FCM 알고리즘과 퍼지 소속도를 이용한 지능형 자가 진단 시스템 (An Intelligent Self Health Diagnosis System using FCM Algorithm and Fuzzy Membership Degree)

  • 본 논문에서는 전문적인 지식이 부족한 일반인들을 대상으로 자신의 건강 상태를 파악 할 수 있는 지능형 자가 진단 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 자가 진단 시스템은 보건 복지부에 제출된 '한국인이 부담을 가지는 질병' 관련보고서를 참조하여 선정한 30가지의 질병과 각 질병에 대한 대표 증상을 이용하여 질병을 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 개선된 FCM 알고리즘을 적용하여 질병 종류를 군집화하고 각 질병의 증상과 관련된 질의 결과를 입력 벡터로 적용하여 사용자의 건강 상태를 진단한다. 기존의 방법에서는 입력 벡터와 군집 중심과의 거리를 측정한 후 거리가 가까운 5가지를 선택하기 때문에 선택된 질의와 관련 없는 질병을 도출하는 단점이 있었다. 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위해, 선택된 질의와 도출된 질병에 대한 퍼지 소속도를 이용하여 정렬한다. 정렬된 질병에서 상위 5가지를 도출한 결과, 선택된 질의와 관련된 질병만을 도출하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • 도시생활에서 환경은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 환경요소는 스마트 도시 계획에서 꼭 다루어야 하는 주제이나, 도시 환경의 정보화 및 데이터 공유 부분은 현재 미흡한 상태여서 이를 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 난징시의 스마트화의 일환으로 친환경 정보화 건설 및 서비스 수요에 대한 심층조사를 진행하였고, 난징시의 스마트 도시 계획에 부합하면서, 환경의 품질을 개선하고 환경정보 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 친환경 정보 플랫폼의 디자인 연구와 그 구축에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 정보를 시각화 하는 부분에 대한 연구도 진행을 하였다. 이 결과는 난징 시 스마트 도시 구축에 중요한 모듈이다.

Thickness evaluation of Cr coating fuel rod using encircling ECT sensor

  • To improve the safety and life extension qualities of nuclear fuel rods which is currently made of zirconium (Zr) alloy, research on the application of chromium (Cr) coating was conducted. Cr coating has advantages such as increased corrosion resistance and reduced oxidation rate, but non-destructive thickness evaluation studies are needed to ensure the reliability of the steps taken to provide uniform coating thickness. Eddy current testing (ECT) is a representative non-destructive technique for such as thickness evaluation and surface defect inspection. To inspect changes in thickness at micron scale, the Swept Frequency Eddy Current Testing (SFECT) method was applied to select a frequency range sensitive to changes in thickness. The coating thickness was evaluated using changes in signals, such as that for impedance. In this study, basic research was performed to evaluate the thickness of the Cr coating on a rod using an encircling sensor and the SFECT technique. The sensor design parameters were determined through simulation, after which the new sensor was manufactured. A sensor capable of measuring the thickness of a non-uniformly Cr-coating rod was selected through an experiment evaluating the performance of the manufactured sensor. This was done using the impedance-difference of a Cr-coating rod and a Zr alloy rod. The possibility of evaluation of the Cr coating thickness was confirmed by comparing the experimental results with the selected sensor and the signals of the measured Cr-coating rod. All simulation results were verified experimentally.

  • 21세기 정보통신기술의 발달은 주요기반시설의 제어시스템에 초연결성과 초지능성을 갖게 하여 운용 효율성을 높였으나, 보안 취약점을 증가시켜 해킹 위협에 노출되고 있다. 그중에서도 일상생활에 필수적으로 사용하는 전력을 공급하는 전력시스템은 국가 중요기반체계로서 사이버공격의 주요 표적이 되고 있다. 최근에는 전력시스템을 보호하기 위해서 다양한 보안체계를 개발하고 실전형 사이버공방훈련을 통해서 전력시스템의 안정성을 유지하고자 한다. 하지만, 사이버공격이 인공지능과 빅데이터 등의 첨단 ICT 기술과 접목되면서 기존의 보안체계로 지능화되고 있는 사이버공격을 방어하기가 쉽지 않게 되었다. 이러한 지능화되는 사이버공격을 방어하기 위해서는 지능형 사이버공격의 유형과 양상을 사전에 파악하고 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 첨단 ICT 기술과 접목된 사이버공격의 진화에 대해서 분석하였다.

