문항 반응 이론을 이용한 웹기반 교수 시스템의 진단 모듈의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Diagnostic Module for Web based Tutoring System using Item Response Theory)

  • 본 연구는 웹기반 교수 시스템을 이용하는 학습자의 지식 수준을 지능적으로 진단하기 위하여 문항 반응을 이용한 진단 모듈의 설계와 구현에 관하여 다룬다. 문항 반응 이론은 기존의 학습자 검사 방법처럼 전체 문항에서 정답 문항의 총점에 근거를 두고 학습자를 진단하는 것이 아니라 문항 하나 하나에 근거를 두고 학습자의 지식 수준을 검사하는 것이다. 기존의 웹기반 교수 시스템의 경우 학습자의 지식 수준은 고려하지 않고 검사의 총점 결과만을 가지고 진단한 뒤 그 결과를 토대로 이분법적인 학습을 진행하는 오류를 범하고 있다. 이는 학습자의 올바른 진단이 될 수 없으며 학습자 모델을 구성하기가 어려워 진보한 지능형 교수 학습 시스템에 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존에 연구된 문항 반응 이론을 수학 학습에 응용하여 학습자의 지식 수준을 진단하기 위한 학습자 진단 모듈의 설계 및 구현에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

지자체 U-City 수준진단체계 평가지표 (Evaluation Index for U-city Status Diagnostic Assessment System based on Local Governments)

  • 유비쿼터스 도시(ubiquitous city, U-City)는 도시건설에 정보통신기술(ICT)이 접목되어 시민 삶의 질을 제고하고 도시를 효율적으로 관리하는 스마트한 도시의 개념을 내포한다. 유비쿼터스 도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률은 U-City의 구성요소로 도시통합운영센터, 지능화시설, U-City 기반시설 등을 제시하나 구체적 기준이 부재한 상태이다. 이로 인해 지자체들이 자의적 판단과 현실적 제약으로 U-City를 차별적으로 구축하고 있어 지자체 U-City의 질적 향상 및 품질 제고를 위한 노력이 필요한 시기이다. 지난 1-2차 연구단계에서는 U-City의 구성요소인 유비쿼터스 계획, 기술, 기반시설, 서비스 수준진단목표로서 안정성, 연결성, 목적부합성, 발전성을 기반으로 전반적 평가항목들을 검토하였다. 이 연구는 3차 단계로 지역현실에 맞게 지자체의 U-City 수준을 진단하기 위해 갱신 및 시범 적용이 가능한 실질적이고 구체적인 평가지표를 단계별로 소개한다. 연구결과를 통하여 U-City의 스마트화를 위한 지속적인 발전 및 고도화를 촉진하기 위해 자생적인 지역단위의 U-City로 정착할 수 있고 U-City의 재활성화 촉진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

형태기반 보간법과 양자화 기법을 이용한 CT 영상에서의 간 영역과 간암 추출 및 분석 (Detection and Analysis of the Liver Region and Hepatoma in CT Images Using Shape-based Interpolation and Quantization Method)

  • 암은 한국에서 전체 사망률의 가장 많은 원인 중의 하나이며 이 중 간세포 암은 암에 의한 사망원인 중에서 성별에 관계없이 위암 다음으로 사망률이 높다. 특히 $40{\sim}60$세까지 중장년 기에서의 간암 발생률은 세계에서 가장 높으며, OECD 국가 중에서 간암 사망률은 최고 수치를 기록하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조영증강 CT 영상에서 간암을 자동으로 추출하는 방법을 제안하여 전문의를 보조할 수 있는 보조 전문가 시스템으로서의 유용성을 확인하고자 한다. 흉부의 상위 부분부터 5mm 간격으로 연속적으로 촬영한 약 $40{\sim}50$장의 조영 증강 CT 영상에서 늑골의 정보를 이용하여 장기들의 정보만으로 구성된 내부 영역과 늑골 및 피하지방층, 그리고 배경으로 구성된 외부 영역을 구분한다. 간 영역의 정보가 포함된 내부영역에서 명암도와 명암의 분포도, 간의 형태 및 위치 정보, 그리고 각 슬라이드를 기준으로 이전 CT 영상과 다음 CT 영상의 정보를 이용하여 간 영역을 추출한다. 간암은 추출된 간 영역에 형태기반 보간법을 적용하여 CT 촬영에서 생기는 슬라이드 사이의 5mm 공간정보를 복원한 후, 각 슬라이드를 기준으로 이전 CT 영상과 다음 CT 영상의 정보와 간암이 가지는 명암도 및 형태학적 특징 정보를 이용하여 추출한다. 제안된 간 및 간암 영역 추출 방법을 전문의가 판별한 것과 비교 분석한 결과, 전문의를 보조할 수 있는 보조 전문가 시스템으로서 효율적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 최근 재무제표분석을 통하여서 기업을 진단하려고 하는 다양한 학문적인 연구와 실질적인 적용이 실행되고 있다. 특히, 최근 새롭게 변경된 회계기준인 한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS: Korea - International Financial Reporting Standards)에 따라서 제무제표분석에도 변화가 발생하고, 그에 따라서 기업 진단도 새롭게 변화되어야 하는 상황이 되었다. 이에 현재, 금융권에서도 관심을 갖고 있는 매출채권 처리의 변화에 따라서 발생하는 재무제표상의 진단 및 분석을 반영하여서 처리하는 새로운 진단모형의 필요성이 대두되었다. 특히, 최근 모뉴엘이라는 기업의 매출채권을 이용한 금융스캔들의 영향으로 이러한 연구가 더욱 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 매출채권은 일반적 상거래에서 발생하는 신용채권 으로서, 기업이 만기까지 보유하거나 만기 전에 양도가 가능한 금융 상품이다. 기업이 매출 채권을 할인하여 양도할 경우에 매출채권 할인을 매각거래로 처리하고, 할인료에 해당하는 금액을 매출채권처분 손실로 처리하며, 해당 거래를 우발 채무로 공시하였다. 그러나, K-IFRS 하에서는 모든 위험과 보상이 이전되지 않는 한 매출채권 할인을 차입거래로 인식한다. 이는 기업 부채의 증가로 기업가치에 영향을 미치게 된다, 이 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 실질적으로 기업가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는지 추정하는 지능형진단시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 주가에 미치는 영향을 인공지능기법인 사례기반추론(case based reasoning)과 자기조직화지도 (self-organizing maps)기법을 통하여 진단 모형을 구축하였다.

