개인의 혁신성이 복합서점의 서비스 디자인 요인과 이용자의 구전에 미치는 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Personal Innovativeness on a Combined Book Store's Service Design Factor & User's Word of Mouth)

  • 최근 라이프 스타일의 변화에도 불구하고 서점이라는 콘텐츠는 그 양태를 바꾸면서 꾸준히 우리 곁을 지키고 있다. 본고는 이런 환경에서 개인의 혁신성이 복합서점의 서비스 디자인 요인과 구전 의도에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 실증한 연구이다. 연구자들은 개인의 혁신성이 복합서점의 서비스 디자인 요인에 영향을 줄 것으로 보았다. 또한 선행연구를 통하여 추론한 복합서점의 서비스 디자인 요인 상호간에도 상당한 인과관계가 있을 것으로 가정하였다. 나아가 매개변인으로서 이들이 내부변인인 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성 및 만족, 구전 의도에 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설을 제시하였고, 확장된 기술수용모델과 후기수용모델의 통합모델을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구자들은 본 연구가 대형 유통시설 내 주요 테넌트로 주목받는 복합서점에 대하여 개발자의 입장으로 접근한 연구라는 점에서 상당한 기여가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

비콘을 이용한 사업장과 고객간 상호작용을 위한 고객식별 서비스 플랫폼 (Customer Identification Service Platform for Interaction between Business Firms and Customers using Beacon)

  • 오늘날 사업장들은 고객의 소비활동을 촉진하기 위해 다양한 방법의 IT기반 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 대표적으로 고객이 해당 사업장 근처에 접근했을 때 광고 문자나 할인쿠폰을 보내는 위치기반 서비스를 예로 들 수 있다. 이것은 사업장과 고객간의 상호작용이 아닌 사업장의 광고 내용을 고객의 의사와는 관계없이 일방적으로 고객의 스마트폰에 전송하는 형태이며 사업장은 어떤 고객에게 해당 광고내용을 전송했는지 실시간으로 알 수 없다. 현재 대부분의 서비스가 이러한 형태에 속한다. 따라서 사업장과 고객간의 상호작용이 이루어지는 새로운 형태의 위치기반 고객 서비스가 필요하다. 이것은 고객이 사업장을 방문했을 때 어떤 고객이 어떤 사업장을 방문하였는지를 자동으로 식별하여 해당 사업장의 컴퓨터에 실시간으로 전달하고, 사업장은 해당 정보를 이용하여 고객 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 비콘을 이용하여 사업장과 고객간의 상호작용 및 고객식별을 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 개발한다. 또한 특정한 하나의 사업장에 제한된 것이 아닌 다양한 사업장과 고객들이 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 오픈 플랫폼 환경을 제공한다.

행정기관 SNS 이용의 결정요인 (The Determinants of the Usage of Government Institutions' SNS)

  • Purpose: This study was tried to investigate a structural relationship among key impacting factors and usage in SNS of government institutions. It was designed to research the processing property of SNS, the emotional property of SNS, and the service property of SNS for the SNS usage. Based on the research framework from the relationships among intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS, the empirical research model and the hypotheses were established. Design/methodology/approach: Data for empirical study were collected from 453 of total distributed 500 by the structured questionnaire survey with SNS users of government institutions. The analysis was performed from effective 432 data, and the sample was mainly consisted of men, the thirty-old, and salesmen. Findings: The results showed that the emotional and service properties in intrinsic characteristics of SNS have a significantly positive effect to the value perception and the security variable in social psychological characteristics has a significant positive effects to the trust. Finally, the value perception has positive effects on both trust and use intention of government institutions' SNS. Meaning of these results is that intrinsic SNS characteristics, social psychological characteristics, and the attitude of government institutions' SNS have a significant effect on SNS usage.

모바일 상거래에 대한 IT인력의 혁신저항 (The Innovation Resistance of IT Workforce to Mobile Commerce)

  • 본 연구는 기술에 대한 이해와 경험의 정도가 높은 IT종사자들이 모바일 상거래와 같은 혁신에 대한 저항에 있어서 비IT 종사자과 비교하여 어떤 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 모바일 상거래에 대한 인식을 대상으로 하였다. 총 317명의 설문결과는 IT인력이 모바일 상거래에 저항하는 요인으로는 지각된 위험, 적합성, 복잡성이 확인되었으며, 비IT인력의 경우 상대적 이점, 적합성, 복잡성이 주요 요인이었다. 그리고 모바일 상거래의 두 집단 모두의 결과에서 혁신저항이 클수록 사용의도가 낮게 나타났다.

패션 셀렉트샵 인테리어 디스플레이의 VMD 구성요소에 관한 연구 (A study on the VMD elements of fashion select shop interior displays)

  • This study examines the role of visual merchandising (VMD) in creating effective interior displays for fashion "select shops"(shops that carry a wide selection of brands) amid the recent changes in consumption trends, with consumer needs becoming increasingly individualized and diversified. Fashion select shop interior displays can be categorized as self-service, showcase, counter, and environmental display spaces. Regarding the VMD elements that contribute to effective interior displays, we reached the following conclusions. First, in self-service displays, in order to heighten sales efficacy, display elements should be presented in such a way as to enable customers to select products with ease by themselves. Second, the mere presence of showcase displays was found to be insufficient; if, however, select shops use showcase displays to arrange products according to the flow of customer traffic, enabling the creation of a gentrified atmosphere for products, this may contribute to a differentiated image of brands, heightening perceived product value. Third, in counter displays, having a harmonious arrangement of display and presentation elements promotes sales by inspiring customer confidence. Fourth, regarding environmental displays, it is important for stores to have attractive interior designs and decorations in order to reproduce settings in which products are actually used, as this can inspire interest in products and promote customers' purchasing intention.

