외식업체의 로스리더 마케팅 요인과 브랜드 태도, 재방문 의도 관계: 브랜드 태도의 매개효과와 브랜드 신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship of Loss-Leader Marketing Factors, Brand Attitude and Revisit Intention in the Restaurant Industry: Focus on the Mediating Effect of Brand Attitude and the Moderating Effect of Brand Credibility)

  • This study aimed to find the influence with the moderating effects of brand credibility and the mediating effect of brand attitude from the relationship of Loss-Leader marketing factors, brand attitude and revisit intention to make management strategies and provide basic materials for the future restaurant industry. From the findings in this study, only limited sales strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had a positive effect on revisit intention. Both Limited Sales and Price Discount Strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had positive effects on the brand attitude, while Plus Pack strategy had a negative effect on the brand attitude. Also, the brand credibility has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the Loss-Leader marketing factors and the brand attitude, and the brand attitude has a significant effect on revisit intention. The results indicated that these findings would be basic materials for Loss-Leader marketing factors and related studies in the future. In addition, this study suggests good implications in establishing and using the effective marketing management strategies in the restaurant industry.

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 운영 중인 전체 스키리조트를 대상으로 서비스품질과 고객만족, 그리고 재방문 의도 간에 미치는 영향력을 규명하여 현재 국내 스키여가산업의 서비스품질을 실증적으로 진단함과 동시에 향후 스키리조트의 발전모델을 정립하기 위한 학문적 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 국내에서 운영 중인 17곳의 스키리조트에 대한 현장조사를 통하여 2000부의 설문지가 배포되었고 총 1963부가 회수되어 자료의 분석에 사용되었다. 연구의 수행결과 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키 리조트의 서비스품질은 고객의 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키리조트의 서비스품질은 고객의 재방문의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키리조트에 대한 고객만족은 향후 재방문의도에 영향을 미쳤다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 개성이 소비자 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Brand Personality of Internet Shopping Mall on Consumer Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit)

  • 본 연구는 국내 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 개성차원을 개발하여 브랜드 개성이 소비자 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 따라서 최근 6개월 이내에 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 구매경험이 있는 부산지역 대학생 소비자들을 대상으로 표본조사를 실시하였다. 구체적으로 시장점유율 상위에 있는 종합쇼핑몰과 오픈마켓 등 11개 쇼핑몰을 선정, 비교대상으로 하여 설문지 조사를 통해 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 브랜드 개성차원은 '유능 세련성', '활기', '정감', '신뢰성' 등으로 나타났다. '정감', '신뢰성'이 소비자 만족도와 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, '신뢰성'이 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 재방문의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 소비자 만족도는 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 개성차원 중에서도 '정감', '신뢰성'을 더욱 강화하는 구체적인 전략개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

  • As Korean food service franchise companies sought to advance into around 2,000 new foreign markets, the importance of global management was emphasized. They intensively expanded into Chinese and American markets in 2015 and these two markets account for approximately 40% of total food service franchise companies in foreign countries. Although Japan has huge franchise market, Korean food service franchise companies in Japan only account for 5% of total franchise companies in Asian countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between food service franchise selection factors, brand loyalty, and revisit intention of Japanese consumers using Korean food service franchise companies in Japanese food service market, and based on the analysis results, draw the implications for the expansion of Korean food service franchise companies into the Japanese market. Food service franchise selection factors is defined as service and cleanliness, taste, safety and reliability, cost and convenience, and professionalism. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on the brand loyalty, it showed that five food service franchise selection factors including professionalism, service and cleanliness, cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on the brand loyalty. One of the most important factors influencing the brand loyalty is professionalism. In order to raise food service franchise's professionalism, it is necessary for the food service franchise companies to establish stronger strategies containing professional operation systems and services compared to general restaurants. Second, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on revisit intention, five food service franchise selection factors, service and cleanliness, safety and reliability, and cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on revisit intention. One of the most important factors influencing revisit intention is safety and reliability. Thus, in order to raise safety and reliability it is important to form trust with consumers by properly utilizing systems of food hygiene and food safety accreditation.

  • 본 연구는 와인 바의 브랜드 이미지와 각 변수들 간의 영향 관계를 연구함에 있어 다음과 같은 연구과제를 두었다. 첫째, 와인 바를 이용하고 있는 고객의 브랜드 이미지 요인을 요인분석 한다. 둘째, 충성도 요인과 재방문 의도 요인을 요인분석 한다. 셋째, 브랜드 이미지가 고객만족, 충성도, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을, 그리고 고객의 만족도가 충성도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향, 마지막으로 충성도가 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 본 연구를 위해 모집단은 서울 지역 와인 바을 이용하고 있는 고객들을 대상으로 하였고, 와인 바에서 일대일 면접형식으로 진행하였으며, 300부를 배포하여 총 256부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 와인 바의 브랜드 이미지는 고객만족에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 와인 바의 브랜드 이미지는 재방문 의도에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 와인 바의 브랜드 이미지는 충성도에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 와인 바 고객의 고객만족은 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 와인 바 고객의 고객만족은 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 와인 바 브랜드의 충성도는 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다.

