SNS(Social Network Service)가 개인의 학습 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study of Effect of Social Network Service on Individual Learning Performance)

  • 본 연구는 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 강의에 있어 전통적인 오프라인 강의실 강의에 정보기술 발달과 함께 급속도로 확산되고 있는 SNS(Social Network Service)를 접목할 경우 학습성과의 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 시작되었다. 이를 위하여 101명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜 네트워킹 참여(online social networking engagement)와 사회적 수용(acculturation)은 교수와의 상호작용 품질(interaction quality with professors)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교수와의 상호작용품질은 협력학습(collaborative learning)과 학습성과(learning performance)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Various devices have been emerging as a means of measuring indoor air quality, and among them, there are devices that support real-time remote monitoring through IoT technology and a cloud environment. To improve indoor air quality, based on the results determined by measuring devices, air purifiers or ventilation systems may need to be operated, and temperature and humidity control may be required. In this paper, we propose a design of indoor air quality measuring devices required for indoor air quality evaluation, and of the system needed to control relevant devices to improve indoor air quality through the interaction with the measuring devices. Currently, the servers for the interaction of indoor air quality devices and IoT devices are divided into conventional server type and serverless type, comparing the differences in response time of IoT devices to changes of indoor air quality.

도시ㆍ농촌 지역 어머니의 보육시설 질적 기준에 대한 인식 비교 (The Comparision of Mother′s Perception of the Importance of Selected Quality Criteria when Choosing a Day Care Center in Urban and Rural Community)

  • The purposes of this research are to find out the standards which mothers consider seriously when choosing a day care center and mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center, and to estimate the differences of these according to region. The sample consisted of 568 mothers with children using day care center located at the city of Taegu and Dalsung Gun. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, Percentage, chi-square, t-test, chronbach's $\alpha$. The results are summerized as follows : 1. In mother's perception for the quality criteria of day care center, the mothers living in the large city perceived more importantly in staff qualifications, administration - evaluation, staff- parent/staff- child interaction, curriculum, staffing, physical environment nutrition, health and safty than mothers in rural community. 2. In the importance classified by domains of the quality criteria of day care center, there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of region in staff qualifications, staff-parent/staff-child interaction, curriculum, staffing, physical environment 3. Given the present situations (income, transportation, location of workplace, etc.), when mothers choose a day care center, generally, staff-parent/staff-child interaction was the most important factor. And according to region, the distance to workplace or home was the most important factor in the case of mothers living in the large city, on the other hand, staff-parent/staff-chad interaction was the most important factor in the case of mothers living in rural community when mothers choose an ideal day care center, generally staff-parent/staff-chad interaction was the most important selection standard, and there were not remarkable differences according to region.

부동산중개서비스품질과 신뢰와 재이용의도간의 관련성 분석 (A Study on Relations of Real Estate Brokerage Service Quality, Credibility, and Request Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 통해 도출한 부동산중개서비스품질 요소들 중 핵심적인 부동산중개서비스품질 요인을 찾아내고 이들 요인들의 재이용의도에 대한 관련성 정도를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부동산중개서비스품질 변수(전문지식, 태도, 상호작용)와 신뢰 및 재이용의도 정도를 포함한 설문을 작성하여 부동산중개사무소를 이용한 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 이 자료를 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형을 이용한 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 상호작용은 신뢰에 양의 영향을 미치고 신뢰는 다시 재이용의도에 양의 영향을 미치고 있으며 동시에 상호작용은 재이용의도에 직접적으로도 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 분석결과, 부동산중개사무소의 경영자는 고객의 재방문의도를 높이기 위해 부동산중개서비스품질 요인들 중 상호작용에 관심을 두어야함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 위한 설문을 전국규모로 하여 분석결과의 일반화는 향후연구과제로 남긴다.

Effects of SNS Characteristics on SNS Engagement and Consumer Brand Engagement

  • Purpose: Social Network Sites(SNS) have been grown up as a public communication channel consumer frequently participate in. Most of food service brands are utilizing social media for advertising recently. As a result of SNS marketing, food service brands anticipate positive outputs from SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement so that we need to verify structural relationship among SNS characteristics, SNS engagement and consumer brand engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: This study identifies that SNS characteristics have effects on SNS engagement and examines relationship between SNS engagement and behavioral engagement. We conceptualize SNS characteristics as information quality, hedonic level and interaction. Furthermore, SNS engagement is composed of SNS participation, positive word of mouth(WOM). In order to verify the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. Sample data were collected from 433 online survey panels and analyzed by using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Result: The findings of this research are as follows. First, information quality is positively related with SNS participation. Hedonic level and interaction have impacts on SNS participation and positive WOM respectively. Second, SNS participation has positive effects on positive WOM. Third, both SNS participation and WOM influence behavioral engagement respectively. Conclusions: The implications demonstrate that SNS characteristics such as information quality and hedonic level and interaction exert effects for consumer to participate in SNS brand page. Meanwhile, hedonic level and interaction influence on positive WOM but information quality doesn't. SNS participation and positive WOM affect consumer to engage in specific brand behaviorally as well. Therefore, food service brand marketer is required to manage SNS information quality and hedonic level and interaction among members to encourage SNS participation and positive WOM. As SNS participation and positive WOM increases behavioral engagement of consumer, marketer needs to incentivize SNS participation and look after situation of positive WOM and respond swiftly.

