Cities are the most important type of tourist destination across the world, and yet urban areas have neglected in most academic studies of tourism. Urban destinations serve as gateways for tourist entry to the country, as centers of accommodation and a base for excursion to rural areas as well as destinations in their own right. Increasingly cities rely on image promotion to attract tourists to cities. A city's image is the sum of beliefs, ideas, and impressions that a people have of a city. Image has always been of great interest and concern to city marketers. The image improvement is very important especially in urban tourism development because tourism overwhelmingly depends on image. The cost and effectiveness of the image improvement strategy depends on the city's current image and real attributes. Some cities are blessed with positive images. They don't require changing the image so much as amplifying it and delivering it to more target groups. Many cities are stuck with a negative image. They need to remove it and make a positive out of a negative to correct it. Image reversals, however, are difficult to accomplish. Some cities are not well known because they are small, lack attractions, or don't advertise. They need to identify, develop, and disseminate a strong positive image for the city.

This paper aims at examining the existence and characteristics of regional difference in project finance in Korea. Main results of this paper are as follow. Firstly, regional difference in project finance between capital region and local can be seen partially. However, their characteristics are different from corporate finance. ANOVA tests show significant differences of excess interest rate occur in case of commercial real estate projects and significant differences of contracted terms occur in case of residential real estate projects carried out by local banks. Secondly, key factors causing the regional differences in project finance are asymmetric information for cash flow generated by the project between the capital region and local. Especially, regional differences in project finance are different from those in corporate financing because of local banks$^{\circ}{\phi}$ behaviors. They follow and act as the passive members of nationwide banks in case of the capital region projects. Thirdly, prepaid sale system and the guarantee system depending on construction companies dilute the regional differences in project finance in case of residential real estate projects. Although these systems contributed rapid growth of project finance, they may be the main factors distorting project finance market which lead to financial crisis. In these context, policy implications may be derived in order to solve the confronted problems of project finance market.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what owners think of their housing and their community by scrutinizing households, thereby leading to a conclusion of how these communities have developed and the advantages they provide to their owners. This study was conducted by thoroughly interviewing one member from each of a total of 10 households living in apartments and villas in the Gangnamgu area of Seoul between August 5, 2008, and September 25, 2008. The results can be summarized as follows: First, all interviewees were female, within the range of 40 years to 50 years of age, and with high educational backgrounds. They were living in mid-level income or higher households but were characterized by frugal attitudes. Second, their households held a personal and familial meaning to them, one of providing replenishment, rest, and a place to share diverse feelings with their family. Certain factors such as being a convenient place for education, rising housing prices, a large area of greenery made possible by Yangjae Cheon, and so forth contributed to giving a special significance to their housings. The interviewees all thought the convenience of education and the rising housing prices in the Gangnam area were the most important factors. Third, the interviewees indicated the following sociocultural perspectives of Gangnam housings: They provide a good environment for education due to the densely clustered academies in the Daechi-dong area. There are many opportunities to meet neighbors with similar educational and economic backgrounds. There are vast areas of greenery such as Yangjae Cheon. There is access to highly advanced cultural and shopping facilities such as COEX, Seoul Arts Center, etc. There are no amusement centers located near the housing districts. There are convenient transportation methods and facilities. They are subject to jealous looks from people living outside the Gangnam area. Lastly, it seems that no significant community spirit exists among the dwellers of each apartment or villa. However, matters of self-interest such as construction problems, which contribute greatly to creating personal wealth, were exceptions when the dwellers united as a single household.
