Purpose This study investigates that the routes of psychological ownership in Fanpage and the effect of psycholoigical ownership on customer loyalty based on psychological ownership theory. Fans are customers who clicked 'Like' on the fan page. These fans have a lot of friends on Facebook, so the word-of-mouth is more effective than other online communities. Therefore, it is necessary for fans to have psychological ownership, actively responding to the fan pages, and recommending them to friends. However, previous social network service studies have overlooked the importance of psychological ownership. In this study, we examine what factors can increase psychological ownership and show that customer loyalty can be enhanced through psychological ownership. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to investigate the structural relationship between Fanpage Familiarity, Interaction(Customer-Brand interaction and Customer-customer interaction), Psychological Ownerhisp, and Customer Loyalty. Structural equation modeling with SmartPLS2.0 was used to analyze the relationships in the research model. Findings The results showed that Fanpage Familiarity and Customer-customer interaction is positively related with Psychological Ownership. However, Customer-Brand interaction did not influence Psychological Ownership. Psychological Ownership has a positive impact on Intention to Continue Using Fanpage and Recommend.
Purpose - The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of social status perception and interest in social issues on the authenticity perceived by consumers of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of premium brands. Research design, data, and methodology - Behavioral experiments were performed to observe the impact of consumers' social status perception and interest in social issues on their perceived authenticity of CSR motivation related to premium brands and consumer behavior. Results - We found that the possibility of social mobility and the degree of individuals' interest in the environment and CSR enable them to reconsider the authenticity of CSR motivation, thereby having positive effects on purchase intention, willingness to recommend the product, and brand value. This research also showed that proactive customers who seek to move up the social ladder have a stronger interest in social issues such as the environment or CSR. Conclusions - Our research suggests that when conducting a consumer segmentation analysis for the launch of CSR products (products released for CSR), a positive mind-set toward social mobility serves as an effective criterion.
This study dealt with a case study on the application of flipped learning to solid mechanics in college of engineering and analyzed the results of Pre-class survey, In-class activities, and Post-class survey to examine the effects of flipped learning. Total sample size of the analysis was 32 students who applied for solid mechanics in mechanical engineering department, consisting of 23 students in sophomore, five in junior and four in senior. The class was operated in three stages: Pre-class, In-class, and Post-class. The response of the students was observed at each stage of the class. According to the results, flipped learning was effective in learning knowledge of major subjects in engineering, and students actively participated in class activities and conducted smooth discussions with team members. Flipped learning has also improved students' class concentration and academic ability. Most of the students have expressed their intention to take classes or actively recommend other students when the classes are held. Effective classes will require systematic discussion guidance because flipped learning is closely related to discussion activities.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how to perceive the role of the slow city and provide policy and managerial implications on the necessity of the slow city management and distributional values based on perspectives of millennials and generation Z. This study examined i) how do millennials and generation Z perceive economic, environment, cultural, community, and quality of life factors on attitude toward the slow city? ii) how does attitude affect overall satisfaction and intention to recommend the slow city to other cities' residents? iii) how do millennials perspectives on proposed factors differ from generation Z? Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied t-test, factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: This study found that effects of economic and quality of life factors on attitude toward the slow city showed significance in cases of millennials and generation Z, while effects of environment factor on overall attitude showed significance in the case of generation Z. Conclusions: Governments should foster how millennials and generation Z understand the meanings of the slow city to form a better attitude in a society and put efforts to build a better image and management of the slow city.
The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker's loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group's job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

The purpose of this study was to compare with shopping behavior and satisfaction of who have visited Dongdaemun and Myeongdong and to provide the fundamental data for differentiation strategy of two fashion trading area. The survey was carried out targeting shoppers who were in Dongdaemun and Myeoongdong and then a total of 778 questionnaires were used for the data analysis; frequency, t-test, chi-squre independence test using SPSS. 20. The results of this study were as follows. Main shoppers in Dongdaemun were the teenagers and twenties, and in Myeongdong were twenties and thirtys. The shoppers who have visited Dongdaemun significantly considered 'store factor' such as store size and comfortability, store interior, store location and accessibility, and 'product factor' including material and quality, design, formfitting, and various sizes, while Myeongdong visitors thought 'promotion factor'such as business hours, one stop shopping, sale and event etc. as important factor. The degree of satisfaction for marketing mix of Myeongdong trade area was higher than Dongdaemun's one. The case of impulse buying in two trade area was not high, while intention to revisit Dongdaemun and Myenongdong was all higher than average. Consumers were more intended to recommend Myeongdong over Dongdaemun to others.
Diffusion of e-learning has been accelerated according as the convenience and effectiveness have been increased rapidly due to the advancement of information technology. However, there has been few studies on systematic evaluation of its performance. SERVQUAL model was applied to evaluate the service quality of a 100% on-line lecture opened in a major Korean university. Two classes, one for 71 undergraduate students, the other for 79 graduate students, were opened for the lecture. The gaps between the expected service and the perceived service scores were compared with respect to sex, age, and e-learning experience. Although the gap score of male and female students were not different significantly, the gap scores among the other comparative groups were different. The perceived score of the older group with more than thirty ages was lower than that of the younger group. It seems that the older group evaluated the score based on the practical use of the subject since they are part-time students with jobs. Also, the perceived score of the group with previous e-learning experience was higher than that of the group with no e-learning experience. It seems that the experienced group evaluated it compared with the previous e-learning satisfaction. As it might be expected, the groups with higher perceived scores had stronger intention to recommend the e-learning lecture to other students.

