-by-step professional training on resource development.

In recent years, the scale of damage from disasters such as earthquakes and large-scale fires and floods that are occurring in Korea is increasing. Accordingly, interest in urban disaster prevention that combines living infrastructure such as roads and parks is boosting, and it is urgent to prepare measures to reduce the damage scale of local cities. The purpose of this study is to derive implications for disaster prevention measures in areas where disaster prevention safety of local cities is weak through examples of disaster prevention safety of local cities in case of disaster. To this end, this study analyzed the regional characteristics, current status, and disaster prevention problems of regional cities in Japan, and selected disaster-vulnerable areas, and considered the distance relationship between disaster prevention bases through road network analysis. In addition, road closure simulation using ArcGIS Network Analyst was conducted to analyze disaster prevention safety in the area. As a result, the situation of the village which has a high possibility of isolation by natural disasters was grasped in advance. Through this, the suburbs confirmed the necessity of supplementing the disaster prevention function through transportation maintenance such as forest roads, and it was found that the city needs to prepare a risk management system. Furthermore, this study suggests the need for research on areas with a high possibility of isolation, especially in areas where disaster prevention functions are weak in local cities in case of disaster, and shows countermeasures for disaster prevention measures and resident education.
In 2008, North Korea revised its Foreign Economic Arbitration Act. To some extent, the new Act reflected such international standard of arbitration as UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. In this paper, the said Act will be evaluated, and then cooperation ways of South-North Korea on Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration will be suggested. In 2007, the Ministry of Unification has designated the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board as Inter-Korean Arbitration Committee and has made efforts to prepare follow-up measures on the two Agreements of Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration. In 2008 however, the follow-up measures has in fact been suspended. In order to revitalize the Inter-Korean commercial arbitration, some prerequisites must be satisfied. First, Inter-Korean Arbitration Committee for Inter-Korean commercial arbitration should re-open as soon as possible. Second, as North Korea recently shows interest in joining the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards(now so called New York Convention), Governmental Authority of Rep. of Korea should also actively assist and support their joining in New York Convention. Third, both Korean governments should carry out joint study on raising the efficiency of the arbitration system which they will use. Fourth, comparative study on arbitration systems used in both countries should be conducted. Also, it may is very timely to discuss the issue in international arbitration community such as "North-East Asia International Arbitration Conference" or other similar events. In conclusion, continuous study on prevention of commercial disputes between South-North Korea and ways to resolve disputes when they arise should be conducted.

Data mining is the method to find useful information for large amounts of data in database, and one of the important goals is to search and decide the association for several variables. The task of association rule mining is to find certain association relationships among a set of data items in a database. There are three primary measures for association rule, support and confidence and lift. In this paper we developed a association rule ranking function by decreased lift influence to generate association rule for items satisfying at least one of three criteria. We compared our function with the functions suggested by Park (2010), and Wu et al. (2004) using some numerical examples. As the result, we knew that our decision function was better than the function of Park's and Wu's functions because our function had a value between -1 and 1regardless of the range for three association thresholds. Our function had the value of 1 if all of three association measures were greater than their thresholds and had the value of -1 if all of three measures were smaller than the thresholds.
Objectives : In recent years, the Chinese Government has been providing full support aimed at promoting the excellence of Chinese culture, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to the world after recognizing Chinese culture and medicine as elements that can generate national wealth. Methods : In investigating China's awareness of the issues surrounding the intellectual property rights of TCM, as well as its implementation of protective measures, this study analyzed the law and platform policies of the Chinese Government, as well as the designation status of China's intangible cultural heritages and the recent research trend in the TCM field. Results : First, China is taking various protective measures based on laws and institutional devices, including the Patent Act. Second, China is protecting the intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicines by registering them as Chinese intangible cultural heritages or UNESCO world heritages. Third, China is seeking to promote TCM throughout the wider world through various research and academic conferences, and by strengthening ties between nations. Conclusions : With the adoption of the international regimes of the WIPO and CBD, and particularly the Nagoya Protocol in 2010, China is seeking to implement measures aimed at maximizing the national interest based on the intellectual property rights of TCM. China began to implement a system of protection of medicinal resources and the related traditional knowledge after recognizing the potential crisis that could occur if Chinese medicine-related patents were taken over by foreign countries. As such, the system now takes various forms.
