This proposal is to present a campus landscape plan for PaiChai University. The site is located in 439-6 Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Taejon City and has an area of $208,499m^2$. The landscape plan covers the following: site inventory and analysis; integration of design program and site analysis; evaluation of design concept; schematic design including circulation form and spatial form; and design development including subarea design. In the design process, the author focused on the integration and interpretation of site conditions as related to the university buildings. He also collectively analyzed and considered the physical development of the outdoor spaces of Paichai University. The following are some of the major areas in the design of the outdoor spaces of Paichai University: 1) a main entrance space as a symbolic square, 2) Paichai central street, 3) a campus core as a greenish square, and 4) a 'Jajuro' plaza as Paichai 'Han' square. The outdoor spaces of Paichai university are created as a new type of campus realm with function, campus quality, original identity, symbolic meaning and images and beauty.

High rise office buildings represent one of the most energy-intensive architectural typologies. The growth of urban population necessitates sustainable high rise towers that lessen environmental impacts and energy consumption. Among various sustainable strategies, the integrated design is long known to be an important process that has great impact on building's sustainability. The framework for this paper is based on the case study of integrated towers that are located in different climate zones. The paper specifically addresses to what extent climate conditions influence the design of a high rise building and what kinds of the climate integrated design has been implemented. Qualitative case studies were carried out using published data and architectural drawing set. The technical work presented in the paper is based on computer simulation that examines the insolation analysis using hourly recorded weather data. The analysis results revealed that the site and building envelope integration and the site and building service systems have shown the most frequently employed in the integrated towers through the implementation of renewable resource integration, high performance envelopes and sustainable building service systems. Internal comfort and further energy saving in the integrated towers are offered through an automatic building management system. Due to the dynamic climate conditions, integration of building systems requires a sophisticated approach to building sustainability.

최근 도시화된 지역의 지하개발로 인한 각종 문제가 증가함에 따라 정확한 지하시설물 정보관리가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현장에서 실시간으로 지하공간통합지도를 활용하기 위해 현장 취득 GPR (Ground Penetration Radar) 탐사 데이터와 지하공간통합지도의 상호 위치를 비교하는 기능, 지하시설물 분석 기능, GPR 탐사 단면을 지하공간통합지도 상에 중첩하여 가시화 하는 기능, 측량 데이터를 3차원 공간상에 정위치 및 속성 편집을 통해 셰이프 파일로 변환하는 기능, 셰이프파일을 지하공간통합지도 모바일 센터에 제출하는 기능을 정의하여 프로그램으로 개발하였다. 또한, 개발 프로그램의 현장 적용 테스트를 위해 상수관로 매설 공사 현장에서 지하시설물 실시간 측량 현장에서 활용하는 시나리오와 GPR 탐사 현장에서 활용하는 시나리오를 도출하였으며, 서울시 관내 4개소에서 현장 실증을 수행하여 활용 시나리오의 현장 적용 문제점 및 기능의 오류 없이 정상적으로 작동함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램의 현장 활용성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 현장에서 측량 성과의 품질 확인 및 지하공간통합지도의 갱신 자동화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 국토교통부에서 추진하는 지하시설물도 정확도 향상 확산사업에 시범 적용하여 개발 프로그램의 활용성을 더욱 높일 것으로 기대된다.

해저 지반조사에서는 시추공 조사가 제한되고, 비교적 간편한 방법으로 결과물을 얻어 낼 수 있는 물리탐사를 주로 사용하고 있으며, 이러한 해저 지반조사의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 가용할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 지반조사 자료를 수집하고 서로 상반되는 장 단점을 상호 보완하여 이용해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해상기초 설계를 위해 해상에서 수행되는 다수의 탄성파탐사 자료와 기초 설치 지점에 집중되어 측선 주변에서 수행되는 시추조사 자료를 중첩하여 수치화된 2차원 대표 층상단면을 결정하고, 공간보간 기법(kriging)을 통해 3차원 층상정보를 결정할 수 있는 통합 분석 기법을 수립하였다. 또한 2차원 대표 층상단면 결정 시 물리탐사 결과의 공간적 변동성과 측선과 시추조사 지점과의 이격거리를 고려한 중첩방법을 추가로 제안하였다. 최종적으로 통합분석 기법을 제주도 해상풍력 발전 시범지역에 적용하였으며, 제안 기법의 적용성을 교차검증을 통해 검증하였다.