Application of AI in Marketing Strategy: Insights from Millennials and Generation Z

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of millennials and Generation Z regarding AI applications in marketing, an area that has been rarely explored in previous researches. This study formulated research questions how millennials and Generation Z perceive the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, affective factor, immersive experience, cognitive factor social factor and competitiveness of products and brands on overall attitude through the lens of AI applications in marketing. Additionally, this study also explored the influence of overall attitudes on satisfaction, intention to use, and loyalty towards AI applications. Research design, data and methodology: To gather data, this study employed an online survey conducted in collaboration with a reputable research organization. This study utilized factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis for data analysis. Results: The findings revealed that the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, and competitiveness on attitude demonstrated significance in both millennials and generation Z cohorts. The study identified that cognitive and social factors significantly influenced attitudes among millennials, whereas affective and immersive experiences showed significance in influencing attitudes among Generation Z. Conclusions: The findings offer valuable managerial implications, shedding light on the application of AI in marketing with distinct perspectives between millennials and Generation Z.

결과지표로서의 환자 만족도에 관한 연구 (Patient Satisfaction as an Outcome Indicator)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing patient satisfaction and to evaluate the utility of patient satisfaction as an outcome indicator. The study was conducted by mailed questionnaire. The subjects were 900 patients discharged from adult nursing units in a tertiary teaching hospital. On the discharge date, questionnaires were distributed by two trained research assistants. The questionnaire developed by the researchers was based on Larson(1996)'s study, and consisted of 71 items with the following components: overall satisfaction, domain-specific satisfaction(administration process, hospital facility and environment, nurses, and doctors), patients' loyalty(intention to use the health care service of the hospital in the future), recommendation to others, health benefits, and demographic characteristics. Each item was rated using a five point Likert scale ranging from '1=strongly disagree' to '5= strongly agree'. The response rate was 43%(387/900). The satisfaction level with the health care service was generally high. Perceived health status was the only significant factor influencing satisfaction level. Satisfaction with doctors contributed the most to explaining overall satisfaction. Overall satisfaction was significantly correlated with patient loyalty, recommendation, to other and perceived health benefit. It was found that the score of satisfaction was positively correlated with the score of loyalty, recommendation, and health benefit. Therefore, patient satisfaction seems to be a good outcome indicator.

SNS 선물하기에서 친교욕구의 형성 및 그 영향력 연구 (A Study on the Formation and Impact of Online Friendship Desire in SNS Gifting)

  • From old times, companies have created profits by developing business models utilizing their friendship with customers, so the relationships can be connected to the activity giving a gift. This activity of giving a gift is developed as the service of giving gifts via social network services (SNS) as the use of SNS and smart phones is recently increased in relation to that, this study set the online friendship desire and the SNS gift convenience as the intrinsic motive and the extrinsic motive of the SNS gift behavior, respectively. This study identified how the interactivity's sub factors influenced on the online friendship desire/SNS gift convenience by reorganizing the interactivity's sub factors in the mobile context. As the results of this study, it was found that the connectedness, the synchronicity and playfulness positively influenced on the online friendship desire for the SNS gift convenience, the only connectedness positively influenced on it. And it was identified that the SNS gift convenience and the online friendship desire positively influenced on the SNS gift intention. This study is academically meaningful in that it conducted an empirical research by focusing on the friendship desire in relation to the SNS gift. Besides, through the results of this study, the online friendship desire and the SNS gift convenience will have to be considered as providing any SNS gift service, and that is expected to create knowledge for SNS business model to companies.

  • 본 연구는 국세청전자문서시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 정보품질요인이 전자문서시스템의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성 그리고 시스템 사용태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 기술수용모형(TAM)을 이용하여 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 국세청전자문서시스템을 수용하는 과정에 있어서 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 전자문서시스템의 정보품질변수와 시스템의 사용태도에서 매개역할을 하고 있으며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시스템의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성의 완전 매개역할을 통해서 시스템 사용태도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Análisis Pragmático y Lingüístico de los Comentarios en la Prensa Digital

  • This work aims to describe pragmatic strategies and linguistic features of replies that occur in the comment section of online newspapers. The dominant media in this digital age is the Internet and its rapid development and expansion of use have contributed not only to the change of the form of production of journalistic texts, but also to the consumption of those texts. In the past, the news was transmitted in a unidirectional way but now readers of online newspapers do not remain passively reading the articles. They actively participate in the exchange of opinions with other readers. The individual consumption of journalistic texts has become a collective and social act. The purpose of the study is to investigate the communication intention of the users of comment sections and analyze the linguistic formulation of replies. We attempt to discover specific aspects of replies and responses for online newspaper articles, considering them as an independent type of Computer Mediated Communication (Internet Mediated Communication). Observing language attitudes appearing in the electronic environment and discovering the characteristics of the Spanish language on the Internet will allow us to contribute to understand the theoretical aspects related to the CMO better.
