확률적 언어모델링은 일련의 단어열에 문장확률값을 적용하는 기법으로서 음성인식, 확률적 기계번역 등의 많은 자연언어처리 응용시스템의 중요한 한 요소이다. 기존의 접근방식으로는 크게 n-gram 기반, 문법 기반의 두가지가 있다. 일반적으로 n-gram 방식은 원거리 의존관계를 잘 표현 할 수 없으며 문법 기반 방식은 광범위한 커버리지의 문법을 습득하는데에 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일종의 단순한 의존문법을 기반으로 하는 언어모델링 기법을 제시한다. 의존문법은 단어와 단어 사이의 지배-피지배 관계로 구성되며 본 논문에서 소개되는 의존문법 재추정 알고리즘을 이용하여 원시 코퍼스로부터 자동적으로 학습된다. 실험 결과, 제시된 의존관계기반 모델이 tri-gram, bi-gram 모델보다 실험코퍼스에 대해서 약 11%에서 11.5%의 엔트로피 감소를 보임으로써 성능의 개선이 있었다.

The field of cytochrome P450 pharmacogenomics has progressed rapidly during the past 25 years. Recently, conjugating enzymes including sulfotransferase, acetyltransferase, glucuronosyltransferase and glutathione transferase have been also extensively studied. All the major human drug-metabolizing P450 enzymes and some conjugating enzymes have been identified and cloned, and the major gene variants that cause inter-individual variability in drug response and are related to adverse drug reactions have been identified. This information now provides the basis for the use of predictive pharmacogenomics to yield drug therapies that are more efficient and safer. Today, we understand which drugs warrant dosing based on pharmacogenomics to improve drug treatment. It is anticipated that genotyping could be used to personalize drug treatment for vast numbers of subjects, decreasing the cost of drug treatment and increasing the efficacy of drugs and health in general. It is assumed that such personalized P450 gene-based treatment which is so-called tailor(order)-made drug therapy would be relevant for 10-20% of all drug therapy in the future.

The history of the Palgongsan Fault comprises the growth-fault, the dormant and the strike-slip phases. Dissecting the Palgongsan Granite, the Palgongsan Strike-slip Fault, which is the product of the final phase, sinistrally offset about 5.5 km as shown in the dislocation of the Hasandong Formation. Faulting, sedimentation and igneous activity were inter-related in the early phases of the Palgongsan Fault. Some other faults such as the Dansan Pond Fault and the Hayang Fault have also been discovered, and their some stratigraphic implications and the ages of faulting are discussed. The anomalous development of the Jindong Formation in the study area and the related stratigraphic problems are discussed. It has been confirmed that the Konchonri Formation deposited over the Chaeyaksan Volcanic Formation in spite of the recent doubts on their such stratigraphic relation. The chronological sequence of the volcanisms of the Kyongsang Basin has been summarized.

As the integrated circuit device shrinks to the smaller dimension, the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process was required for the global planarization of inter-metal dielectric(IMD) layer with free-defect. The effect of alternative commerical slurries pads, and post-CMP cleaning alternatives are discuess, with removal rate, scratch dentisty, surface roughness, dishing, erosion and particulate density used as performance metrics. we investigated the performance of $SnO_2$-CMP process using commonly used silica slurry, ceria slurry, tungsten slurry. This study shows removal rate and nonuniformity of $SnO_2$ thin film used to gas sensor by using Ceria, Silica, W-Slurry after CMP process. This study also shows the relation between partical size and CMP with partical size analysis of used slurry.

The purpose of this paper is to show how job satisfaction and job immersion are influenced by kitchen equipment and layouts. For verifying the credibility and availability of the results, the methods of inter-relational and factor analyses are carried out, based on 214 collected data from the questionnaire answered by employees involved in six 5-star hotel kitchens around Seoul area. Through the process of data coding and SPSS Win 12.0 program, those collected data are verified with a correlation analysis after having been carried out with frequency, factor and creditability analyses. The results are in the followings: kitchen equipment has a significant effect on job immersion as well as on job satisfaction while the kitchen layouts also give a desirable impact on job immersion and job satisfaction. In addition to them, the results show that job satisfaction also has an effect on job immersion. It is concluded that good kitchen equipment and layouts make kitchen workers turn to job immersion and satisfaction more, which will consequently have good effects on business.

본 연구에서는 충북 괴산 달천의 수전교 지점에서 기포식, 압력식, 레이더, 부자식 등 4종의 수위계를 함께 운영하여 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 관측 기종과 조건에 따른 수위값의 특성을 상대 비교 분석하였다. 기준 수위는 동시간대 측정한 4개 수위계의 평균값을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 전체적으로 수위계가 약 ${\pm}2%$ 범위에서 상대차이가 발생하고 있으나 레이더 수위계는 저수위에서는 이보다 약간 큰 범위에서 변동하고 있고, 홍수시에도 일부 측정 결과들은 큰 변동성을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과는 각 수위계의 오차 특성을 정확하게 판단할 수는 없고 경향성만 보여주었으나 측정 환경과 기종에 따른 차이가 다소 있음을 보여주었다.

The purpose of environmental education is to cultivate democracy citizens suitable for sustainable society. Suitable citizens for sustainable society are fostered person of environmental literacy, environmental sensibility, ecological and synthetic sights of environmental problems, decision making of environmental problems, and environmental responsibility etc. by environmental education. To achieve this purpose of environmental education effectively, it is desirable that produces and utilizes ICT(Information and Communication Technologies) works and methods that can show efficiently special sides(inter-relation, long-term effects etc.) of environmental problems. ICT environmental education materials and methods are raising the interest and participate of teenagers to environmental education because they are accustomed to the Internet in South Korea. Students can easily conversation with the person of similar interests and environment experts through cyber ICT environmental education. The directions of developing ICT teaching materials for environmental education to enforce self-directed learning, cooperation studying etc.

It is analyzed how the Plasma - MgO surface interaction, driving waveform and their inter-relation can cause misfiring. Developing of glow discharge mode during the ramp reset due to lack of priming particles was suggested as one of the important misfiring sources. It is also shown that simple modification of reset waveform can considerably reduce misfiring probability.

Reviewing the meaning aid task of balance of regional development, this papa examines the causes of the underdevelopment of rural areas in relation to the urbanization process, probes the concept, principle and necessity of rural community development, and suggests the policy tasks for rural community development in the perspective of regionally balanced development. Since 1960's, Korea has pursued a growth-oriented economic policy. The focus on the aggregated growth, however, has resulted bo invite some regional disparity problems. In the process of development, regional disparity problems were quite a large rural areas compared with urban areas relatively. The under-development of rural areas is deeply correlated with the overcrowding (or overconcentration) phenomena of urban(or metropolitan) areas. The urban-biased policy is the primary cause of the deepening regional imbalance structure between urban and rural areas. The inter-regions equitable and well-balanced development is one of the national policy issues by which the government is confronted, since the issue is closely related with national quality of life. Main three policy tasks for rural community development were 'the new paradigm of development policy' , 'local-oriented policy' and 'human-oriented policy'.

This paper presents a task-based analysis on the number of independent robotic fingers required for compliant manipulations. Based on the stiffness relation between operational space and fingertip space of a multi-fingered object manipulating system, we describe a technique for modulation of the fingertip stiffness without inter-finger coupling so as to achieve the desired stiffness specified in the operational space. Thus, we provides a guide line how many fingers are basically required for successful multi-fingered compliant tasks. Consequently, this paper enables us to assign effectively the number of fingers for various compliant manipulations by robot hands.
