Recently research interest in Knowledge Management (KM) has grown rapidly. Companies regard intellectual capital as important asset and strive to deploy KM in an organization to gain a competitive edge. Many organizations currently engage in knowledge management in order to leverage knowledge both within their organization and externally to their shareholders and customers. Most of the previous research related to KM are dedicated to investigate the role of information technology in extracting, capturing, sharing, coverting organizational knowledge. Knowledge workers, however, are paid less attention though they are the key players in KM activities such as knowledge creation, dissemination, capture and conversion. We regard knowledge workers as a major component of KM and starting point of understanding organizational knowledge activities. Therefore we adopt a method to understand and analyze knowldge workers' social relationships. In this paper we investigate Social Network Analysis (SNA) as a tool for analyzing knowledge network. We introduce the basic concept of SNA and suggest a framework for implementing knowledge network by explaining how SNA can be used for analyzing knowledge network. We also propose a numerical method for identifying knowledge workers using SNA after classifying knowledge workers. The suggested method is expected to help understanding key knowledge players within an organization.

기존 상업 출판사 중심의 학술 커뮤니케이션 체제가 가져온 위기를 해소할 수 있는 대안으로 오픈액세스가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 계량정보분석 기법 가운데 하나인 동시출현단어 분석을 활용하여 오픈액세스 분야의 최신 연구 경향을 반영하는 지적구조를 제시하고 주제영역이 어떻게 구성되었는지 확인하는 것을 주된 목적으로 두며, 기존에 수행되었던 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석 연구와 비교분석하였다. 이를 위해 Web of Science로부터 오픈액세스 관련 키워드 검색을 통하여 2013년 1월 1일부터 2018년 11월 31일까지 출판된 문헌정보학 분야 논문 총 761편을 수집하였으며, 이들 논문 가운데 제목과 초록으로부터 명사구 형태의 키워드 총 2,321개를 추출하였다. 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석을 위해 네트워크 분석을 통하여 13개의 세부 주제영역이 추출되었으며, 지적관계를 시각화하여 전역 및 지역 중심성이 높은 키워드를 도출하였다. 또한 군집분석을 실시하고 이 결과를 다차원축적지도에 표시하여 키워드들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 앞으로 오픈액세스 영역에서의 연구 방향성 모색에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

이 연구에서는 데이터 리터러시 분야 연구의 발전 경로와 지적구조 및 떠오르는 유망 주제를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 Web of Science에서 검색한 데이터 리터러시 관련 논문은 교육학 분야와 문헌정보학 분야 논문이 전체의 60% 가까이를 차지하였다. 우선 인용 네트워크 분석에서는 페이지랭크 알고리즘을 사용해서 인용 영향력이 높은 다양한 주제의 핵심 논문을 파악하였다. 데이터 리터러시 연구의 발전 경로를 파악하기 위해서 기존의 주경로분석법을 적용해보았으나 교육학 분야의 연구 논문만 포함되는 한계가 있었다. 이를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 기법으로 페이지랭크 주경로분석법을 개발한 결과, 교육학 분야와 문헌정보학 분야의 핵심 논문이 모두 포함되는 발전 경로를 파악할 수 있었다. 데이터 리터러시 연구의 지적구조를 분석하기 위해서 키워드 서지결합 분석을 시행하였다. 도출된 키워드 서지결합 네트워크의 세부 구조와 군집 파악을 위해서 병렬최근접이웃클러스터링 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 대군집 2개와 그에 속한 소군집 7개를 파악할 수 있었다. 부상하는 유망 주제를 도출하기 위해서 각 키워드와 군집의 성장지수와 평균출판년도를 측정하였다. 분석 결과 팬데믹 상황과 AI 챗봇의 부상이라는 시대적 배경 하에서 사회정의를 위한 비판적 데이터 리터러시가 고등교육 측면에서 급부상하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 연구에서 연구의 발전경로를 파악하는 수단으로 새롭게 개발한 페이지랭크 주경로분석 기법은 서로 다른 영역에서 병렬적으로 발전하는 둘 이상의 연구흐름을 발견하기에 효과적이었다.