SFTA와 AdaBoost 기반 한우의 육질 등급 분석 (Grading meat quality of Hanwoo based on SFTA and AdaBoost)

  • 본 논문에서는 한우의 근내 지방 부분을 초음파 기기를 이용하여 촬영한 초음파 영상의 특징 분석을 통해 classification 알고리즘을 이용하여 한우의 도체육질 등급을 예측하는 방법을 제안하며, 인체의 초음파 영상을 이용하여 진단 및 치료 검증 과제에 있어 사전 연구로 진행된 연구로, 차후에는 초음파 영상의 분석 범위를 확대할 예정이다. 한우의 초음파 영상을 활용한 경우에는 생체 정보를 한우 개량의 측면에서 생체 육질 정보를 조기에 획득하여 활용함으로써, 도축하지 않고도 육질 및 육량을 측정하여 개량의 속도를 배가시킬 수 있고, 농가 경영 측면에서 출하시기 및 방법의 조절로 농가 수익향상에 일조할 수 있는 중요한 핵심 기술이다. 이에 대한 많은 연구가 미국과 일본을 중심으로 이루어져 왔으며, 특히 기기에 의한 객관적인 측정방법들이 다양하게 연구되고 있지만 정확도가 낮다. 따라서 제안된 연구에서는 한우의 근내 지방 초음파 영상에 특징점 추출 알고리즘과 classification 알고리즘을 적용하여 한우의 도체 육질을 예측하였다. 실험 결과 제안하는 방법을 적용하였을 경우, 기존의 방법에 비해 효율적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

제4차 산업시대의 개인정보 관리수준 진단지표체계 개선방안: 특정 IT기술연계 개인정보보호기준 적용을 중심으로 (The Improvement Plan for Indicator System of Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution: Focusing on Application of Personal Information Protection Standards linked to specific IT technologies)

  • 개인정보보호위원회에서 공공기관을 대상으로 시행하고 있는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 지표체계는 「개인정보 보호법」의 법적 준수사항을 점검하지만, 새로운 IT기술의 도입에 따르는 개인정보보호사항을 기준으로 적용하는 데 한계가 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 빅데이터, 클라우드, 사물인터넷, 인공지능을 특정IT기술의 도입에 따라, 개인정보보호가 강화될 수 있도록 별도의 지표체계가 운영될 수 있도록 지표체계의 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 선정한 특정IT기술의 개인정보보호사항에 관한 국내외 문헌조사를 통해 지표체계의 구성요소를 도출하고, 공공기관의 개인정보 보호담당자 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 개인정보보호 전문가대상으로 FGI/Delphi분석을 통해 진단지표로 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정한 지표체계는 먼저, 모든 특정IT기술의 기획 및 설계단계에서부터 개인정보보호원칙(PbD)과 가명정보처리 및 비식별 조치에 관한 기준의 적용여부를 점검하는 공통지표를 선정하였다. 이외에 빅데이터에 관한 2개 점검항목, 클라우드에 관한 개인정보 처리방침 게재 사항 등 5개 점검항목, 사물인터넷관련 원칙적용, 로그기록 관리 등 5개 점검항목, 인공지능에 관한 원칙 적용 등 4개 점검항목을 선정하였다. 이처럼 본 연구는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 발전을 위해 새로운 IT기술변화에 대응할 수 있도록 개인정보보호의 신속한 대응을 유도하는 진단제도가 되도록 제언하고자 하였다.