  • Chronic disease may leads to other life threatening health complications like heart disease, stroke, diabetes and peripheral vascular disease that diminished quality of life. This paper points out the importance of social interaction and smart space integration in existing CDSS for chronic diseases. Social interaction allows the patients to interact with system, through this continuous learning and digesting patient experience, our CDSS becomes intelligent and dynamically enhanced. Smart spaces automatically provide new knowledge and construct the behavioral profile by monitoring the daily life activities. Through these features, patients can get continuous relevant recommendations from the system, so they can get a chance to improve their health condition which in terms keeping on their quality of life. It also helps the health practitioners in better decision making about medication and living patterns.

한방측면에서 본 임신부의 영양관리 (The Prenatal Management in the Oriental Medicine)

  • The changes of mental activities and the normal life during the pregnancy have a direct and indirect influences not only on the maternal health but also on the physiological function of the fetus. In the oriental medicine, many attentions have been ordered during the pregnancy. And they called these attentions and managements during the pregnancy as 'Tia-jiao(胎敎)'. The Tia-jiao, that is the prenatal culture, means 'educations for the fetus', so it is a hygienic conception for the pregnacy and the delivery. About this, many oriental gynecologic texts contained various contents such as the prohibitions against food(Shi-ji 食忌), the attentions on the mental activities(Yang-xing-ging 養性情), the notions on the normal life(Qi-ju-ji 起居忌), the cautions against drugs(Yao-ji 藥忌), the instructions for the treatments, the preventions against abortion(Gu-tia-liang-fa 固胎良法). The Tai-jiao can be divided two categories. The one is the behaviors and mental attitudes which can induce the good characters, and the other is the intake of foods and drugs which can grow the healthy body. According to the transitions of the generation, the economies, the societies, and the cultures have been changed. Through the pursuits of the intelligent babies have been remained, all conceptions and recognitions have also been altered. Therefore the ways to the prenatal culture must be changed, The reviewing the old and learning now, and doing the appropriate Tia-jiao in the modern times may be the best way to get the good babies.

지능형 방범 실증지구 경제적 가치평가 (Economic Value Estimation of Intelligent Crime-Zero Testbed)

  • 본 연구는 방범분야와 같은 비시장재에 대한 가상시장을 구축하여 사람들의 만족감 및 선호의 정도를 계량화하는데 가장 효과적인 가상평가법(CVM: Contingent Valuation Method, 이하 CVM)을 이용하여 지능형 방범 실증지구에 대한 경제적 가치를 계량적으로 평가하였다. 가설적 편의를 최소화하고 실제적 상황을 피설문자에게 인지시키기 위해, 연구단에서 진행 중인 지능형 방범 기술 및 솔루션을 활용하여 실제 지역인 안양시 인덕원지구를 대상으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 방범관련 공공사업에 대한 타당성을 분석할 수 있는 체계적인 기반을 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 지능형 방범 실증지구의 안양시민 1인당 지불의사금액(WTP: Willingness To Pay, 이하 WTP)는 7,160원으로 추정되었다. WTP를 가구 수에 적용하여 경제가치를 추정한 결과, 테스트베드가 속한 관양2동 지역은 연 6.6억원, 안양시 전역으로 확대하면 연 514억원의 높은 경제적 가치를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 국내 최초로 방범 분야 실증지구를 대상으로 경제적 가치를 분석하였으며, 실제 적용이 가능한 지능형 방범 기술 및 솔루션, 실증지구를 활용하여 미래지향적 서비스모델을 제시한 점에서 의의를 가진다. 향후 지능형 방범 실증지구의 경제적 가치분석이 심층 연구되어 지능형 방범 사업의 지자체 확산 및 정책적 지원이 활발해지기를 기대한다.

