  • This paper presents the development of a ROM writer for shmoo test of a flash memory integrated into the MCU(Micro Controller Unit). A shmoo test is a graphical display of the response of a component or system varying over a range of conditions and inputs. Often used to represent the results of the testing of complex electronic systems such as computers or integrated circuits such as DRAMs, ASICs or microprocessors. A shmoo test and data write time(32k) of the development ROM writer is 6.4 seconds, which was improved by about 20% compared to the rate of the currently used ROM writer.

  • The number of test samples was calculated by setting the reliability growth management test period considering the weapon system development period. The optimal reliability growth management test design condition was 80% reliability, 60% confidence level, and 6 months of test period. At this time, it was analyzed that 4 test samples were required if 0 failure occurred, and 9 test samples were required if 1 failure occurred. Using the method of determining the number of samples presented in this paper, it can be used as a basis for acquiring a budget for the number of samples for reliability growth management when switching from the exploratory development stage to the system development stage.

  • The study examined the characteristics of internet shopping mall sites including on-line market places and integrated internet stores from a perspective of consumer protection. Specifically, the study investigated 1) whether sufficient information is provided on the internet shopping mall sites, 2) whether shopping mall sites abide by internet advertising principles, and 3) specific examples of consumer misleading potentialities from internet shopping sites. Further, on-line market places and integrated internet stores were compared based on their informativeness and potential consumer misleading factors. Total 50 shopping mall sites were analyzed for examining the types of information provided and consumer misleading factors. To verify study questions, descriptive statistics were used. For comparison between on-line market places and integrated internet stores, Chi-square test and independent-sample t-test were employed. The results of this study were as the following: First, not a few of the internet shopping mall sites did not provided important information such as safety and warrantees. Second, important disclosures were not noticeable on the web pages and distracting factors were frequently used. Third, integrated internet stores were desirable compared to on-line marketplaces based on informativeness and consumer misleading potentialities. As the result of this study, internet shopping malls need to advised to provide sufficient information and reduce potential misleading factors.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of critical thinking disposition of nursing students and the factors influencing critical thinking disposition. Method: The subjects were 406 nursing students attending at one university who have been taught by the integrated nursing curriculum. Data was collected by a self-administered questionnaire from Nov. 11, 2007 to Nov. 30, 2007. The survey tool developed by Yoon(2004) was used. Data was analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA and Scheffe test using SPSS Win 12.0. Result: The mean score of critical thinking disposition was 3.57. The sub scales of critical thinking disposition were statistically significant in regard to grade, age and character of subjects. Overall mean score of critical thinking disposition and its sub scales were statistically significant according to the degree of satisfactory of majoring nursing, reason of choosing nursing as a major and satisfaction on integrated nursing curriculum. Conclusion: Critical thinking ability is very important in various nursing situations. Integrated nursing curriculum was developed to improve critical thinking ability of nursing students. It is recommended that evaluation on the goal attainment of the integrated nursing curriculum needs to be monitored continuously.

  • In recent navigation system, the profitable solution is to integrate the GPS and Stapdwon INS (SDINS) system and its integration allows compensation for shortcomings of each system. This paper describes the hardware preparation and presents the test results obtained from the automobile test of the developed system. The automobile tests was conducted with two kinds of inertial sensors and GPS receivers : short range and middle range test, to verify and evaluate the performance of the integrated navigation system. The reference of position is given by the Differential GPS(DGPS) which has cm-level accuracy to compare the accuracy of system. Kalman filtering is used for integrating GPS and SDINS and this filter effectively allows the long-term stability of GPS to correct and decrease the time deviation error of SDINS.

  • In this paper, expandable bobbin type multiple integrated coupled-inductor applied 4-paralled switching rectifier was proposed. To design the proposed inductor easily, inductance designing formula was derived through magnetic circuit analysis of the 4-paralleled integrated coupled-inductor. Furthermore, to verify practicality of the proposed inductor, it was applied in 600W class 4-paralleled interleaved switching rectifier, and the steady-state characteristics of the proposed inductor and discrete inductors were compared. Consequently, it was showed that the proposed inductor can replace the conventional discrete inductors with alternative electrical characteristic standard, hence miniaturization of the SMPS can be achieved. From the test result, test circuit with the proposed inductor showed maximum 97.1% of power conversion efficiency and under 18W of power loss where the circuit with discrete inductors showed 96.7% and 20W respectively.

  • This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.

  • A steel wire-integrated deck plate that welds integrated triangle truss steel wires on a galvanized steel sheet is developed to reduce construction costs of a slab or formwork such as shores and supports, and it is already widely applied in many construction fields. This study selected upper and lower steel wires, lattice steel wires, span, and cutting methods of ends as variables, and conducted an experimental test by manufacturing a total of 32 full scale test bodies. According to the result, changes in final destruction types of the test bodies and cutting methods of ends didn't affect structural performance of test bodies, and for a 3.2m-span test body, there was no big problems in using ${\Phi}4.5$ of lattice steel wires.

  • This study was designed to examine the effects of integrated physical expressive activities on creativity in young children. Subjects of this study were 38 preschoolers at the age of 4 who consisted of both the experimental group of 18 children and the control group of 20 children. To measure the creativity of young children, this study adopted Figural Test A of Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) as pre-and post-tests with both experimental and control group. The results showed that effects of integrated physical expressive activities varied by sub-dimensions of creativity; children's participation in integrated physical expressive activities was effective to improve openness, abstractness of titles, and elaboration even if overall creativity and fluency increased after their program participation. Also, originality was the only sub-dimension that was not improved. It implied that integrated physical expressive activities have partial positive effects on some sub-dimensions of creativity.