Korea's clothing industry which has been country's leading export industry and basic strategical industry is now faced with many difficulties both domestically and internationally. Domestically it is faced with continuing shortage of manpower in both production line and management high labour cost causing increase in price putting more weight on behavior of consumers resulting in change of industrial environment and continuing structural problems of industry itself. Internationally it is faced with strengthening of import regulations and protectionism of developed countries and rapid emergence of underdeveloped countries as leading exporting nations. In reality export plays the most essential role in our economy and is especially sensitive to the external environmental factors. Already economic bloc phonomenon can be seen everywhere and is continuing to accelerate in place such as E. U in Europ, North & South America as NAFTA, and South East Asian contries which recent tendency of economic unity effort is present. These countries of such economic blocs are imposing heavy custom duties reinforcing provision of country origin and acting out strict inspection regulations in order to protect the interest of their own industry. Therefore it is vital to manufacture excellent quality goods For these reasons study in this area has brought attention in Korea as well as worldwide in the recent years. Apparel industry which requires professional technology and ability is the most competitive international business. In order to challenge the international market the high level of intelligence is most required to produce high quality goods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between functions and roles of marketing and to approach problems in more efficient manner. Apparel industry is composed of various programs such as design pattern making merchandising and textile science. To succeed in the business is to give the highest satisfaction to the targeted market. Hence this study will example the factors that determine the Cost Quality and Performance of apparel products. The research method will include; First reality approach method by analysing the present state of industry Second literal analysis such as marketing comparisons between leading apparel exporting countries.
Recently, research on augmented games as a new game genre has attracted a lot of attention. An augmented game overlaps virtual objects in an augmented reality(AR) environment, allowing game players to interact with the AR environment through manipulating real and virtual objects. However, it is difficult to release existing augmented games to ordinary game players, as the games generally use very expensive and inconvenient 'backpack' systems: To solve this problem, several augmented games have been proposed using mobile devices equipped with cameras, but it can be only enjoyed at a previously-installed location, as a ‘color marker' or 'pattern marker’ is used to overlap the virtual object with the real environment. Accordingly, this paper introduces an augmented game, called augmented galaga based on traditional well-known galaga, executed on mobile devices to make game players experience the game without any economic burdens. Augmented galaga uses real object in real environments, and uses scale-invariant features(SIFT), and Euclidean distance to recognize the real objects. The virtural aliens are randomly appeared around the specific objects, several specific objects are used to improve the interest aspect, andgame players attack the virtual aliens by moving the mobile devices towards specific objects and clicking a button of mobile devices. As a result, we expect that augmented galaga provides an exciting experience without any economic burdens for players based on the game paradigm, where the user interacts with both the physical world captured by a mobile camera and the virtual aliens automatically generated by a mobile devices.

Purpose: This study assessed the feasibility of near-infrared (NIR) imaging with indocyanine green (ICG) in investigating the completeness of laparoscopic lymph node (LN) dissection for gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: Patients scheduled for laparoscopic gastrectomy for treating gastric cancer were enrolled in the study. After intraoperative submucosal ICG injection (0.05 mg/mL), LN dissection was performed under conventional laparoscopic light. After dissection, the LN stations of interest were examined under the NIR mode to locate any extra ICG-stained (E) tissues, which were excised and sent for pathologic confirmation. This technique was tested in 2 steps: infra-pyloric LN dissection (step 1) and review of all stations after proper radical node dissection (step 2). Results: In step 1, 15 patients who underwent laparoscopic pylorus-preserving gastrectomy (LPPG) and 15 patients who underwent laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (LDG) were examined. Seven and 2 E-tissues were obtained during LPPG and LDG, respectively. From the retrieved E-tissues, 1 and 0 tissue obtained during LPPG and LDG, respectively, was confirmed as LN. In step 2, 20 patients were enrolled (13 D1+ dissection and 7 D2 dissection). Six E-tissues were retrieved from 5 patients, and 1 tissue was confirmed as LN in the pathologic review. Overall, 15 E-tissues were detected and removed, and 2 tissues were confirmed as LNs in the pathologic review. Both nodes were from LN station #6, with 1 case each in the LDG and LPPG groups. Conclusions: NIR imaging may provide additional node detection during laparoscopic LN dissection for gastric cancer, especially in the infra-pyloric area.