This study was performed to verify the relationships among selection attribute, restaurant trust, experiential value, and recommendation focusing on sport center consumers. The data were collected from visitors who registered more than three months in the sport center in South Korea. Total 500 survey was distributed and 330 participants were used for further statistical analysis. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows were used for statistical analysis. Five factors of selection attribute (menu, interior, exterior, staff, convenience) were extracted, and measured by using 15 questions. According to the results of this study, interior, exterior, and staff factors have positive effects on restaurant trust, and interior and menu were significant predictors of the experiential value. In addition, present study confirmed the theoretical relationship among trust, experiential value, and recommend intention as perceived by sport center visitors. Although there are many studies which demonstrated the relationships among selection attribute and other outcome variables, little research explained the relationships among the variables from sport center consumers. Therefore, this study will contribute to provide meaningful results and some practical implications for both academia and the related foodservice industry.
Many companies have recently become interested in using social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook as a new channel to communicate with their customers. For example, companies often offer "special deals" (e.g., coupons, discounts, free samples, etc.) to their customers who participate in promotions or events on social networking sites. Companies often make important announcements on their products or services on social networking sites. By doing so, customers are encouraged to continue to have relationships with companies on social networking sites and to recommend the companies' presence on social networking sites to other potential customers. Moreover, customers who keep close relationships with companies on social networking sites often provide the companies with valuable suggestions and feedback. For instance, Starbucks has more than 2 million followers on Twitter, and often receive suggestions and feedback for their product offerings and services from the followers on Twitter. Although companies realize potential benefits of using social networking sites as a channel to communicate with their customers, it appears that many companies have difficulty forging long-lasting relationships with customers on social networking sites. It is often reported that many customers who had followed companies on Twitter later stopped following them for various reasons. Therefore, it is an important issue to understand what motivates customers to continue to keep relationships with companies on social networking sites. Nonetheless, due attention has yet paid to this issue until recently. This study intends to contribute to our understanding on customers' intention to continue to follow companies on Twitter and to spread positive word-of-mouth about companies on Twitter. Specifically, we identify seven potential factors that customers perceive as important in evaluating their experience with companies on Twitter. The seven factors include similarity, receptivity, interactivity, ubiquitous connectivity, enjoyment, usefulness and transparency. We posit that the seven perception factors can affect the two types of satisfaction, emotional and cognitive, which can in turn influence on customers' intention to follow companies on Twitter and to spread positive word-of-mouth about companies on Twitter. Research hypotheses formulated in this study were tested with data collected from a questionnaire survey administered to customers who had been following companies on Twitter. The data was analyzed with the partial least square (PLS) approach to structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis based on 177 usable responses were generally supportive of our predictions for the effects of the seven factors identified and the two types of satisfaction. In particular, out results suggest that emotional satisfaction was strongly influenced by perceived similarity, perceived receptivity, perceived enjoyment, and perceived transparency. Cognitive satisfaction was significantly influenced by perceived similarity, perceived interactivity, perceived enjoyment, and perceived transparency. While cognitive satisfaction was found to have significant and positive effects on both continued following and word-of-mouth intentions, emotional satisfaction had a significant and positive effect only on word-of-mouth intention.

This research article investigates the way eWOM in social media influences the formation of destination image through development of trust and satisfaction for the potential tourist. The research involved administering an 18-point questionnaire taking online reviews, tourist involvement, and eWOM, destination image components of trust and satisfaction as variables. Data was collected from 554 individuals forming a cross-section of social media users and analyzed using multi-variate techniques (Reliability, CFA, and SEM). Results indicate a positive and significant relationship between all except online review and destination trust and satisfaction. Indirect and direct effects indicate that eWOM fully mediates the relationship between destination satisfaction and involvement and partially mediates the relationship between destination trust and involvement. In the case of online reviews, eWOM acts as a full mediator between destination trust and destination satisfaction for the future traveler using social media. The study proposes that components of image vary depending upon the degree of involvement, volume online reviews and eWOM generated also termed as 'virality' and these in turn influence the intention to revisit or recommend a destination. The study highlights its utility for National Tourist Organizations (NTOs) and online travel intermediaries to enhance destination marketing efforts.