ESG 평가방법 비교: K-ESG 가이드라인을 중심으로 (Comparison of ESG Evaluation Methods: Focusing on the K-ESG Guideline)

  • ESG 경영은 시대의 필수가 되어 가고 있지만, ESG 평가지표가 전세계적으로 600여개나 되어서 개별 회사에 대해 평가기관에 따라 서로 다른 ESG 등급이 부여되어 시장의 혼란을 초래하였다. 또한 ESG 적용 방법이 공개되지 않아서 ESG 경영을 도입하려는 회사가 도움을 받을 수 있는 방법이 많지 않았다. 이에 산업통상자원부는 부처 합동으로 K-ESG 가이드라인을 발표하였다. 기존 연구들 중에 ESG 평가회사별 평가등급 비교나 평가 진단항목의 적용에 대한 연구가 거의 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 K-ESG 가이드라인을 통해 이미 ESG 등급을 보유한 회사에 적용하여 K-ESG 가이드라인의 적용 용이성과 개선점을 도출하고자 하였다. 글로벌 ESG 평가기관, 국내 ESG 평가기관의 ESG 등급을 보유한 기업에 대해 K-ESG 가이드라인을 통해 산출한 점수를 비교하여 K-ESG 가이드라인의 위치도 확인하고자 한다. 분석 결과로서 첫째, K-ESG 가이드라인은 개별 회사가 ESG 목표 설정과 ESG 실천의 방향을 자체적으로 설정하는데 명확하고 자세한 기준을 제공해주고 있다. 둘째, K-ESG 가이드라인은 글로벌 대표 ESG 평가기관 및 국내의 KCGS의 평가지표를 포괄하는 61개의 진단항목과 12개의 추가 진단항목을 갖추고 있어서 국내외 ESG 평가기준에 적합하다. 셋째, K-ESG 가이드라인의 ESG 평가등급은 글로벌 ESG 평가기관 중 Refinitiv보다 낮았고 MSCI보다 높았으며 국내 ESG 평가기관인 KCGS의 등급보다 낮거나 유사한 결과가 나왔다. 넷째, K-ESG 가이드라인의 적용 용이성은 높은 것으로 판단된다. 다섯째, K-ESG 가이드라인의 개선되어야 할 점으로서 정부가 K-ESG 환경 영역의 진단항목에 대한 산업평균 통계치를 집계하여 정부의 ESG 전용 사이트에 발표할 필요가 있다. 또한 산업별 E, S 그리고 G의 적용 가중치도 확정하여 공시를 할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 ESG 경영에 관심이 있는 ESG 평가기관, 기업의 경영진 그리고 ESG 담당자 등에게 ESG 경영전략 수립과 세부이행에 있어 도움이 될 것이며, K-ESG 가이드라인의 추후 개정 시 참고할 제언도 제공한다.

연관상품 추천을 위한 회귀분석모형 기반 연관 규칙 척도 결합기법 (A Regression-Model-based Method for Combining Interestingness Measures of Association Rule Mining)

  • 인터넷과 모바일 관련 기술의 발전과 기기의 보급은 물리적 공간의 제약을 극복하게 하고, 다양한 상품과 서비스를 소비자에게 제공함으로써, 소비자에게 선택의 폭을 넓히는 기회를 제공하는 반면, 많은 시간과 노력을 기울이고도 소비자가 자신의 기호에 적합한 품목을 선택하기 힘들어지는 부작용을 낳았다. 이에 따라, 기업은 추천 시스템을 활용하여 소비자가 원하는 품목을 더 쉽게 찾는 수단을 제공하고 있다. 상품 간의 연관성을 통계적으로 분석하는 연관 규칙 마이닝 기법은 직관적인 형태의 척도를 규칙과 함께 제공함으로써, 이로부터 도출된 규칙에 포함된 품목 간의 관계를 이해하고, 이를 추천에 적용하기 쉽다는 강점을 갖는다. 그러나, 서로 다른 규칙의 척도가 일관되게 어느 한 쪽의 규칙이 더 우위에 있음을 알려주지 못한다면, 수많은 품목 중 추천에 적합한 품목을 적절히 선별해내기 힘든 상황이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 추천 상품의 순위를 결정할 수 있도록 연관 규칙 마이닝 기법에 회귀분석모형을 보완적으로 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연관 규칙 마이닝에서 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 지지도, 신뢰도, 향상도를 활용하여 모형을 구현함으로써, 직관적으로 이해하기 쉬울 뿐만 아니라, 실무에서도 활용하기 쉬운 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내 최대규모의 온라인 쇼핑몰의 주문 데이터를 활용한 실험을 통해, 제안된 모형으로부터 얻어진 추천 점수를 기반으로 추천상품을 결정하고, 이를 추천에 적용함으로써 추천 적중률을 향상시킬 수 있음을 보였다. 특히, 최근 모바일 상거래가 빠르게 확산됨에 따라, 제한된 화면에 한정된 수의 추천 품목을 제시해야 하는 상황에서 적합한 추천 기법임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
