Content design for Gamification applied to advertising in user interaction (사용자 상호작용에 광고를 적용한 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠 설계)

  • In this paper, we investigated the approach of advertisement to game users. The interaction area in the game was considered to be an effective advertising delivery area. In order to verify this, theoretical research was applied to the theory of advertising in game interaction. Then, based on the theory, we designed and produced the contents of the Gamification contents. The game was produced by being classified as exposed advertisement and interactive advertisement. Based on these two, professional focus test was conducted. As a result, we have verified the design of a Gamification advertisement applied to game interaction. The validity of the theory of Interactive Advertising Design was acknowledged. However, production verification proved to be below average.

Interactive 3D Pattern Design Using Real-time Pattern Deformation and Relative Human Body Coordinate System (실시간 패턴 변형과 인체 상대좌표계를 이용한 대화형 3D 패턴 디자인)

  • Garment design needs an iterative manipulation of 2D patterns to generate a final sloper. Traditionally there have been two kinds of design methodologies such as the flat pattern method and the pattern draping method. But today, it is possible to combine the advantages from the two methods due to the realistic cloth simulation techniques. We devised a new garment design system which starts from 3D initial drape simulation result and then modifies the garment by editing the 2D flat patterns synchronously. With this interactive methodology using real-time pattern deformation technique, the designer can freely change a pattern shape by watching its 3D outlook in real-time. Also the final garment data were given relative coordinates with respect to the human anthropometric feature points detected by an automatic body feature detection algorithm. Using the relative human body coordinate system, the final garments can be re-used to an arbitrary body data without repositioning in the drape simulation. A female shirt was used for an example and a 3D body scan data was used for an illustration of the feature point detection algorithm.

  • The Cognitive Radio (CR) technology is a promising solution for exploiting the limited spectrum resources and providing flexibility of spectrum usage. Future interactive broadcasting service can be realized by utilizing CR concept, since the up-link return channel can be found by the spectrum sensing method, which is core functional block of the CR system. In this paper, the spectrum sensing technologies of CR system is presented. First the system architecture of the CR with spectrum sensing block is presented. The suggested spectrum sensing technique consists of the coarse and the fine spectrum sensing. The coarse spectrum sensing technique adopted the wavelet transform to provide the multi-resolution sensing feature - Multi-Resolution Spectrum Sensing (MRSS). The fine spectrum sensing technique uses the beneficial properties of the autocorrelation function Analog Auto-Correlation (AAC). The simulation results for the proposed sensing technologies are presented for various incumbent signals.

  • This paper descrides on the economical design of apartment house. * The optimal problems are made by considering the objective function which minimize the construction cost of frame. * The object functions are taken as the codfficient equations of the cost function for a unit area. * Constraints are the design limits defined by the ultimate flexural strength, the ultimate shear strength. the minimum thickness, and the ratio of steel in accordance with ACI 318-89 Code. * Optimization is achieved by optimum nonlinear GINO(General interactive Optimizer)program. In design examples, it is compared with the optimum design results of apartment house and underground parking lot for structural systems.

  • Since the origin of the web site in ti)e first part of the 90's there has been discussion regarding the function of aesthetics. Visual aesthetics has for the most part played an absolutely necessary role in human-computer interactive research. This study is intended to design websites on aesthetic aspects which focuses on the websites of universities in Korea and China. What exactly are the differences and commonalities of each; and how they have been clarified by methods of empirical research on aesthetic measurements.

  • The recognition of emotionality becomes so important that it is called 'emotional consumption society'. The emotional design, which is mostly concerned about users consensus and experiences, is understood from a interactive point of view, human, and space. Today, the emotional design is a new paradigm. From this point of view, this paper, which presents patterns analysis of outdoor lighting by the emotional design, applies expression techniques of the emotional design in Analysis process of outdoor lighting patterns. Also, this paper shows examples at analysis process.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effectiveness of interaction design in mobile APP by observing the impact of interaction design for elementary school education on enhancing learning immersion and continuous use intention, and propose an interaction design scheme based on elementary school education APP. The research methods are literature research and questionnaire survey. Specifically, through the literature research method, the concepts and prior studies on the concept, reviews the continuous use intention and previous research of interaction design. Then, conducts a questionnaire survey on elementary school students in South Korea and China to understand the interaction design, learning immersion, and continuous use intention, and analyzes the relationship between variables.The research result of this study is to observe the influence of interaction design elements within interaction on learning immersion and continuous use intention with elementary school students who are users of elementary school education application as the objects. The results show that interaction design within interaction has a positive impact on improving learning immersion and continuous use intention. It can be thought that this is because in mathematics/science education, it is easy to understand theoretical concepts or explanations, and stories and images will be continued at each stage to help students learn without being bored.In conclusion, this study can confirm that interactive inline design has a positive effect of enabling learners to engage in learning and continue to use.

  • In this thesis, for analysis of efficient semantics flow frameworks with creative designing of interaction, we propose three elements: coincidence with intuition and common sense, self-leading activeness, and diversity of control parameters. Through analysis of my interactive art works, it is shown that the three proposed qualitative measures for interactive flow analysis are very useful evaluation measures for efficient semantics flows of interactive art works. In the experiments for this analysis, we measured the duration of each action-response feedback, the enjoyment duration of each entire art work, and the number of different types of interactions. The proposed qualitative measures can be used to design models for new interactive art works, as well as for the evaluating framework for existing art works.

The Effect of Interactive Metronome Training on Attention to Autism Spectrum Disorder Children: Single Case Study (상호작용식 메트로놈(Interactive Metronome; IM) 훈련이 자폐 스펙트럼 장애아동의 주의집중력에 미치는 영향 : 단일대상연구)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interactive metronome (IM) training on attention among children on the autistic spectrum. Methods: This is a single case study, using ABA design, of one child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who had attentional difficulties. A total of 20 sessions were conducted: 3 baseline sessions (A), 14 intervention sessions (B), and 3 follow-up baseline sessions (A'). During the intervention period (B), IM training was performed. Inattention and attention activities were measured as the dependent variables in all three phases (A, B, and A'). Results: Compared to baseline, the subject's inattention decreased in the IM training mediation period, and the performance of activities requiring attention also improved. The intervention effect was maintained even during the follow-up baseline period. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that IM training positively influences attention among children with ASD with attention deficit symptoms. Further, it provides the clinical basis of IM training as an intervention for children with ASD.
