This study is to comparate on impact factors and moderator of incentives of knowledge transfer between Nonprofit and Profit organization. In nonprofit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, informal communication and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge sharing and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use. In profit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, and formal communication were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge acquisition and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use.

Objective : This study aimed to confirm the research characteristics and quality of single-subject literature among domestic studies that applied interactive metronome (IM) intervention. Methods : Regarding literature search, 11 single-subject studies using IM were selected from an online database from January 2011 to June 2022. Moreover, the general characteristics and quality of the research method were analyzed. Results : The qualitative level of the analyzed literature was above the moderate level. However, intervention blindness and reliability showed low compliance. The ABA design accounted for the largest proportion of methods. Most of the study participants had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Attention, balance, bilateral coordination, and timing were checked as dependent variables. The IM-SFT was used most frequently as an evaluation method. The mediation session applied more than 8-10 interventions for 3-11 weeks. The intervention results in all studies indicated functional improvement after intervention. Conclusion : It might be necessary to expand the application of IM interventions to diverse diseases. In addition, there is a need to study the effect on the participants' quality of life and changes in daily life along with dependent variables such as attention and balance

The most important factors for a product to survive in the market are cost and quality. In recent years, quality proceeds to cost. There are many techniques of use to improve the quality of a product. One of the techniques is applying statistical methods (especially Taguchi method) to real operational conditions for a continuous manufacturing process in P company. There are 91 factors to control in the process. So, we predetermined 7 main effect factors and 6 interactive effect factors by statistical methods and advices of engineers. With these 13 factors, we determined the optimal level of operations for the process.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of total factor productivity (TFP), institutional quality, and interactive variable between them on economic growth in 13 low-middle income countries in Asia for the period 2000-2018. The paper uses the difference Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to explore the dataset provided by the World Bank. The empirical results show that TFP and the interactive variable positively impact on the economic growth, while the institutional determinants have a negative influence. The negative effect is explained by the weak institutions in these low-middle income countries. The findings of the study suggest two points. First, the government should continue to improve TFP, which is associated with the application of technical advances, technological innovations, improvement of management methods, and skilled workers. Second, far more important, is that the authorities should pay special attention to implement institutional reform and strengthen the governance in the future. The successful experiences from Japan, Korea and Singapore will help other governments in Asian low-middle income countries to build developmental state. Probably, the developmental state actively interfere in the market to promote and realize the development goals. By doing so, these economies might overcome the so-called "middle-income trap".

The main purpose of this study is to develop new measurement device of the quality of terminal service, applying the existing research output of service marketing to the specific industrial aspect of container terminal. Especially we tried to help marketing managers present the points of effective marketing strategy with each dimension of service quality. To achieve this aim, we defined the service quality demensions of container port as the following three ones; the internal, the external, and the interactive qualities. The applied measuring instruments could be divided into three dimensions by carrying out factor analysis. Additionally, by analyzing the relative effects of the three dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction, we found that the relative importance are as follows; interaction quality>internal quality> external quality. We confirmed that the three dimensions of service quality could affect customer loyalty and information, through customer satisfaction.

As past paradigm discussion was restricted to the political issues and related antagonistic ideologies, there are desires to reignite discussion from the concrete theological practices and differences in methodological variations. Interactive Study does not require mere antithesis phase but requires interactive study creation as phase itself. The purpose of this study is to analyze quality methodology cases, and to provide basic data for the application of the methodology. For this purpose, current Journalism and Mass communication discussions will be examined and characteristics of quality study and traditional methodology types will be scrutinized. In further, researches in the scientific journals of Korean Association for Communication and Information Studies will be analyzed to point out trend of quality methodology. The scope of analysis includes theological background and methodology, sampling method, data collecting method, reliability analysis. Appliance of quality research method requires more rigid and detailed methodological discussions and applications.

As quality becomes a primary leading factor of organizational success, various management strategies have been introduced to improve quality competitiveness. Quality competitiveness, however, is difficult to measure and numerous organizations are struggling to set realistic improvement objectives. The primary purpose of this research is to propose a systematic approach to help the practitioners develop an improvement plan for their organizational quality competitiveness. This approach employs DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) to evaluate relative efficiency among companies which make efforts to improve their quality competitiveness. It presents an integer programming model to elicit an optimal improvement plan for meeting a target level. A decision support system is also developed for the managers to plan a sequential improvement plan based on both DEA model and the integer programming model.

Since interactive systems that the user interaction is important factor can be very complex, its design process may have various testing and feedback based on continuous prototyping. The prototypes in this process function as medium to explore design problem and communicate opinions with another expert of project team. So prototyping strategy may be needed to enhance the design quality by focusing on the goals of project. This study clarifies critical issues around the prototypes and characteristics of interactive system to understand broad meaning of prototypes. And prototype model proposes as a framework for establishment of prototyping stategy.

The web technology related with internet at present is changed into the 3D interactive environment form one sided communication of simple contents. In this paper, a high quality interactive Web3D Contents was realized by using the TurnTool, a authoring tool. This paper suggests the method that can easily and quickly realize the Web3D manual which is more realistic md capable of interaction with user. This method makes up for the weak points in the existing Web3D tool system. Therefore we can realize the contents that able to easily interact through minimizing file size md omitting procedure of additional EAI(External Authoring Interface) by using the Java Script.