  • Purpose - Every company studies how to attract and retain new customers to increase competitiveness and profitability. Companies establish strategies to attract customers, secure competitive advantage and generate revenue. Businesses are looking for newer and better ways to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. One of the requirements for service differentiation is to make it a prerequisite for an engaging customer experience. Customer experience can be attained through service experience. Satisfaction determine whether to reuse the food service franchise. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer experience on the satisfaction and revisit intention of food service franchise. In this study, customer experience consists of three attributes such as service environment, food quality, and price fairness. Also, this study is to identify the importance of three service experience attributes of customer satisfaction and revisit intention using ANN (artificial neural network) analysis. Research design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted on customers who have visited franchise restaurants in one month in order to examine how service environment, food quality, and price fairness have been influenced customer satisfaction and revisit intention through online survey company (SM culture & contents). A total of 300 representative surveys were collected. Of those collected surveys, 26 were not used due to missing information, resulting in 274 as the final sample size. The sample size was more than 10 times more than the number of variables used in the structural model analysis. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Service environment and price fairness have a significant effect on satisfaction. However, food quality did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, it was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, according to the results of ANN analysis, satisfaction as a dependent variable was found to be the most important in male price fairness and service environment in female. Also, when the revisit intention is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price fairness are important. Also, when the intention to revisit is used as a dependent variable, both male and female price processes are important. Conclusions - First, a restaurant franchise enterprise needs to manage customer service experience. Customers should strive to eat and enjoy at a dining franchise store. Second, it is necessary to design a food service franchise shop as a customer-oriented service environment. Franchise companies need to improve the environment so that customers can use the store conveniently. Third, the restaurant franchise menu price needs to be cheaper than the alternative menu. The restaurant franchise menu needs to be constructed with a popular menu that can be used continuously by the customer, so that it can be set at a reasonable price.

로컬푸드 매장의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Service Quality of Local Food stores on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention)

  • This study identified the impact of the service quality of local food stores on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention of the customers as the interest into local foods is increasing. The main outcomes are as follows: First, many of the respondents said that they use the local food stores based on the trust in the origin of the products and good quality. Second, reliability and validity were suitable for factor analysis and the correlation had a positive (+) directivity. Third, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles were analyzed to have a positive (+) impact among the 5 aspects of service quality except for responsiveness. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive (+) impact on the intention to revisit the local food stores, and reliability, assurance and empathy had a positive (+) impact on revisiting intention at the statistical significance level except for responsiveness and tangibles among the 5 service quality aspects. Therefore, it is thought to be required to keep having interests into service quality to gain a competitive edge as a sustainable management system since the service quality of local food stores has impacts on customer satisfaction and intention to revisit.

의사결정나무분석을 활용한 방문 만족도, 재방문 의사, 타인 권유 의사 결정요인 분석 - 코로나19 상황에서의 한국 방문 외래관광객을 대상으로 - (Determinants of Satisfaction, Revisit Intention, and Recommendation Intention Using Decision Tree Analysis - Foreign Tourists Visiting Korea during the COVID-19 Pandemic -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국 관광 수요가 회복되고 있는 현시점에서, 코로나19의 위협에도 불구하고 한국을 방문한 외래관광객의 만족도, 재방문 의사, 그리고 타인 권유 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 한국관광공사가 2020년 한국을 방문한 외래방문객 8,135명을 대상으로 조사한 자료를 활용하였다. 조사자료가 연속형 변수와 범주형 변수가 혼재되어 있어 분석의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 의사결정나무분석을 수행한 결과, 외래방문객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 방문 목적과 체재 기간 중 자가격리 포함 여부로 나타났다. 재방문 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 방문 목적, 방문 횟수, 그리고 체재 기간 중 자가격리 포함 여부 그리고 타인 권유 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 방문 목적, 체류 기간, 성별로 확인되었다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 본 연구는 이런 요인과 만족도, 재방문 의사, 그리고 타인 권유 의사 간의 관계에 대한 설명뿐만 아니라 관광 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

전문병원인지에 따른 병원 선택요인과 만족도·재이용 의사 및 추천 의사에 관한 연구 : 관절전문병원 입원환자를 대상으로 (Hospital Selection Factors and Satisfaction, Intention to Revisit and Recommend by Recognition of Specialized Hospital : Based on Joint Specialized Hospital Inpatients)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate selection factors for specialized hospital and to find out the impact of hospital selection factors on satisfaction, revisiting invention and recommendations. Methods: A survey was performed with 398 inpatients of 4 specialized joint hospital in Busan. Data were collected from August to October 2016 with questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. Results: First, inpatients know that it was a specialized hospital were highly satisfied and willing to revisit and recommend. Second, in hospital satisfaction, influence size was shown in order of specialty factors, service quality factors, physical factors, and accessibility factors. Third, the intention to revisit hospitals was higher in the awareness of a specialized hospital and high satisfied inpatients, and recommendation intend were affected by the higher revisitation intention, the high satisfaction level, and the high professionality level. Conclusions: All the hospital selection 4 factors for joint specialized hospitals affects satisfaction level which is linked to revisit and recommend. Specialized Hospitals will have to strengthen qualitative management of hospital selection factors to enhance patient satisfaction.

6th Industrial Experience Satisfaction of Visitors Study on Motivation for Revisit - Focusing on Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival -

  • In Hwaseong, South Korea, it is necessary to vitalize local festival by attracting local residents and tourists since 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival' should be in the direction to help the influx of tourists and cultural development for the local residents. It has been known that the quality and readiness of festival affects visitor satisfaction and actual visit. However, there have been only a few studies to examine the effect of local festival on post-behavior. Hence, this study, focusing on 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'which is a representative cultural tourism festival in the region of Hwaseong, South Korea, aims to understand the visitor's post-behavior intention in terms of revisit intention and recommendation intention. The results suggest that the impact of experiential, purchase visit motivation on post-behavior were smaller than deviant, social, interest, and cultural visit motivation. It also showed that visitor satisfaction leads to revisit intention and at the same time recommendation intention. Based on the result, we suggest practical implication for the success of local festival including 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'.