시군관리 저수지를 고려한 지능형 통합 물관리정보시스템 원형 개발 및 구현 (Development and Implementation of Prototype for Intelligent Integrated Agricultural Water Management Information System and Service including Reservoirs managed by City and County)

  • This study developed the prototype of the system and implemented its main functions, which is the intelligent integrated agricultural water management information system and service (IaWAMISS). The developed system was designed to be able to collect, process and analyze the agricultural water information of spatially dispersed reservoirs in whole country and spatial geographic information distributed in various systems of other organizations. The system, IaWAMISS, is also possible to provide the reproduced information services in each reservoir and space units, such as agricultural water demand and supply analysis and drought prediction, to the people, experts, and policy makers. This study defined the 6 step modules to develop the system, which are to design the components of intelligent integrated information system, to derive the utilization contents of existing systems, to design the new development elements for IaWAMISS, to design the reservoir information system can be used by managers of city and county, to designate the monitoring reservoirs managed by city and county, and finally to prepare the sharing system between organizations with the existing information systems. In order to implement the prototype of the system, this study shows the results for three important functions of the system: spatial integration of reservoirs' information, data link integration between the existing systems, and intelligent analysis program development to assist decision support for agricultural water management. For the spatial integration with the reservoir water information of the Korea Rural Community Corporation, this study get IaWAMISS to receive the real-time reservoir storage information from the measurement facility installed in the municipal management reservoir. The data link integration connecting databases of the existing systems, was implemented by integrating the meteorological information of the Korea Meteorological Administration with IaWAMISS, so that the rainfall forecast data could be derived and used. For the implementation of the intelligent analysis program, this study also showed the results of analysis and prediction of agricultural water demand and supply amount, estimation of Palmer drought index, analysis of flood risk area in typhoon course region, and analysis of the storage status of reservoirs related to each storm. This study confirmed the possibility and efficiency of an useful system development through the prototype design and implementation of IaWAMISS. By solving the preliminary 6 step modules presented in this study, it is possible not only to efficiently manage water by spatial unit, but also to provide the service of information and to enhance the relevant policy and national understanding to the people.

Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Alternating Conjugated Polymers Derived from Thiophene-Benzothiadiazole Block and Fluorene/Indenofluorene Units

  • A new donor-accepter-donor-accepter-donor (D-A-D-A-D) type 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole-thiophene-based acceptor unit 2,5-di(4-(5-bromo-4-octylthiophen-2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazol-7-yl)thiophene ($DTBTTBr_2$) was synthesized. Copolymerized with fluorene and indeno[1,2-b]fluorene electron-rich moieties, two alternating narrow band gap (NBG) copolymers PF-DTBTT and PIF-DTBTT were prepared. And two copolymers exhibit broad and strong absorption in the range of 300-700 nm with optical band gap of about 1.75 eV. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels vary between -5.43 and -5.52 eV and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels range from -3.64 to -3.77 eV. Potential applications of the copolymers as electron donor material and $PC_{71}BM$ ([6,6]-phenyl-$C_{71}$ butyric acid methyl ester) as electron acceptors were investigated for photovoltaic solar cells (PSCs). Photovoltaic performances based on the blend of PF-DTBTT/$PC_{71}BM$ (w:w; 1:2) and PIF-DTBTT/$PC_{71}BM$ (w:w; 1:2) with devices configuration as ITO/PEDOT: PSS/blend/Ca/Al, show an incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) of 2.34% and 2.56% with the open circuit voltage ($V_{oc}$) of 0.87 V and 0.90 V, short circuit current density ($J_{sc}$) of $6.02mA/cm^2$ and $6.12mA/cm^2$ under an AM1.5 simulator ($100mA/cm^2$). The photocurrent responses exhibit the onset wavelength extending up to 720 nm. These results indicate that the resulted narrow band gap copolymers are viable electron donor materials for polymer solar cells.

  • Smart sensors and biochip technologies have received a great deal of attention in recent years not only because of the enormous potential markets in the healthcare expenditures but more importantly because of its great impact on the quality of human life in the future. Collaborative research among BT (Bio Technologies), IT (Information Technologies) and NT (Nano Technologies) will bring us a new paradigm of the healthcare services. Examples include disease prediction based on the genetic tests, personal medicines, point-of-care analysis, rapid and sensitive infectious disease diagnostics, environmental monitoring for chemical or biological warfares, intelligent drug delivery systems etc. In this report, recent accomplishment in the research area on biosensors, DNA chips, Protein Chips and Lab-on-a-chips are reviewed.