KD-SQS Service Quality in Discount-Based Retail: Service Guarantee Adjustment Effect, Service Value, and Store Loyalty

  • Purpose - This study focuses on "large-scale marts," which is a typical discount-based retail channel (hereinafter, DRC), and provides practical managerial implications by applying the KD-SQS service quality factor based on customers' experiential perspective by developing and applying existing service measures. Research design, data, and methodology - The research subjects include adults who have experienced "large-scale marts." The research involved SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 19.0 packages; path analysis is used to analyze structural relationships. Results - First, physical aspects, human interaction, and additional convenience aspects of service quality have statistically significant influence on service value. Second, physical aspects, human interaction, and policy have statistically influence on store loyalty. Third, service value influences store loyalty. Fourth, service guarantee adjusts the relationship between service quality, service value, and store loyalty in terms of human interaction and policy. Conclusion - Among service quality measures, improving service value through personal service needs to be prioritized, while we need to develop different methods for the service guarantee system to effectively influence service value and store loyalty.

보육교사의 직무만족도, 교사-부모 및 교사-유아 상호작용 간의 구조모형 분석 (A Structural Equation Modeling Analysis of the Influence of Child Care Teachers' Job Satisfaction and Teacher-Parent Cooperation on Teacher-Child Interaction)

  • Objective: This study examined the relationship between child care teachers'job satisfaction, teacher-parent partnership, and teacher- child interaction in order to improve the quality of child care. Methods: Self-report questionnaires were used on 321 child care teachers and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis. Results: First, significant correlations existed among variables except the relationship between payment/promotion and other variables. The results showed that child care teachers'job satisfaction had a significant and direct influence on teacher-child interaction, and teachers' job satisfaction was partially mediated by teacher-parent partnership on teacher-child interaction. Conclusion/Implications: The findings confirm that teachers' job satisfaction and teacher-parent partnership are preceding factors for positive teacher-child interaction. Significant attention should be paid to child care teachers'psychological satisfaction and teacher-parent relationships to promote the quality of child care and the positive interaction between teachers and children.

미용서비스 품질이 서비스 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관계품질과 전환비용의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of Service Quality on Service Loyalty in the Beauty Service: The Mediating Roles of Relationship Quality and Switching Cost)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating roles of the relationship quality and the switching cost during the processing of effects of service quality on the service loyalty in the beauty industry. Service quality factors were defined as the interaction quality, the outcome quality and the physical environment quality. The relationship quality were defined as the satisfaction and the trust of customer. Amos was used to analyze the research hypotheses and the proposed model. All research hypotheses were adopted. The empirical results were as follows; Service quality influenced positively on the relationship quality, and then the relationship quality yielded the service loyalty. Also the relationship quality influenced positively on the switching cost and then the switching cost influenced positively on the service loyalty. Each service quality dimension had a significant effect on the satisfaction, the trust and the relative importance of service quality dimensions on the satisfaction, the trust followed the order of the interaction quality, the outcome quality and the physical environment quality.

학령전기 아동과 어머니의 상호작용, 아동 건강 상태, 건강 관련 삶의 질 및 사회적 발달 간의 관계 (Relationship between Preschool Child-Mother Interaction, Child's Health Status, Health-Related Quality of Life, and Social Development)

  • 목적 본 연구는 학령전기 동안의 모아상호작용과 아동의 사회적 발달, 건강 및 건강관련 삶의 질 간의 관련성을 살펴보고 향후 모아상호작용 중재 프로그램 개발 시에 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이며, 전북 지역에 거주하는 학령전기 아동과 어머니 230명을 편의 표출하여 자료 수집을 하였으며, 응답이 불충분한 설문지를 제외하고 최종 분석에 이용된 설문지는 총 209부였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 학령전기 아동과 어머니의 상호작용은 5점 만점에 $3.96{\pm}0.55$점으로 나타났고, 하부 영역 중 아동 영역 점수가 가장 낮고 양자적 영역 점수가 높게 나타났다. 아동의 건강 상태는 5점 만점에 $3.75{\pm}0.62$점으로 나타났으며, 아동의 건강관련 삶의 질은 100점 만점에 $83.89{\pm}10.20$점으로 나타났다. 하부 영역 중 운동 기능, 긍정적 기분, 활력 영역에서 높게 나타났고, 문제 행동, 식욕 문제, 수면 문제 영역에서 낮게 나타났다. 아동의 사회적 발달은 24점 만점에 $19.66{\pm}3.57$점으로 나타났다. 모아상호작용, 아동 건강상태, 건강관련 삶의 질과 사회적 발달 간에는 모두 긍정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 결론 학령전기 아동의 건강한 성장과 발달을 위해서, 아동의 주양육자인 어머니와 아동 간의 관계의 질이 무엇보다 중요함을 인식하였고, 이에 대한 적극적 관심과 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

A study on the impact of service quality of stage performance on willingness to continuously watch based on virtual reality technology

  • 본 논문은 가상현실 기술 플랫폼에서 지속적으로 무대 공연을 관람하고자 하는 소비자의 의지와 그 안에서 심리적 계약의 매개 역할을 탐색하기 위해 서비스 품질 이론을 통합하여 지속적인 관람 모델을 구축하고 실증적 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 소프트웨어 분석을 사용하였다. 가설검증을 통해 1. 상호작용의 질, 물리적 환경의 질, 결과의 질이 심리적 계약에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 2. 심리적 계약이 계속 시청하려는 의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다 3. 상호작용의 질, 신체적 환경 품질 및 결과 품질은 심리적 계약을 통해 계속 시청하려는 의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 모델은 기업이 자신의 서비스 품질에 대한 소비자의 인식을 파악하고 특정 전략을 수립하며 무대 공연 기업에 새로운 방향과 통찰력을 제공하는 데 참고할 수 있다.