Mobile genetic segments, or transposons, are also referred to as jumping genes as they can shift from one position in the genome to another, thus inducing a chromosomal mutation. According to the target site-specificity of the transposon during a transposition event, the result is either the insertion of a gene of interest at a specific chromosomal site, or the creation of knockout mutants. The former situation includes the integration of conjugative transposons via site-specific recombination, several transposons preferring a target site of a conserved AT-rich sequence, and Tn7 being site-specifically inserted at attTn7, the downstream of the essential glmS gene. The latter situation is exploited for random mutagenesis in many prokaryotes, including IS (insertion sequence) elements, mariner, Mu, Tn3 derivatives (Tn4430 and Tn917), Tn5, modified Tn7, Tn10, Tn552, and Ty1, enabling a variety of genetic manipulations. Randomly inserted transposons have been previously employed for a variety of applications such as genetic footprinting, gene transcriptional and translational fusion, signature-tagged mutagenesis (STM), DNA or cDNA sequencing, transposon site hybridization (TraSH), and scanning linker mutagenesis (SLM). Therefore, transposon-mediated genetic engineering is a valuable discipline for the study of bacterial physiology and pathogenesis in living hosts.

KASS (korea augmentation satellite system) 시스템 통합 및 검증(IVQ; integration, verification, qualification) 활동은 시스템 및 하위시스템 요구사항 검증 활동으로 IART(inspection, analysis, review of design, test) 기반으로 상세설계 (CDR; critical design review) 이후 하위시스템 공장수락시험 (FAT; factory acceptance test)부터 현장수락시험 (SAT; site acceptance test) 그리고 시스템 통합 검증 시험 (TRR; test readiness review) 까지 수행하였다. FAT 단계의 활동은 개발된 장비를 테스트 플랫폼에 설치하고 각 장비별 인터페이스 검증과 통합운영국(KCS; kass control station)과의 연동시험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다. SAT 단계의 활동은 FAT 단계에서 검증된 KRS (kass reference station), KPS (kass processing station), KUS (kass uplink station), KCS를 운영 현장에 설치하고 검증하는 단계이며 개발 일정 및 여건을 고려하여 3단계로 구분하여 수행하였다. TRR 단계의 활동은 항공위성1호기에서 방송되는 SBAS (satellite based augmentation system) 메시지를 이용하여 SAT을 통해 검증된 장비를 FAT 단계에 수행했던 시험 항목과 추가 시험 항목 검증을 통해 전체 시스템에 대한 성능 검증을 완료하였다.

Objectives: In Korea, there are many kinds of evaluations for medical institutions. However, evaluations are increasingly burdensome for medical institutions because evaluation agencies, evaluation timing, and evaluation methods are different. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of evaluation for medical institutions and ultimately to provide quality medical services to patients. Methods: In this study, 2,310 indicators of 19 kinds of evaluation for medical institutions were analyzed. Results: 1,424 indicators were available for on-site surveys and 886 indicators were not available for on-site surveys. There were 4 kinds of evaluation that can be integrated in total, 12 kinds of evaluation that can be integrated partially, and 3 kinds of evaluation that need to maintain the current evaluation system. Conclusion: In order to provide patient-centered quality medical services through reduction of burden due to the evaluation for medical institutions, it is necessary to deeply discuss the efficiency of evaluation integration and result utilization.

In this paper, we described configuration and construction of infrastructure for the KASS Reference Station (KRS), subsystem of Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS). KASS system consists of three subsystems(KRS, Mission Control Center (MCC), KASS Uplink Station (KUS)). One of these subsystems, KRS receives GNSS data for generating range error and integrity verification and sends to MCC. It is needed to antenna facilities for mounting GNSS antenna and shelter for operating KRS and infra equipment(power and network system, lightning and grounding system, fire extinguish) for operating KRS. For this reason, we have established the requirements for KRS infrastructure and constructed infrastructure for KRS to meet the requirements of KRS infrastructure.

공공기관에 산재되어 있는 홈페이지들의 컨텐츠와 보안정책을 효과적으로 유지관리하기 위해서는 체계적인 방안과 관리 할 수 있는 시스템의 구현이 필요하다. 사용자들은 신뢰성 있는 시스템에 손쉽게 홈페이지를 만들고 사용하기를 원하고 기관에서는 외부로 공개되는 정보들이 정확성과 일관성이 유지되기를 기대한다. 본 논문에서는 특정한 정부출연 연구기관의 홈페이지들을 대상으로 운영현황과 문제점들을 분석하고 사용자 및 관리자가 효과적으로 활용하고 관리할 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 이를 바탕으로 웹 통합시스템을 설계하고 구현한 사례를 분석하였다.

A Cre/loxP-${\delta}$-integration system was developed to allow sequential and simultaneous integration of a multiple gene expression cassette in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. To allow repeated integrations, the reusable Candida glabrata MARKER (CgMARKER) carrying loxP sequences was used, and the integrated CgMARKER was efficiently removed by inducing Cre recombinase. The XYLP and XYLB genes encoding endoxylanase and ${\beta}$-xylosidase, respectively, were used as model genes for xylan metabolism in this system, and the copy number of these genes was increased to 15.8 and 16.9 copies/cell, respectively, by repeated integration. This integration system is a promising approach for the easy construction of yeast strains with enhanced metabolic pathways through multicopy gene expression.