이 연구는 학술지 등급과 키워드 위치를 고려한 혼합가중치를 기반으로 단어동시출현 분석 기법을 활용하여 독서분야의 지적구조를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2003년에서 2012년까지 한국학술지인용색인(Korea Citation Index; KCI)에서 독서와 관련된 학술지 논문 838편을 수집하였고, 이 중에서 선정한 56개 키워드로 생성한 행렬에 군집분석, 다차원척도분석 및 네트워크 분석을 적용하였다. 그 결과 혼합가중치에 의하여 생성한 키워드행렬이 더 좋은 결과가 나왔으며, 이 혼합가중치에 의한 키워드행렬을 집중적으로 분석하여 독서분야를 4개의 큰 주제 및 11개 하위주제로 구분할 수 있었다. 독서분야의 지적구조에 대한 시기별 분석을 한 결과, 독서분야의 연구동향은 이론적인 연구에서 실증적인 연구로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 국내 장애인복지 연구의 동향을 주제어 연결망 분석의 방법으로 접근함으로써 기존의 기술적 분석 위주의 연구가 지니는 한계를 보완하는 대안적 분석을 시도한 연구이다. 이를 위해 1996년부터 2015년까지의 20년간 박사학위논문, "한국사회복지학", "재활복지" 등을 통해 발표된 관련 연구 1,034편의 논문 주제어를 분석의 자료로 삼았으며, 주제어와 함께 연구방법의 동향도 함께 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구를 통해 연구방법의 경향과 흐름, 관심의 대상이 된 장애유형과 인구집단 및 쟁점 등의 우선순위, 주어진 기간 동안의 장애인복지 연구의 지적 구조 등을 밝혀 보았다. 지적 구조는 개별 주제어의 국지적 중심성 지수인 최근접이웃중심성, 전역 중심성 지수의 하나인 평균프로파일연관성 값의 비교, 군집분석 결과의 검토, 연결망의 시각화 등을 통하여 규명해 보았다. 이렇게 하여 발견 혹은 확인된 점들에 비추어 향후 연구에서 고려할 필요가 있는 연구방법, 연구관점, 연구대상, 연구주제 등의 방향에 관하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between citations and the research trends of The Research Journal of the Costume Culture (RJCC) using bibliometric and network analyses. The results are as follows. First, the RJCC has been cited by a greater number of journals and high-reputation journals today. The RJCC has been mentioned in global academic journals in various fields, and it has been noted the most in environmental science. Second, because of examining the articles published in the RJCC over the past three years (2019 - 2021), it was found that the number of topics was evenly distributed in various subfields of the clothing and textiles sector. The RJCC principally deals with traditional clothing, ethics and sustainability, and technology, which means that the RJCC reflects the past, present, and future. As a result of conducting a cluster analysis using the Wakita-Tsurumi algorithm, the subjects of ethical fashion and sustainability were derived from the subdivisions of the RJCC. This suggests that the RJCC is a journal specialized in ethical fashion and sustainability sectors such as environmental, animal, and labor ethics. This study outlined the current status and future direction of academic journals in the field of clothing through an analysis of the RJCC's influence change and the relationship between citations. In addition, it is academically significant because it identifies research trends and knowledge-structure changes in the apparel science field by identifying changes in research keywords and significant research topics by sector.

With the increasing pressure of international competition, urban agglomeration cooperation and innovation had become an important means of regional economic development. This study analyzed the spatial characteristics of the Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, found out the dynamic evolution law of innovation, provided suggestions for policy management departments, and effectively planned the industrial layout. According to the data of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this study researched invention patents from 2005 to 2019. This paper constructed the urban cooperative innovation network, and took 11 cities in the bay area as the research objects, and used social network analysis to study the spatial structure and dynamic evolution of the urban innovation network. Every indicator reflected the urban cooperative innovation, but they all showed a certain decline in 2008-2010. And it is inferred that the innovation network space of each city will be "obvious fist advantages, significant spillover effect and weakening role of Hong Kong and Macao". This paper divided urban cooperative innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into three stages. Summing up the characteristics of each stage is helpful to recognize the changes of urban cooperative innovation and to do a good job in industrial layout planning.

This research attempts to suggest a detecting method for cutting position of an object using the neural network, which is one of intellectual methods, and the digital image processing method. The extraction method of object information using the image data obtained from the CCD camera as a replacement of traditional analog sensor thanks to the development of digital image processing. Accordingly, this research determines the threshold value in binary-coding of an input image with the help of image processing method and the neural network for the real-time gray-leveled input image in substitution for lighting; as a result, a specific position is detected from the processed binary-coded image and an actual system designed is suggested as an example.

Wireless mobile multimedia communications have been greatly increased in the number of users, diversity of applications and interface technologies. Wireless mobile networks are being evolved and integrated into IP based core network, so it is necessary to provide sufficient QoS (Quality of Service) mechanism to provide enhanced user's satisfaction. In this paper, we propose a new adaptive QoS mechanism based on utility function borrowed from the field of microeconomics, call setup and handover signaling mechanism integrating QoS and mobility management. Through a simulation, we show that adaptive resource allocation based on user preferences can be realized in the wireless mobile network with some considerations.

For constructing an intelligent multimedia database system for medical diagnosis, we are focusing on two technological points. One is a retrieval algorithm of databases, and the other is a coding algorithm of multimedia contents. For the first, previously we proposed a front-end database preprocessor called“keyword-network”, and in this paper we present its extended model providing an intelligent logical AND searching function especially for medical differential diagnosis. For the second, we present examples of multimedia intellectual coding methods for cardiovascular examination records.
